Revelation 22:2
22:2 In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
The leaves of the tree of life are used for the healing of the nations.
The leaves of the tree of life refer to the Word of God that is ingrained, the body and blood of Jesus, or the sacrifice of Christ on the cross. It is able to heal our physical sickness as well as the spiritual one, namely the sins up to the peak that has been the characteristic.
Revelation 22:3-5
22:3 And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.
22:4 They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads.
22:5 There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.
As a result, there is no curse and there is no night.
Why does man get the curse?
Matthew 25:41-45
25:41 "Then He will also say to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels:
25:42 'for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink;
25:43 'I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.'
25:44 "Then they also will answer Him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?'
25:45 "Then He will answer them, saying, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.'
Because of being egoistic, one loves his own life until he cannot love other people. It means not giving to and visiting others who are in need. He also cannot love God, namely he does not want to serve and minister to Him until he cannot serve and minister to Him. He becomes disobedient.
John 14:15
14:15 "If you love Me, keep My commandments.
1 Corinthians 16:22
16:22 If anyone does not love the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be accursed. O Lord, come!
Matthew 7:21
7:21 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
The consequence is being cursed and destroyed.
Through the worship prayer, we get the process to tear the flesh with all of its characteristics which are egoistic, so we can receive the love of God.
We can love other people or like giving to and visiting other people who are in need. We only do good things to other people. We can confess and forgive sins one another or live in righteousness. We can pray for one another.
We can love God, namely prioritizing the service and ministry to Him more than anything in the world.
[John 14:15] Being obedient to the command of God is the same as stretching out the hands to God. God also stretches out His merciful hands. We live in His hands. He works in our life.
Matthew 7:24-25
7:24 "Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:
7:25 "and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.
As a result, God gives the heavenly wisdom, so we are used in the edification of the spiritual house or the ministry for the edification of Christ's body upon the foundation of the sacrifice of Christ. We can endure the challenge or hindrance from the trinity of Satan, so we do not fall, but keep on living in holiness, faithfulness, and fervency in spirit in the service and ministry to God until the end line.
Deuteronomy 28:2,4,8
24:2 "And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the LORD your God:
28:4 "Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.
28:8 "The LORD will command the blessingon you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the LORD your God is giving you.
God commands the blessings that cannot be hindered or imitated by anything. The physical blessings preserve our life in the midst of the difficulties in the world. We also have the blessings in our marriage and children. Moreover, we get the spiritual blessings up to the eternal life.
Psalm 44:4
44:4 You are my King, O God; Command victories for Jacob.
God commands the victory over stronger enemies. He solves all impossible problems in time of need.
Jeremiah 29:11
29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
God gives the thought or plan for our life, namely of peace. All things become easy, light, and joyful. He gives the beautiful future life that is full of hope.
If our life has not been beautiful yet, we have to do the introspection in our life whether we have loved other people or we have dislike feelings to them. Do we have loved and obeyed God?
When the life has not been beautiful yet although we have loved God and other people, we must learn to be patient for waiting for the time of God to make all things beautiful.
Ecclesiastes 3:11
3:11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.
Do not be disappointed or hopeless! Do not leave God!
The guarantee is the leaves of the tree of life or the sacrifice of Christ.
Isaiah 52:13-14
52:13 Behold, My Servant shall deal prudently; He shall be exalted and extolled and be very high.
52:14 Just as many were astonished at you, So His visage was marred more than any man, And His form more than the sons of men;
Jesus who is successful, beautiful, and glorious has willingly become bad so that our bad life can beautiful in time of need.
God blesses you.
