Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Luke 9:57
9:57. Now it happened as they journeyed on the road, that someone said to Him, "Lord, I will follow You wherever You go."
Our following to Christ must be increased until we follow Him wherever He goes. It is the same as the following of body to the head, namely the one of bride.
It means we must be active in the ministry of the building of the body of Christ according to the ministry that God gives to us up to the perfect body of Christ that is ready to greet when Jesus comes a second time on the glorious clouds.
The building of the body of Christ starts from marriage. The husband loves his wife, the wife submits to her husband, and the child obeys the parents and eases their burden. Then, we minister in the shepherding, inter-shepherding up to the perfect body.
Luke 9:58-629:58. And Jesus said to him, "Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head."
9:59. Then He said to another, "Follow Me." But he said, "Lord, let me first go and bury my father."
9:60. Jesus said to him, "Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and preach the kingdom of God."
9:61. And another also said, "Lord, I will follow You, but let me first go and bid them farewell who are at my house."
9:62. But Jesus said to him, "No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God."There are three hindrances in our following to Jesus in the ministry of the building of the body of Christ.
The first hindrance is fox and bird.
Revelation 18:2
18:2. And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, "Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird! The bird refers to unclean spirit and the wolf evil spirit. These are the spirit of Babylon.
Fox has hole and bird of the air has nest means evil and unclean spirits reside in the heart and mind of men and the servant of God, so Jesus has nowhere to lay His head.
The practice of the heart and mind that are controlled by unclean spirit (the bird) is as follows:
- Having unclean mind.
- Sinning of eating-drinking (smoking, getting drunk and drugs abuse) and marrying-giving in marriage (sexual sin with all of its kinds/a spectacle that is not good and sexual deviation).
- Having unclean and dirty words.
The practice of the heart and mind that are controlled by evil spirit (the wolf) is as follows:
- Prejudice to other up to envy, hatred, revenge, et cetera.
- Having evil deed, namely the one that harms others.
- Being stingy (one cannot give) and greedy (robbing others' and God's).
- Lying, slandering until blaspheming God (blaming the true teaching word and justifying the false on).
If the evil and unclean spirits control our heart and mind, we will enter the building of the body of Babylon, the peak of wickedness and uncleanness, and become the bride of Satan who will be destroyed forever.
How do we encounter the evil and unclean spirits which stay in our heart and mind? Through
the word that is sharper than any two-edged sword.
Hebrews 4:12-134:12. For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
4:13. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account. The true teaching word that is sharper than any two-edged sword is able to purify our heart and mind from evil and unclean spirits, so Jesus becomes the head in our life.
Matthew 5:85:8. Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.If our heart is holy, we can see God and worship Him.
John 20:20
20:20. When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord. The process of seeing God and worship Him is as follows:
- Looking at Jesus' side that was pierced.
John 19:34
19:34. But one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came out.
Blood and water came out from the side of Jesus that had been pierced by a spear. It is the fifth wound for the Gentiles.
The blood means repenting, stopping sinning and returning to God or being dead to sin.
The water means water baptism.
The true water baptism is one who has died to sin or repented must be buried in the water with Jesus and come out or rise from water with Him to receive new life or heavenly one, namely life in righteousness.
Isaiah 33:15-16
33:15. He who walks righteously and speaks uprightly, He who despises the gain of oppressions, Who gestures with his hands, refusing bribes, Who stops his ears from hearing of bloodshed, And shuts his eyes from seeing evil:
33:16. He will dwell on high; His place of defense will be the fortress of rocks; Bread will be given him, His water will be sure.
Living in righteousness means producing true, good and honest word. We become blessing for others. We are not greedy and do not do corruption. We do not accept the bribes, or cheat at school, et cetera.
The ear is used to hear the word.
The true and holy sight does not see bad thing and pornography, et cetera.
The result is we are enclosed by God. There is the certainty of God's protection and caring in the midst of hard era until antichrist reigns the world for three and a half years. We are protected from God's punishment (doomsday and the hell).
- Seeing God's nail-pierced hand.
It means we do the true and good things like Jesus does, even repaying good for evil.
The hand also means the ministry. We minister to God faithfully and fervently whatever thing we have to sacrifice.
Matthew 25:21
25:21. "His lord said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'
The result is we experience heavenly bliss that cannot be influenced by anything in the world. Everything becomes successful and beautiful in due time. Until the peak of happiness, we enter the marriage supper of the Lamb when Jesus comes a second time on the glorious clouds.
- Seeing Jesus' face.
9:37. And Jesus said to him, "You have both seen Him and it is He who is talking with you."
9:38. Then he said, "Lord, I believe!" And he worshiped Him.
It is the same as worshipping God. We speak to Jesus and tell Him all of our burdens.
The worship prayer is the process of the tearing of flesh so we experience the renewal from carnal men to spiritual ones like Jesus. It is the biggest miracle.
The renewal of face is the same as the one of heart. We learn from Jesus who is lowly in heart and gentle.
Matthew 11:28-29
11:28. "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
11:29. "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
Being lowly in heart is the ability to confess our sin to God and others. If we are forgiven, do not sin anymore.
Being gentle is the ability to forgive others' sin and forget it.
So, our heart will become peaceful, and we experience physical miracle. Everything becomes easy and light. Everything is finished in due time, the impossible thing becomes possible.
Until when Jesus comes a second time, we are perfected like Him to greet His second coming on the glorious clouds.
We enter the kingdom of heaven and we see God's face forever.
Revelation 22:3-4
22:3. And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.
22:4. They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads.
God blesses us.
