Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We must face three things in the last days, as follows:
- The revival of the last rain or the building of the body of Christ.
- The second coming of Jesus on the glorious clouds.
- The sprinkling of bloods or the flesh suffering (the crucifixion to the flesh) because of Jesus. It is experienced already by Jesus at the Gethsemane until He is crucified on the cross.
At the last days we will face the difficulties, impossibilities, hatred without reason, et cetera. Those things cannot be solved by wealth, standing, intelligence, et ceterafrom this world, but being watchful and praying.
Mark 14:32-3814:32 Then they came to a place which was named Gethsemane; and He said to His disciples, "Sit here while I pray."
14:33 And He took Peter, James, and John with Him, and He began to be troubled and deeply distressed.
14:34 Then He said to them, "My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, evento death. Stay here and watch."
14:35 He went a little farther, and fell on the ground, and prayed that if it were possible, the hour might pass from Him.
14:36 And He said, "Abba, Father, all things arepossible for You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will."
14:37 Then He came and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, "Simon, are you sleeping? Could you not watch one hour?
14:38 Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed iswilling, but the flesh isweak."There are three levels of being watchful and praying as follows:
- The passive prayer like the eight disciples that sit.
Mark 14:32
14:32 Then they came to a place which was named Gethsemane; and He said to His disciples, "Sit here while I pray."
It refers to the supplication prayer. In Tabernacle, it represents the Court. The main point is our need.
Let us be watchful for the reasons as follows:
- If we do not need anything, we do not pray.
- If we only ask, we will become like Bartimaeus who is blind. It means we are only satisfied with physical things but cannot see the light of gospel about the glory of Christ (we do not understand the true teaching or purification Word) and cannot find the way to heaven.
- The active prayer or the worship.
Mark 14:33-34
14:33 And He took Peter, James, and John with Him, and He began to be troubled and deeply distressed.
14:34 Then He said to them, "My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, evento death. Stay here and watch."
In Tabernacle, it represents the Holy Place. The main point is the persona of Jesus. At any place, any time, any condition, we can worship God. Worship prayer is giving praise, honor, and glory to God up to our whole life.
Psalm 24:3-5
24:3 Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord?Or who may stand in His holy place?
24:4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, nor sworn deceitfully.
24:5 He shall receive blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
- The prayer of the High Priest.
Mark 14:35
14:35 He went a little farther, and fell on the ground, and prayed that if it were possible, the hour might pass from Him.
It is the worship prayer with ripping the flesh until it does not sound anymore. It means the Veil is ripped. It represents the Holy of Holiest.
The flesh that must be ripped is as follows:
- Fear.
Mark 14:33
14:33 And He took Peter, James, and John with Him, and He began to be troubled and deeply distressed.
It refers to the fear to sacrifice or of something until one does not fear God, but resists against Him. It must be ripped until we fear God.
- Sadness.
Mark 14:34
14:34 Then He said to them, "My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, evento death. Stay here and watch."
One feels disappointed or desperate and leaves God. It must be ripped so he can trust and hope to God until give thanks.
- The will of flesh.
Mark 14:36
14:36 And He said, "Abba, Father, all things arepossible for You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will."
It must be ripped to become obedience until the flesh does not sound anymore.
Romans 8:15
8:15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father."
Being obedience means the life is anointed, filled, and overflowed by Holy Spirit.
Luke 22:42-43
22:42 saying, "Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done."
22:43 Then an angel appeared to Him from heaven, strengthening Him.
Holy Spirit gives an extra strength to us. The results are as follows:
- Holy Spirit makes us strong and of good courage.
Isaiah 35:3-4
35:3 Strengthen the weak hands, and make firm the feeble knees.
35:4 Say to those who arefearful-hearted,"Be strong, do not fear!Behold, your God will come withvengeance, withthe recompense of God;He will come and save you."
Being strong and of good courage means as follows
- One does not grumble and get disappointed or desperate, but always gives thanks to God.
- One is faithful and fervent in ministry.
- One keeps on praying to God.
- The miracle happens.
Isaiah 35:5-6
35:5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.
35:6 Then the lame shall leap like a deer, and the tongue of the dumb sing. For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, and streams in the desert.
The spiritual miracle happens. It is the life renewal from carnal man to spiritual one like Jesus. It starts from honest mouth, no more lying. Honesty means the house of prayer. Then, the physical miracle also happens.
Zechariah 4:6-9
4:6 So he answered and said to me: "This isthe word of the Lordto Zerubbabel:'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,'says the Lordof hosts.
4:7 'Who areyou, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall becomea plain! And he shall bring forth the capstonewith shouts of "Grace, grace to it!"'"
4:8 Moreover the word of the Lordcame to me, saying:
4:9 "The hands of Zerubbabelhave laid the foundation of this temple; his hands shall also finish it.Then you will knowthat the Lordof hosts has sent Me to you.
All impossible problems will be finished miraculously. Holy Spirit is able to give success and beautiful future. We are employed in the revival of Holy Spirit at the last rain or the building of the body of Christ. Until Jesus comes a second time, we are changed to become perfect, namely we do not stumble in word [James 3:2]. We are together with Him forever.
God blesses us.
