Luke 11:37-54 is about 'Woe to the Pharisees and Lawyers'
The Pharisees and Lawyers only prioritize the physical thing in their ministry and do not prioritze the word of God, so they are fulminated by God with six times of 'woe'.
THE FIFTH 'WOE'
Luke 11: 47-51
11:47. "Woe to you! For you build the tombs of the prophets, and your fathers killed them.
11:48. "In fact, you bear witnessthat you approve the deeds of your fathers; for they indeed killed them, and you build their tombs.
11:49. "Therefore the wisdom of God also said, 'I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they will kill and persecute,'
11:50. "that the blood of all the prophets which was shed from the foundation of the world may be required of this generation,
11:51. "from the blood of Abel to the blood of Zechariah who perished between the altar and the temple. Yes, I say to you, it shall be required of this generation.
The fifth 'woe' is that the Pharisees and Lawyers become the descendants of the killer. Now, it means that one who has hatred.
The consequences are as follows:
The way outis confessing and forgiving one another with the encouragement of the teaching Word.
The teaching word that is sharper than any two-edged sword shows our sin, so we realize, regret,and confess it to God and others. Do not sin anymore after being forgiven! If we do it again, the forgiveness we receive will be cancelled. Our sin still exists and we will be condemned.
We have to forgive others' sin and forget it after we are forgiven. It we do not want to forgive others' sin, the forgiveness we receive will be cancelled too. so we will be condemned.
If we confess and forgive one another, the blood of Jesus will take away our sin and bitterness/hatred, so we experience peace and Holy Spirit is poured in our life. As a result, the Gentiles become the descendants of Abraham who are worthy to receive God's promise.
Galatians 3:13-14
3:13. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree"),
3:14. that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentilesin Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spiritthrough faith.
Holy Spirit is absolutely needed in our life because He is thepillar of cloud and firethat led the Israelites in the midst of barren wilderness of the world until they entered Canaan.
Holy Spirit is the same as the stretching hand of God that leads us in the midst of barren wilderness of the world until we reach Canaan or the New Jerusalem.
The usefulnesses of Holy Spirit(the pillar of cloud and fire) are as follows:

James 4:5
4:5. Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain, "The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously"?
Jude 1:18-19
1:18. how they told you that there would be mockersin the last time who would walk according to their own ungodly lusts.
1:19. These are sensual persons, who cause divisions, not having the Spirit.
The facts found in not having the Spirit are as follows:- Mockingthe teaching word that preaches about Jesus' second coming, so one walks according to his own ungodly lusts. He sins up to the peak, namely sin of eating-drinking (smoking, getting drunk and drugs abuse) and marying-giving in marriage (sexual sin with all of its kinds and false marriage).
- Becoming sensual persons, who cause divisions in the body of Christ.
The right thing becomes false and being blocked. The false one becomes right and being supported.
- Mockingthe teaching word that preaches about Jesus' second coming, so one walks according to his own ungodly lusts. He sins up to the peak, namely sin of eating-drinking (smoking, getting drunk and drugs abuse) and marying-giving in marriage (sexual sin with all of its kinds and false marriage).
- Hatinghis brother. He does not love others as he loves himself.
1 John 3:15
3:15. Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.
Consequently, he will be condemned up to perdition.

It means that we do not grumble and blame one another but always give thanks to God. We do not become disappointed and look for the way which is not according to the word of God. Outside the word, there is dead end and perdition.
We keep believing in, hoping, and relying on God until He helps us in His time. - Holy Spirit is thepillar of fireto fight against the night.
Holy Spirit gives lightin the midst of the darkness of the wilderness of the world in the last days, so we do not stumbleor fall into sin up to the peak. We keep living in righteousness and holiness. We are not lost by the false teaching, but we keep holding fast the true teaching word.
Holy Spirit gives the heatin the midst of the cold of the wilderness of the world. so our love does not become cold. We can love one another as we love ourselves; even we can love our enemy. We can love God more than anyting. We minister to God faithfully and fervently up to the finish line. It is the same as spiritual lust. We do not want to be separated from God.
Romans 1:27
1:27. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.
If the love becomes cold, we will be burned in our physical lust. We enter the sexual sin up to sexual deviation. - Holy Spirit is the pillar of cloud and fire that shades us from the destruction in the world.
The wilderness is so hot at noon and so cold at night, so hard stone can become sand.
How great a man in the world is, without Holy Spirit he will be destroyed with the world.
Revelation 21:27
21:27. But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life.
Holy Spirit changes us from fleshly men to spiritual ones. It starts from honesty and sincerity.
As a result, Jesus will come to visit us. God's hand or Holy Spirit is able to do anything in our life. He creates something that does not exist yet, finishes all impossible problems, and makes all things beautiful and successful.
God leads us to the New Jerusalem. We are changed to become as perfect as He is to great Him when He comes a second time. We are with God forever.
God blesses us.
