Luke 10:39, 42
10:39. And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus' feet and heard His word.
10:42. "But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her."
Mary sits at Jesus' feet and hears His word. It means as follows:
So, sitting at Jesus' feet to hear His word means being shepherded to the true teaching word. It is like a branch that abides in the true vine
John 15:1-3
15:1. "I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.
15:2. "Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.
15:3. "You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.
In the sheepfold, we experience purification continuously by the true teaching word.
John 13:10-11, 18
13:10. Jesus said to him, "He who is bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean; and you are clean, but not all of you."
13:11. For He knew who would betray Him; therefore He said, "You are not all clean."
13:18. "I do not speak concerning all of you. I know whom I have chosen; but that the Scripture may be fulfilled, 'He who eats bread with Me has lifted up his heel against Me.'
The thing that must be purified is the dirty foot like Judas who lifts up his heel against Jesus. It is the same as being arrogant.
The practices are as follows:
If we sit at Jesus' feet and hear His word like Mary, we are shepherded in the true teaching word and experience purification from Judas Iscariot's sin. The resultsare as follows:

Luke 10:39, 42

- Like sheep which hears and obeys the voice of shepherd. It means being shepherded.
John 10:27
10:27. "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.
The voice of shepherd leads the sheep to enter the sheepfold.
In Tabernacle, it refers to Holy Place. There are three tools that refer to the perseverance in committing three kinds of main service as follows:- The Golden Candlestick= perseverance in committing General Service. We have fellowship with Holy Spirit God in His gifts.
- Table of Showbread= perseverance in committing Bible Study Service and Holy Communion. We have fellowship with the Son of God in teaching word and Christ's sacrifice.
- Golden Altar of Incense= perseverance in committing Prayer Service. We have fellowship with God the Father in His love.
- The Golden Candlestick= perseverance in committing General Service. We have fellowship with Holy Spirit God in His gifts.
- Hearing and obeying Jesus' voice.
John 15:3
15:3. "You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.
Jesus' voice is the word whose secret is revealed, namely a verse that explains another verse in the bible. It is the same as the true teaching word or the word of purification that is sharper than any two-edged sword.
So, sitting at Jesus' feet to hear His word means being shepherded to the true teaching word. It is like a branch that abides in the true vine

John 12:5-6
12:5. "Why was this fragrant oil not sold for three hundred denarii and given to the poor?"
12:6. This he said, not that he cared for the poor, but because he was a thief, and had the money box; and he used to take what was put in it.
Stealing time means that one does not want to worship God. He also steals the tithe and special offering that belong to God. - Walking aboutor having fellowship with other teaching that does not fit the bible.
Mark 14:10-11
14:10. Then Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went to the chief priests to betray Him to them.
14:11. And when they heard it, they were glad, and promised to give him money. So he sought how he might conveniently betray Him.
It continues until one sells Jesus (the true teaching word). He cannot have fellowship with the true teaching word. - Lying and accusing, namely blaming other and God because of rejecting the true teaching word. This is the peak of arrogance.
Matthew 26:23-25
26:23. He answered and said, "He who dipped his hand with Me in the dish will betray Me.
26:24. "The Son of Man indeed goes just as it is written of Him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had not been born."
26:25. Then Judas, who was betraying Him, answered and said, "Rabbi, is it I?" He said to him, "You have said it."
John 13:27
13:27. Now after the piece of bread, Satan entered him. Then Jesus said to him, "What you do, do quickly."
Consequently, Satan enters him and he will be destroyed.
If we sit at Jesus' feet and hear His word like Mary, we are shepherded in the true teaching word and experience purification from Judas Iscariot's sin. The resultsare as follows:
- We are equipped with the ministry.
Ephesians 4:11-12
4:11. And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
4:12. for the equipping of the saintsfor the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,
We are used in the ministry of the last building of the body of Christ like Mary.
John 12:3, 7
12:3. Then Mary took a pound of very costly oil of spikenard, anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped His feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil.
12:7. But Jesus said, "Let her alone; she has kept this for the day of My burial.
Our attitude is ministering to God faithfully and fervently.
All of our sacrifices will be always remembered by God.
Proverbs 24:30-31
24:30. I went by the field of the lazy man, And by the vineyard of the man devoid of understanding;
24:31. And there it was, all overgrown with thorns; Its surface was covered with nettles; Its stone wall was broken down.
Being lazy, wicked, and unclean is the same as being devoid of understanding, so he becomes like animal that lives according to the fleshly lusts. It is the same as becoming the broken stone wall.
Zechariah 2:5
2:5. 'For I,' says the LORD, 'will be a wall of fireall around her, and I will be the glory in her midst.'"
If we are faithful and fervent, we will build the wall of fire. There is God's protection from the fiery dart of the evil, disaster, and God's punishment until we build the wall of New Jerusalem.
Psalm 122:7
122:7. Peace be within your walls, Prosperity within your palaces."
There is peace. Everything becomes easy and light. - God works/arranges all of our needs.
John 15:1
15:1. "I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.
God is able to take care of our life abundantly in the middle of crises. It is like the five loaves and the two fish for five thousand men. We just sit and God will do the multiplication and take care of our life abundantly until we can give thanks to God.
God is able to finish all of our problems up to the impossible ones.
God gives heavenly bliss. God works for our beautiful and successful future.
Our business is sitting at Jesus' feet, namely being shepherded to the true teaching word and ministering to God faithfully and fervently. - God gives the best and eternal part.
Luke 10:42
10:42. "But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her."
It is the same as experiencing the renewal of life from fleshly men to spiritual ones like Jesus. It is our only need.
The renewing starts from keeping silent at Jesus' feet. We correct ourselves a lot by the sharpness of the sword of the word, so our mouth can be used to confess our sin, speak good and true words, testify, and worship God. We can trust and commit ourselves to God, so our steps of life are the ones of miracle.
It continues until the last miracle, namely we are changed to become perfect. We are worthy to greet when Jesus comes a second time.
God blesses us.
