Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Overall, Luke 6 refers to righteousness, the Court of Tabernacle.
In the beginning, God creates perfect man as glorious as Him, according to His image. God puts him in Eden.
But human falls into sin, so he is naked and loses God's images, namely glory, holiness, and righteousness.
Consequently, they are cast out to the world, to live in curse and suffering.
In the world, human does not repent but sins more up to the peak of sin, namely sin of eating-drinking and marrying-giving in marriage.
It if continues, they will perish forever in the hell.
God is not willing if human suffers and enters the hell.
That is why, God wants to bring up the sinners, so they return to His images, namely righteousness, holiness and glory.
They return to Paradise, A Thousand years Kingdom of Peace and enter New Jerusalem forever.
There are seven kinds of God’s upbringing as follows:
- Luke 6:1-5is about the body is brought up by God to enter in spiritual activity.
- Luke 6:12-16 is about the soul is brought up by God that we have spiritual positionin the Kingdom of Heaven.
- Luke 6:17-19 is about the spirit is brought up by God that our spiritual is not sickbut healthy until perfect.
- Luke 6:6-11is about the deed is brought up by God.
- Luke 6:20-26 is about the mind is brought up by God.
- Luke 6:27-45is about the heart is brought up by God.
- Luke 6:46-49is about life journey is brought up by God.
Ad. 6 [Luke 6:27-45]. the heart is brought up by GodThe destroyed human's heart must be brought up and guided by God. God brings up our heart that we
imitateHis gentle heart.
The practices are as follows:
- Luke 6:27-36] loving others up to enemy. It is the practice of the loving heart of God the Father.
- Luke 6:37-42] do not judge others.
We learn the second practice.
ad. 2. do not judge others.
The conditions of one who judges other are as follows:
- like one who is blind from birth,
- feeling above others, even God.
We learn the second condition.
Luke 6:406:40. "A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone who is perfectly trained will be like his teacher.
We often feel above in three things as follows:
- Feeling smarter or wiser than God.
Romans 11:25-26
11:25. For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wisein your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.
11:26. And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: "The Deliverer will come out of Zion, And He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob;
The wisdom of God is the saving to the gentiles.
Actually, the salvation is just for Israel. But, the part of Israel has refused Jesus, so the gentiles have place to be saved.
So, all Israel is saved, namely spiritual Israel that consists of original Israel and the gentiles.
Feeling smarter or wiser than God means rejecting the salvation in Jesus, namely one does neither believe Jesus, nor want to confess the sins even blames others, nor repent and have life renewal (water baptism), so he lives in sin and perishes forever.
We have to receive the wisdom or mystery from God, namely the gentiles is saved by Him. The process is as follows:
- The heart believes Jesus and mouth confesses sin.
Romans 10:9-10
10:9. that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
10:10. For with the heart one believesunto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is madeunto salvation.
If we are forgiven, do not sin anymore but stop doing sin and return to God, that we die to sin.
- Water baptism.
Romans 6:4
6:4. Therefore we were buried with Himthrough baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the deadby the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
After we die to sin, we must be buried.
The right water baptismis one who has died to sin is buried in the water with Jesus and comes out from water or rises with Jesus and lives in righteousness(salvation) with God.
- Entering true shepherding.
Proverbs 12:26
12:26. The righteous should choose his friends carefully, For the way of the wicked leads them astray.
After we receive righteousness, we have to stabilize it.
The way is through entering true and right shepherding.
There is true teaching Word (true shepherding Word in the anointing of Holy Spirit) in the true and right shepherding.
We must exist in the sheepfold, namely perseverance in doing three kinds of main service as follows:
- the golden candlestick refers to perseverance in committing general service. It is fellowship with God the Holy Spirit in His gift.
- The table of showbread refers to perseverance in committing bible study service and holy communion.
It is fellowship with Son of God in true teaching Word and Christ's sacrifice.
- The golden altar of incense refers to perseverance in committing prayer service. It is fellowship with God the Father in His love.
In the shepherding, our body, soul and spirit remain to God the Trinity that we are protected by Him.
Our salvation becomes assured, cannot be fallen in sin and corrupted by false teaching.
Psalms 37:25
37:25. I have been young, and now am old; Yet I have not seen the righteousforsaken, Nor his descendants begging bread
The key is not cleverness but righteousness.
- Feeling bigger than others.
Mark 10:41-45
10:41. And when the ten heard it, they began to be greatly displeased with James and John.
10:42. But Jesus called them to Himself and said to them, "You know that those who are considered rulers over the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them.
10:43. "Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant.
10:44. "And whoever of you desires to be first shall be slave of all.
10:45. "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many."
If we feel bigger or more leading in ministry, it means we want to be served and do not want to serve.
Consequently, quarrel happens up to hatred without a cause which is the same as persecuting and killing the sons of God like antichrist does.
Otherwise, we have to imitate Jesus who serves up to sacrifices His life. It means that He feels smaller than others.
For us now, we serve humbly and gently.
Being humblemeans we can confess our sin. If we are forgiven, do not sin anymore.
Being gentlemeans we can forgive other's sin and forget it.
When we can confess and forgive sin one another, the blood of Jesus takes away our sin. We feel peace, everything becomes easy and light.
- Feeling more righteous than others even God.
Job 1:1, 3
1:1. There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was blameless and upright, and one who feared God and shunned evil.
1:3. Also, his possessions were seven thousand sheep, three thousand camels, five hundred yoke of oxen, five hundred female donkeys, and a very large household, so that this man was the greatest of all the people of the East.
Job 32:1-2
32:1. So these three men ceased answering Job, because he was righteous in his own eyes.
32:2. Then the wrath of Elihu, the son of Barachel the Buzite, of the family of Ram, was aroused against Job; his wrath was aroused because he justified himself rather than God.
Job has self-truth and the consequences are as follows.
- He is separated from God and human,
- Experiencing total test from God.
Job 42:5-6
42:5. "I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, But now my eye sees You.
42:6. Therefore I abhor myself, And repent in dust and ashes."
Job is allowed to experience total test that he can hear the Word earnestly.
In temptation, we can experience renewal in ear and eye.
We can return to hear the Word, obey it, and see God (worship Him) with broken heart, so our mouth can say true and good word, and become blessing for others.
The mouth can also confess that we are just dust that has lots of weakness, is not worthy, can do nothing, but only depends on the mercy and grace of God, the Creator.
The results are as follows:
- God's merciful hand recovers us twice in physical and spiritual life.
- God's merciful hand is able to make all things well.
Mark 7:37
7:37. And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, "He has done all things well. He makes both the deaf to hear and the mute to speak."
- God's merciful hand is able to create us to become vessel of glory up to new creation.
We are used by God, changed and purified until we are as glorious as Him. It starts from obedience.
We are changed to greet Jesus when He comes a second time on the gorgeous clouds.
God blesses us.
