Mark 16 is about the resurrection of Jesus. Jesus was resurrected in the glorious body.
In Tabernacle, Mark 16 refers to the light of glory.

Mark 16:19-20
16:19 So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.
16:20
And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen.

Jesus was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God, that is the throne of glory, the highest place.
The Gospel of Mark tells about Jesus as a Servant of God. Jesus was the servant/messenger of God who was willing to humble Himself and was obedient until He died upon the cross. Therefore, He was risen; He was lifted up to the highest place that is the glorious throne of God. The lesson for us is everyone who humbles himself will be exalted and he who exalts himself will be humbled.

From the highest place, Jesus as the Great Priest is active to do the things as follows:
  1. To call, choose, and employ us to be the servant of God (the priests and kings)
  2. To monitor/observe all our ministry moves.
  3. To accompany us.
The examples and requirements of having the accompanying of God are as follows:
  1. Joseph.
    Acts 7:9-10
7:9 "And the patriarchs, becoming envious, sold Joseph into Egypt. But God was with him
    7:10
"and delivered him out of all his troubles, and gave him favor and wisdom in the presence of Pharaoh, king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house.

    Genesis 37:1-3, 31
37:1 Now Jacob dwelt in the land where his father was a stranger, in the land of Canaan.
    37:2
This [is] the history of Jacob. Joseph, being seventeen years old, was feeding the flock with his brothers. And the lad [was] with the sons of Bilhah and the sons of Zilpah, his father's wives; and Joseph brought a bad report of them to his father.
    37:3
Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age. Also he made him a tunic of [many] colors.
37:31 So they took Joseph's tunic, killed a kid of the goats, and dipped the tunic in the blood.

The requirements to be like Joseph who is with God are as follows:
    • Joseph was faithful in sheepfold so He was able to be sanctified and live in purity(do not compromise sins).
    • Joseph kept his tunic of many colors even it must be dipped in the blood = being faithful to serve and minister God even he must suffer.

The servant's tunic that can be dipped in blood belongs to holy servant. Holiness and being dipped in blood cannot be separated. If it is dipped in blood but not holy, he will nag.

Joseph was holy and faithful, so he was used to face great famine.
Now we must live in holiness and faithfulness in service and ministry, so God will accompany us with wisdom and grace to face the famine at the end of time. God accompanies us to preserve and protect our lives physically and spiritually in the midst of difficult world, up to the time of antichrist for 3, 5 years (Antichrists cannot reach our lives).

In the past, God accompanied Joseph until he succeeded. Likewise, God will accompany our lives until we are successfulin order to glorify Him, as long as we become servant of God who is accompanied by Him.

  2. David.
    I Samuel 18:13-14
18:13 Therefore Saul removed him from his presence, and made him his captain over a thousand; and he went out and came in before the people.
    18:14
And David behaved wisely in all his ways, and the LORD was with him.

    Acts 13:22
13:22 "And when He had removed him, He raised up for them David as king, to whom also He gave testimony and said, `I have found David the [son] of Jesse, a man after My [own] heart, who will do all My will.'

David also persevered in shepherding, so he became a person who was obedient and always did God's will. This is the requirement to experience God's accompanying.

Because David was obedient, God accompanied him so he was successful to win over his enemies.
It us similar to us now, if we can become obedient to God, we can win over sins up to the peak of sin, that is eating-drinking sins and giving in marriage sins (the sin of Babel).

We must be cautious because the sin of Babel hits all levels of society. If we are obedient, we will not enter the building of Babel that will be perished.

  3. Solomon.
    I Chronicles 28:19-20
28:19 "All [this," said David], "the LORD made me understand in writing, by [His] hand upon me, all the works of these plans."
    28:20
And David said to his son Solomon, "Be strong and of good courage, and do [it]; do not fear nor be dismayed, for the LORD Godmy God[will be] with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you, until you have finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD.

The requirement for Solomon in order to be accompanied by God is being strong and of good courage,he was accompanied by God in building the temple of God until it finished.

To be strong and of good courage means as follows:
    • To keep holding the True Teaching Word.
    • Do not despair and do not be disappointed in facing anything, but always believe and entrust our live fully to God.

Now, if we (the Gentiles) can be strong and of good courage, believe and entrust our lives fully to God, He will accompany us in the ministry of building Christ's body. In the past, Solomon was accompanied until he finished it, meaning as follows:
    • Physically: God solves all our problems just in time.
    • Spiritually: God finishes the building of Christ's body = to sanctify and renew our lives up to being perfect as the Bride of God.

      I Thessalonians 3:13
3:13 so that He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints.

      Revelation 3:15, 21
3:15 "I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot.
      3:21
"To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.

The church of Laodiceans was like vomit, the lowest. But in the end they can be exalted to the highest, as long as they have the renewal of life as follows:
      • Not cold = no peace, there is jealousy and hatred. This must be renewed to become peaceful heart.
      • Not hot = not being fervent in Spirit to minister God, there is no yearning and earnestness. This must be renewed to become fervent in Spirit, there's yearning and earnestness.

In order to be able to sit on the throne, we must keep our heart in peace and fervency in Spirit. God does not see our sins, but God sees our yearning and earnestness.
God blesses us.
