To Coincide with Fasting Prayer Service Session IIIPeace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The fasting prayer means to give the widest possible opportunity to the Word in the anointing of the Holy Spirit to sanctify our lives. If we are pure, we will be ordained.
Exodus 29:129:1. "And this is what you shall do to them to hallow them for ministering to Me as priests: Take one young bull and two rams without blemish,
The fasting prayer is the power to fulfill the requirements of the ministry.
We discuss the second ram.
Exodus 29:2529:25. You shall receive them back from their hands and burn them on the altar as a burnt offering, as a sweet aroma before the Lord. It is an offering made by fire to the Lord.
It is about the burnt offering or the sweet aroma before the Lord.
It means that a servant of God who is used by Him always becomes the sweet aroma before Him, even until he dies.
Psalms 116:15116:15. Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints.
So, the servant of God who is used by Him is like the fat that is burnt and produces a sweet aroma that excites God. He is beautiful and precious before God up to the end of his life, until he dies or the time Jesus comes a second time.
Matthew 27:50,5427:50. And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit.27:54. So when the centurion and those with him, who were guarding Jesus, saw the earthquake and the things that had happened, they feared greatly, saying, "Truly this was the Son of God!"
For example, Jesus as the servant of God who is used by Him must die in curse on the cross but He remains precious to the eye of God and human.
Ephesians 5:1-25:1. Therefore be imitators of God as dear children
5:2. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.
Jesus has given Himself as the sweet-smelling aroma up to the end line.
The signs from Jesus as the life that has the sweet smelling aroma are as follows:
- Jesus has redeemed our sins until He dies on the cross.
Hebrews 10:4-7
10:4. For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins.
10:5. Therefore, when He came into the world, He said: "Sacrifice and offering You did not desire, but a body You have prepared for Me.
10:6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin You had no pleasure.
10:7. Then I said, 'Behold, I have come in the volume of the book it is written of Me to do Your will, O God.' "
- Jesus is obedient and faithful until He dies on the cross.
Philippians 2:8
2:8. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
- Jesus prays on a high mountain, so there is a renewal of life from fleshly man to the glorious one like God.
Matthew 17:1-2,5
17:1. Now after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John his brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves;
17:2. and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light.
17:5. While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
Through the sacrifice of Christ that is the sweet smelling aroma before God, all men are given the opportunity to offer the sweet-smelling aroma to God, even one of the criminals who was crucified beside Jesus also got the chance.
This is a lesson for us. If criminals are given the opportunity, so are we who have been called and chosen to be the servants of God. Even though we still have many flaws and weaknesses, we are still given the opportunity. More importantly, don't stay in the weaknesses! Let us strive to be the sweet-smelling aroma before God.
Through the fasting prayer or the flesh burning or the flesh crucifixion with all of its desires and lusts, we get the widest opportunity to sacrifice the sweet-smelling aroma before God.
The facts found in it are as follows:
- We are willing to experience the redemption. It means to finish sins through confessing sins to God and others. The blood of Jesus washes away our sins, and we don't sin anymore. We repent from sins and live in righteousness. It is the sweet aroma.
- To be obedient and faithful to God until the flesh does not speak anymore.
- Worshipping God much more until we are renewed from the fleshly man that is rotten to the glorious one like Jesus. The flesh is burned to become the sweet-smelling aroma before God.
A servant of God must worship Him much more because the flesh wants to dominate / control us.
The rotten flesh that must be renewed is the self-truth (being white but leprous). The hard heart or the self-truth is renewed to become the meek one.
The self-truth means as follows:
- Covering sins through blaming at the righteous. This is the source of the rottenness or separation.
- Covering sins through blaming at God or the true teaching Word.
- Keeping the sins of uncleanness.
The meek heart means confessing sins to God and others. After we are forgiven, we do not sin anymore. We live from the righteousness of the Lord, not from the self-truth.
By living in righteousness, one will produce the good and right deeds. Do not be mean to others, especially the fellow priests. The servant who can produce the sweet-smelling aroma will be defended by God.
If we have produced the sweet aroma, we will attract the presence of God which is sweet-smelling.
Song of Solomon 1:31:3. Because of the fragrance of your good ointments, Your name is ointment poured forth; therefore the virgins love you.
God is present in our midst to bring the sweet aroma of the anointing oil and His name. We are anointed by God and not dry spiritually. We can shout in the name of Jesus and experience the power of His name.
Isaiah 9:59:5. For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
The results are as follows:
- The name of Jesus as the Counselor.
Psalms 73:24
73:24. You will guide me with Your counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.
In the anointing of the Holy Spirit, we experience the name of Jesus as the Counsel. It means that we are guided by the hands of the Great Shepherd, so we are always shepherded properly and well, we live in righteousness and holiness, and there is always a way out of all problems.
The Good Shepherd will also provide a successful and beautiful future up to the way to Heaven.
- Jesus is the Prince of Peace. It means that He brings peace in the midst of the ocean waves in the world. He gives us peace through finishing sins. By keeping sins, we will never be calm.
Let us finish sins. So, we will have peace and everything becomes light and easy. The thing that makes our lives difficult is not the problem but the sin and the curse of sins.
- Jesus is the Mighty God.
2 Corinthians 4:7-9
4:7. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.
4:8. We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;
4:9. persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed
The power of His name gives us extra strength through the preaching of the true teaching Word to face anything in the world. So, we are strong and of good courage. We are not disappointed or hopeless and we do not leave God. But, we always give thanks to God whatever we face. We keep being faithful and fervent in spirit in the service and ministry to God up to the end line.
We also receive the extra strength to win over the enemies, trials, challenges, and obstacles.
- Jesus is the Everlasting Father. It means that He is able to preserve our lives, starting from now in the difficulties up to the era of the Antichrist who rules over the world, until eternal life forever.
Let us shout the name of Jesus these days. We will receive the anointing oil. We are not dry spiritually, but remain in the satisfaction of Heaven and there is the power in the name of Jesus.
- The name of Jesus is Wonderful.
It means that the power of His name is able to create the spiritual miracle, namely the renewal of life from the fleshly man to the spiritual one like Jesus. It starts from not lying anymore.
Ephesians 4:24-28
4:24. and that you put on the new manwhich was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.
4:25. Therefore, putting away lying, "Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor," for we are members of one another.
4:26. "Be angry, and do not sin": do not let the sun go down on your wrath,
4:27. nor give place to the devil.
4:28. Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need.
Do not be angry without love! But, be angry with love to help others!
Do not steal but give to others!
This is the new man.
The power of the name of Jesus is also able to create the physical miracle, namely from impossible things to possible ones.
It continues up to the last miracle at the time He comes that we get the new name, namely as the Bride. We are renewed to be perfect, namely we do not stumble in words. We become the heavenly Bride that is ready to welcome Jesus who comes a second time. We meet Him, and then enter the Paradise and the kingdom of Heaven forever.
God blesses us.
