To Coincide with Fasting Prayer Service Session III
Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 17:5-6
17:5 And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
17:6 I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with great amazement.
Babylon the great is the same as the mother of harlots, namely the perfect false church in evil and uncleannness. It is the Bride of Satan who will be destroyed forever.
Verse 6 refers to the target of the Babylon that is '
drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus'.
The life that is holy and becoming the witness of God still becomes the target of Babylon because such life is not active in the building of the perfect body of Christ.
He is holy for himself. He testifies for his pride and it is useless for others. He is not active in the ministry of marriage (the husband does not love his wife,
et cetera). In the shepherding, he is not active with many kinds of reason as well as in the ministry of inter-shepherding.
If one is holy for others including testifying for others, he will go to the building of the perfect body of Christ.
If one is not active in the ministry of the building of the perfect body of Christ, he will be employed in the building of Babylon who will be destroyed forever.
In this world, there are two spiritual buildings that lead to the two great suppers as follows:
- The ministry of the building of the perfect body of Christ that goes to the marriage supper of the Lamb of God on the glorious clouds. It continues to the One-Thousand-Year Kingdom of Peace (the upcoming Paradise) and the New Jerusalem forever.
Revelation 19:7,9
19:7 "Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready."
19:9 Then he said to me, "Write: 'Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!'"And he said to me, "These are the true sayings of God."
- The building of Babylon that goes to the supper of slaughter.
Revelation 19: 17-18, 21
19:17 Then I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, "Come and gather together for the supper of the great God,
19:18 "that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, both small and great."
19:21 And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh.
The fleshly men that are employed in the building of Babylon will be left when Jesus comes a second time, so they will perish together with the world in the hell forever.
For that reason, we must be active in the ministry of the building of the perfect body of Christ.
The meanings are as follows:
- We must become the priest and king.
The priest is one who is holy especially he is sanctified from the foxes and birds.
The foxes refers to the evil spirit, namely the will of money that makes one greedy and stingy. We are sanctified to be able to give for the work of God and others who are in need.
The birds refers to the uncleanness spirit, namely the sin of eating-drinking and the sin of marrying-being given in marriage (fornication, the wrong marriage, mixed-marriage, divorce-remarrying, and free sex).
If we are holy, we will be given the ministry and the gift of Holy Spirit.
- We must minister to God according the ministry from Him with righteousness and faithfulness.
- We are ready to depart to the other side.
Matthew 8:18-20
8:18 And when Jesus saw great multitudes about Him, He gave a command to depart to the other side.
8:19 Then a certain scribe came and said to Him, "Teacher, I will follow You wherever You go."
8:20 And Jesus said to him, "Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head."
'I will follow You wherever You go'refers to the following of the body to the Head.
Everything must be sacrificed, except the true teaching Word.
- We are ready to fight whatever the sacrifice is.
- We are ready to face the storm, challenge, and obstacle until we win.
When we are employed in the ministry of the building of the perfect body of Christ, we are not tormented, but we are placing Jesus as the Head. He will be responsible for our life until He sacrifices His life on the Place of a Skull.
The proof of placing Jesus as the Head is obedience until the flesh does not sound anymore. It is stretching our hands towards God.
Three kinds of obedience are as follows:
- The obedience of Sarah. It is the obedience in marriage or the Court of Tabernacle.
Genesis 18:13-15
18:13 And the LORD said to Abraham, "Why did Sarah laugh, saying, 'Shall I surely bear a child, since I am old?'
18:14 "Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the appointed time I will return to you, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son."
18:15 But Sarah denied it, saying, "I did not laugh," for she was afraid. And He said, "No, but you did laugh!"
Sarah had the permanent weakness that was barrenness and she had passed the age of child bearing, so she did not have child. Listening to the miraculous Word of God, she laughed.
Sarah had the weakness but she obeyed Abraham.
1 Peter 3:6
3:6 as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord, whose daughters you are if you do good and are not afraid with any terror.
Sarah found her way by giving Hagar to Abraham. Thus, the problem never finish eduntil now.
After that, Sarah obeyed Abraham.
The results are as follows:
- God stretched out His lovingkindness hands, so Isaac was born.
Genesis 21:5-6
21:5 Now Abraham was one hundred years old when his son Isaac was born to him.
21:6 And Sarah said, "God has made me laugh, and all who hear will laugh with me."
The laugh because of being afraid becomes the laugh of joy.
Our advantages are that husband loves his wife, the wife obeys her husband, and the children obey their parents.
- Sanctifying the sins and shame in marriage. Being ashamed becomes being glorified.
- There is beautiful future.
- The obedience in shepherding or the Holy Place of Tabernacle.
1 Kings 17:12,15
17:12 So she said, "As the LORD your God lives, I do not have bread, only a handful of flour in a bin, and a little oil in a jar; and see, I am gathering a couple of sticks that I may go in and prepare it for myself and my son, that we may eat it, and die."
17:15 So she went away and did according to the word of Elijah; and she and he and her household ate for many days.
The results are as follows:
- God stretches His lovingkindness hands to care and protect us in the difficult world until the days when the Antichrist reigns on earth.
- The son of the widow died but he was resurrected. It means that impossible thing becomes possible.
In the shepherding, we need to obey the shepherd. That is our advantages.
- The obedience of the Bride or the Most Holy Place in Tabernacle.
Ephesians 5:22-24
5:22 Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord.
5:23 For the husband is head of the wife, as also Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body.
5:24 Therefore, just as the church is subject to Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything.
This is the obedience to Jesus as well as Jesus obeys Father God.
We obey God until the flesh does not speak anymore. We stretch our hands and God stretches His lovingkindness hands to save us.
The meanings are as follows:
- God set us free from sins, so we are saved and blessed.
- God passes the disaster from us, so we have long life.
- God purifies and changes us until we become perfect like Jesus.
Ephesians 5:25-27
5:25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her,
5:26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word,
5:27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.
We become the Bride of Heaven who is ready to greet the second coming of Jesus on the glorious clouds. We cry out 'Alleluia'. We enter to the New Jerusalem forever.
God blesses us.
