Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 3:12-133:12 He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on himMy new name.
3:13 "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches."'The church of Philadelphia faces the three great things which are the closed door, the synagogue of Satan, and the temptation that increases to the age of Antichrist. For those reasons, God promises to them who win as follows:
- To become pillar in the temple of God or New Jerusalem.
- One will be written the name of God Father, Son of God, and New Jerusalem.
Revelation 21:221:2 Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Being written the name of New Jerusalem means to become the Bride that is adorned to greet the Bridegroom of Heaven. Our duty as the Bride is adorning our life to greet Jesus' coming as the Bridegroom. There are two kinds of adornment for the Bride as follows:
- The belt.
Jeremiah 2:32
2:32 Can a virgin forget her ornaments, ora bride her attire?Yet My people have forgotten Me days without number.
Isaiah 11:5
11:5 Righteousness shall be the beltof His loins, and faithfulness the beltof His waist.
The belt refers to the faithfulness and righteousness. Faithfulness means one cannot be hindered by anything and do not betray. Righteousness means being according to the true teaching Word (Bible).
Thus, we must minister God in faithfulness and righteousness, having no purpose to get physical advantage.
Luke 17:7-8
17:7 And which of you, having a servant plowing or tending sheep, will say to him when he has come in from the field, 'Come at once and sit down to eat'?
17:8 But will he not rather say to him, 'Prepare something for my supper, and gird yourself and serve me till I have eaten and drunk, and afterward you will eat and drink'?
Ministering with belt means stretching out our hands to give food and drink to God, satisfying God. The results are as follows:
- God stretches out His hands to give the satisfaction of Heaven that cannot be affected by anything in the world. So we will not look for the satisfaction in this world nor fall in sin up to the peak of sin.
- God stretches out His hands to care us abundantly until we can give thank.
- God stretches out His hands to give great gain that is the two wings of a great eagle.
1 Timothy 6:6
6:6 Now godliness with contentment is great gain.
Revelation 12:14
12:14 But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent.
The two wings of a great eagle will fly us to wilderness for three and a half year far away from Antichrist. We are cared directly by God through the Word and Holy Communion. The Bible Study Service and Holy Communion are preparation for flying to wilderness.
- Gentleness, quiet spirit, and being submissive.
1 Peter 3:4-5
3:4 rather let it bethe hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible beautyof a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God.
3:5 For in this manner, in former times, the holy women who trusted in God also adorned themselves, being submissive to their own husbands,
Gentleness and quiet spirit are characters inside.
Being submissive is the character outside.
Gentlenessis the ability to receive the teaching Word that is hard to purify us from sins up to the peak of sins. It is also the ability to forgive and forget other's sin.
Quiet spiritis not much commenting and blaming others, but correcting our self through the sharpness of the sword of the Word.
Being submissiveis obeying until the flesh does not sound anymore.
1 Timothy 2:11-14
2:11 Let a woman learn in silence with all submission.
2:12 And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence.
2:13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve.
2:14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.
Being submissive for women is not teaching and commanding men in house hold or congregation. It is for placing everyone in the right place, namely husband as the head of wife, Jesus as the head of husband and congregation.
Just like it was, all the fruits of the tree in Eden could be eaten freely, except one that was the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Now, women can ministry anything, except one, that is teaching and commanding men.
1 Corinthians 14:34-35
14:34 Let your women keep silent in the churches, for they are not permitted to speak; but they areto be submissive, as the law also says.
14:35 And if they want to learn something, let them ask their own husbands at home; for it is shameful for women to speak in church.
Being submissive is the measurement of holiness.
1 Peter 5:5-6
5:5 Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to yourelders. Yes, all of yoube submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble."
5:6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,
Being submissive is the measurement of the life that is shepherded well and right. It is like stretching out our hands to God. He will stretch out His hands to lift up us in time. It means as follows:
- The hands of God lift up us from failure to success and beauty in time.
- The hands of God lift up us from the spiritual falls, forgive, and recover us so we are blessed and joyful.
- The hands of God use us in ministry of the building of the perfect body of Christ. It starts from marriage, shepherding inters shepherding, until the international body of Christ that is Israel and Gentiles.
- The hands of God purify and change us to become perfect until we do not stumble in words. We are lifted up to the glorious clouds when Jesus comes a second time, until we enter the New Jerusalem forever.
God blesses us.
