Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Luke 11:24-26
11:24. "When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he says, 'I will return to my house from which I came.'
11:25. "And when he comes, he finds
it swept and put in order.
11:26. "Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first."

There are two possibilities of our life as the house of God as follows:

  1. God (the word, the Spirit and the love of God) dwells in our life, so we become the house of prayer. We minister to God and become the place to worship God. We are blessed, defended and owned by God.

  2. The evil and unclean spirits dwell in our life, so we become the den of thieves. We become the place to sin up to the peak, namely sin of eating-drinking and marrying-giving in marriage, so we are cursed and destroyed forever.

The targets of evil and unclean spirits are as follows:

  1. The dry place. It is the same as Christian who is dry spiritually. It can be detected from the dry word, lie, et cetera.

  2. The house that is swept and put in order, but it is empty.
It is the same as one who has been redeemed by the blood of Jesus. He is delivered from evil and unclean spirits, but he is empty of ministry to God.

  3. The house that is swept and put in order.
Being swept means being purified by the word of God (the Table of Showbread).
Being put in order means being anointed by Holy Spirit (the Golden Candlestick). But there is no worship (the Golden Altar of Incense), so he becomes the target of antichrist.

Revelation 12:17
12:17. And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of Godand have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

There are two possibilities in the age of antichrist as follows:

  • There are many people who deny Jesus, so they become the same as antichrist and will be destroyed.
  • Only few men keep worshipping God. The will be tormented and beheaded, but they will be raised when Jesus comes a second time.

Revelation 1:9,17
1:9. I, John, both your brother and companion in the tribulation and kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was on the island that is called Patmos for the word of Godand for the testimony of Jesus Christ.
1:17. And when I saw Him,
I fell at His feetas dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, "Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last.

John the apostle has the word of God (the Table of Showbread) and the testimony of Jesus (the Golden Candlestick), but there is no worship (the Golden Altar of Incense).
That is why God allows John the apostle to suffer in flesh or get the experience of cross on the island that is called Patmos, so he can fall at Jesus' feet to worship Him.
We are also allowed to suffer in flesh with Jesus so we can fall down worshiping God.

When we fall down worshiping God, we will be touched by His right handand He will say, "Do not be afraid!"
When we worship God, we do not fear anymore, but receive the love of God. We have confidence from God.

There are three kinds of boldness from God as follows:

  1. We may have boldness in the day of judgment or to face the throne of judgment/the white throne.
    1 John 4:17
4:17. Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world.

    What will be judged?

    • All sins up to the peak, namely sin of eating-drinking and marrying-giving in marriage.

    • Egoism.
      Matthew 25:41-43,45
25:41. "Then He will also say to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels:
      25:42. 'for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink;
25:43. 'I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.'
25:45. "Then He will answer them, saying, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.'

Being selfish means that one cannot give and visit others who are in need, both physically and spiritually, although he has been stirred up by God.

Boldness to face the white throne means that we make peace with God and others to finish all sins.
The facts of being reconciled are as follows:

    • Confessing our sin to God and others. Do not sin anymore after being forgiven!
    • Forgiving others' sin and forgetting it.

As a result, the blood of Jesus finishes our sins, so we are free from the judgment, and we experience peace. All things become easy and light.

If we keep sinning up to the peak, our life will labor and be heavy laden until we receive the punishment at the white throne.

  2. Having confidence toward God.
    1 John 3:21-22
3:21. Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God.
3:22. And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.

The term is that we have good conscienceor peaceful heart. It means that our heart does not condemn us. There is no wickedness, uncleanness, bitterness, fear, worry, et cetera. We only feel the love of God.

    Hebrews 4:16
4:16. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

If we experience peace, we will have confidence toward the throne of great mercy of God. It means that we can pray to God to ask His mercy to help us in His time. W must be patient to wait the time of Jesus.
When God has not helped us yet, it means that He is still busy with our life to change us from fleshly men to spiritual ones like Him.
God wants to perform spiritual miracle first, then the physical one.

    Being patient means as follows:

    • We must experience the renewal of life from fleshly men to spiritual ones like Jesus. We only trust and hope God. Do not be doubtful to God! Do not hope others!

    • Persevering in praying to God.

If we have already believed and hoped God, and persevered in praying, God will help us.
For God, it is easier to help us from all of our problems than turning the palm of the hand.
All of impossible problems will be finished in due time.

  3. We may have confidence before God's throne of glory at His second coming on the glorious clouds.
    1 John 2:28
2:28. And now, little children, abide in Him, that when He appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him at His coming.

Having confidence= not being afraid and ashamed.
Adam and Eve sinned so they were afraid and ashamed when God came in the Paradise. Consequently, they were cast out of Eden to enter into the world and lived in curse.
In the last days, many people will be afraid and ashamed to face Jesus' second coming.

    Revelation 6:15-16
6:15. And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains,
6:16. and said to the mountains and rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb!

Not being afraid and ashamed= becoming as glorious as Jesus.

    Numbers 12:1,10,12-14
12:1. Then Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married; for he had married an Ethiopian woman.
12:10. And when the cloud departed from above the tabernacle, suddenly Miriam became leprous, as white as snow. Then Aaron turned toward Miriam, and there she was, a leper.
12:12. "Please do not let her be as one dead, whose flesh is half consumed when he comes out of his mother's womb!"
12:13. So Moses cried out to the LORD, saying, "Please heal her, O God, I pray!"
12:14. Then the LORD said to Moses, "
If her father had but spit in her face, would she not be shamed seven days? Let her be shut out of the camp seven days, and afterward she may be received again."

Being ashamed is the same as being spit in the face because of leprosy.
The leprosy means self-truth, namely covering sin by blaming others, blaming the true teaching and justifying the false one, and not being obedient. It is caused by the interest of the flesh.
Consequently, one becomes afraid (has no serenity) and ashamed in this world up to fear and shame to greet Jesus when He comes a second time on the glorious clouds. He will be destroyed together with the world.

We must experience the renewal of life from fleshly men to spiritual ones. There is no more flesh interest and will, so we can become obedient.
When we become obedient, fear and shame will be changed into glory.

On the cross, Jesus was willingly spit in His face to take away all of saliva on our face.
All fear and shame will be changed into beauty and glory.

    Ecclesiastes 3:11
3:11. He has made everything beautifulin its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.

God is able to make everything beautiful and glorious in His time.
It continues until Jesus comes a second time that we are changed to become as perfect and glorious as He is. We are worthy to greet when Jesus comes a second time on the glorious clouds. We are not afraid and ashamed anymore. We can look at Him face to face forever.

God blesses us.
