Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Luke 11: 37-54 is about '
Woe to the Pharisees and Lawyers'
The Pharisees and Lawyers only prioritize the physical thing in their ministry and do not prioritze the true teaching word.
Consequently, they are fulminated by God with six times of 'woe'.
THE SIXTH 'WOE'Luke 11: 5211:52. "Woe to you lawyers! For you have taken away the key of knowledge. You did not enter in yourselves, and those who were entering in you hindered."The Pharisess takes away the key of knowledge (the one of heaven) but
they do not enter in themselves, and those who are entering in they hinder.
The knowlegde about the heaven is higher than all knowledges in the world.
All knowledges in the world can be reached by human's mind, but the one of heaven cannot.
Hebrews 11: 1-311:1. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
11:2. For by it the elders obtained a good testimony
11:3. By faithwe understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.
Faith is the key of all knowledges, both the one in the world and heaven.
As long as we have faith, God is able to help us.
The Pharisees and Laywers have faith but they do not want to enter the kingdom of heaven. It is the same as
faith without works.
James 2: 14-202:14. What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him?
2:16. and one of you says to them, "Depart in peace, be warmed and filled," but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit?
2:17. Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.
2:18. But someone will say, "You have faith, and I have works." Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.
2:19. You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe--and tremble!
2:20. But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?
Verse 14: faith with works cannot be separated; we have faith first, and then its work.
Verse 20: '
faith without works is dead'= dead faith. It is useless and unable to save.
Faith without works is the same as
the one of Satan. It means that
one believes and ministersGod, but his deed, word, and attitude are againstHim.
Consequently, he becomes the stumbling-block for others. He does not enter in himself, those who are entering he hinders.
There are three levels of faith to God as follows:
- The right faith.
Romans 10: 17
10:17. So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
'the word of God'= the one in the anointing of Holy Spirit.
The right faith comes by hearing the word of God.
The processis as follows:
- Holy Spirit helps us hear the word earnestly.
- Holy Spirit helps us understand the word.
- Holy Spirit helps us believe in the word.
The word becomes faith in our heart, so we can trust in Jesus.
For with the heart one believes, and with the mouth confession is made= if we believe in Jesus, we can confess Him. It means that we confess our sin to God and other. Do not sin anymore after being forgiven! The heart is the store of unclean, evil, and bitter sins.
The right faith brings us to live in righteousness, and all sins are cast away. As a result, God blesses us.
Proverbs 10: 2-3
10:2. Treasures of wickedness profit nothing, But righteousness delivers from death.
10:3. The LORD will not allow the righteous soul to famish, But He casts away the desire of the wicked.
Living in righteousness is the same as being saved and blessed. We live in righteousness first, then God will bless us. All punishments are borne by Jesus on the cross, and He blesses us.
If one has yearning to experience the freedom from sin, it is the sign of the right faith. Otherwise, he comes to God for physical things only.
If we have faith, the word will become the brake in our life, so we do not sin anymore but being saved and blessed.
If we persevere in hearing the word, our faith will increase, and sin decreases, so the blessing increases and the salvation becomes more assuredup tobeingspotless.
If we do not perseverein hearing the word, our faith will decrease, and the sin increases.
- Stable faith/the one that can endure all things.
Colossians 2: 7
2:7. rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.
We endure the problem and temptations in all things, including sin up to the peak, namely sin of eating-drinking and marrying-giving in marriage.
The facts foundin the stable faith is being confident or strong and of good courage.
2 Corinthians 5: 7-8
5:7. For we walk by faith, not by sight.
5:8. We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.
Being strong and of good courage means as follows:
- Not being disappointed and desperate and not leaving God because of anything.
- Keeping living in righteousness.
- Ministering to God faithfully and fervently.
- Keeping believing and hoping God no matter anything that happens.
The results are as follows:
- We are usedin the revival of Holy Spirit or the building of the perfect body of Christ. It is like Joshua who was used to bring the Israelites to Canaan.
Joshua 1: 6
1:6. "Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them.
We are used in the marriage, shepherding, inter-shepherding until Israelites and Gentiles become one perfect body.
If we are not used by God, we wil be used by Satan in the building of Babylon (the peak of wickedness and uncleanness) that will be destroyed forever.
Being used by God, we are moved from the wilderness to Canaan; our life becomeseasier, not tormented.
- Moving us from the world to heaven. We experience peace, and all things become easy and light. Our life becomes beautiful.
John 16: 33
16:33. "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."
- Faith with works= the perfect one.
James 2: 20-22
2:20. But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?
2:21. Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar?
2:22. Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect?
Faith with works meansthe practiced one. It is the same as obeying God until the flesh does not sound anymore.
Becoming obedient until the flesh does not sound anymore is the same as stretching our our hands to God, and He will stretch out His hands of great mercy to us to open the door of heaven. It is the key of knowledge.
Matthew 7: 21
7:21. "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
Opening the door of heaven means as follows:
- God's hand of great mercy is able to open the door in the world. He gives the way outfrom all of impossible problems.
- The door of beautiful and successful future.
- The door of purification and renewal of lifeup to perfection. We do not stumble in word. It means that our deed is only the work of faith. We are worthy to greet Jesus when He comes a second time, and we just cry out: Alleluia!
We enter the marriage supper of the Lamb of God, Paradise, and kingdom of heaven forever.
God blesses us.
