Revelation 10:1-3
10:1 I saw still another mighty angel coming down from heaven, clothed with a cloud. And a rainbow was on his head, his face was like the sun, and his feet like pillars of fire.
10:2. He had a little book open in his hand. And he set his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land,
10:3. and cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roars. When he cried out, seven thunders uttered their voices.
The seven times of the sprinkling of blood on the mercy seat refer to the suffering of Jesus until He dies on the cross to reconcile, help, and protect us who believe in Him up to the perfection like Him and we become the His possession.
Jesus experiences the seven times of the sprinkling of blood, so He experiences the seven lights of glory to illuminate us, His church, who are weak until we become as glorious and perfect as Him.
The appearances of Jesus with the seven lights of glory are as follows:
- [Revelation 10:1] Being clothed with a cloud.
- [Revelation 10:1] A rainbow is on his head.
- [Revelation 10:1] His face is like the sun.
- [Revelation 10:1] His feet are like pillars of fire.
- [Revelation 10:2] Having a little book open in his hand.
- [Revelation 10:2] Setting his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land.
- [Revelation 10:3] Crying with a loud voice, as when a lion roars.
ad. 6.
He set his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land.
It refers to the authority and power of Jesus to defeat the enemies.
The enemy in the sea is the antichrist with the power of Mammon or the love of money that rules over the economy of the world.
The enemy on earth is the false prophets with the false teachings and lying spirit that mislead men.
Revelation 13:11
13:11. Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. Jesus set his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land. It means that He is able to defeat the power and influence of the antichrist and false prophet.
2 Corinthians 11:2-3
11:2. For I am jealous for you with godly jealousy. For I have betrothed you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.
11:3. But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
The engagement refers to the last days.
In the beginning of age, Eve's heart and mind were deceived by snake with false teaching and lying spirit.
Eve was blessed by God in Paradise, but she could be deceived by snake, so she was against the word of God or became disobedient.
Genesis 3:1-3,5-6
3:1. Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, "Has God indeed said, 'You shall not eat of every tree of the garden'?"
3:2. And the woman said to the serpent, "We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden;
3:3. "but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, 'You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.' "
3:5. "For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil."
3:6. So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.
The first mistake of Eve is that she willingly heard the false teaching, so her ears were broken. Consequently, her mouth was also broken.
Eve started adding and taking away the word of God according to her flesh or false teaching.
Further, the eyes are broken. It means that one sees something which God has forbidden.
The facts found in it are seeing a spectacle that destroys the holiness of heart and mind and loving to see other's mistake.
Further, the nose is also broken. It means that one is unwilling and unable to worship God, so he does not experience the tearing of flesh. He rejects the cross and only wants the thing that is comfortable for flesh.
Eve was deceived, so she wanted to become the same as Jesus with fleshly way.
The right attitude is that we must tear our flesh or receive the cross. We imitate Jesus when He prays at Gethsemane: "
Nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will".
The peak is that the skin or the feeling/feeler is also broken.
The fact found in it is disobedience or being against the word of God.
Eve ate from the tree which God had forbidden and then she asked Adam to eat it too, so both of them fell into sin. This is a warning for us. If a wife is wrong, her husband must keep holding fast the true teaching word, so she can be helped. If a husband is wrong, his wife must keep holding fast the true teaching word, so he can be helped.
The consequence of falling into sin is being naked, fearful, and ashamed, so one is far away from God. He lives in curse up to perdition forever.
In the last days, approaching the second coming of Jesus there are many servants of God who are deceived like Eve. They just follow their lust and reject the cross, so they do not obey the true teaching word.
Consequently, they cannot enter the heaven.
That is why, every servant of God must experience the sprinkle of blood to bear the cross or tear the flesh, so we can experience the shekinah glory. We experience the authority and power of God to defeat the false prophets with false teachings.
The example is John the apostle. He experienced the sprinkle of blood, namely being cast away to an island that is called Patmos.
Revelation 1:9-10,12
1:9. I, John, both your brother and companion in the tribulation and kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was on the island that is called Patmos for the word of God and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.
1:10. I was in the Spirit on the Lord's Day, and I heard behind me a loud voice, as of a trumpet,
1:12. Then I turned to see the voice that spoke with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands,
As a result, John the apostle experienced the shekinah glory of the glory of God. There are the authority and power of God to defeat the false prophets with false teachings that destroy the senses.
The senses are renewed to become the good ones.
The facts found in it are as follows:
- The ears become good, namely hearing the trumpet sound or the hard and true teaching word that shows our sins.
If we hear correctly, we surely become obedient.
- The eyes see seven golden lampstands from heaven. It means seeing spiritual thing that pleases God.
- The nose is renewed until we fall down, worshiping God.
Revelation 1:17
1:17. And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, "Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last.
We obey God until our flesh does not sound anymore, so we do not need to be fearful and ashamed anymore.
We have confidence to face the throne of the grace of Lord. We just trust and cry to God. We stretch out our hands to Him and He as the High Priest will stretch out His merciful hands to us.
The results are as follows:
- God is able to take care of our physical and spiritual life.
We are taken care of physically up to the abundance until the age of antichrist.
He takes care of us spiritually, so we can live in righteousness and holiness.
Luke 12:29-32
12:29. "And do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind.
12:30. "For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that you need these things.
12:31. "But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you.
12:32. "Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
- God stretches out His hands to calm all wind and waves. It means that all problems are finished in His time.
We experience calmness, peace, and quietness. All things become easy and light. All things become successful and beautiful in His time.
John 6:16-21
6:16. Now when evening came, His disciples went down to the sea,
6:17. got into the boat, and went over the sea toward Capernaum. And it was already dark, and Jesus had not come to them.
6:18. Then the sea arose because a great wind was blowing.
6:19. So when they had rowed about three or four miles, they saw Jesus walking on the sea and drawing near the boat; and they were afraid.
6:20. But He said to them, "It is I; do not be afraid."
6:21. Then they willingly received Him into the boat, and immediately the boat was at the land where they were going.
- The High Priest stretches out His hands to purify and change our life up to perfection like Him.
1 John 2:28
2:28. And now, little children, abide in Him, that when He appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him at His coming.
1 John 4:18
4:18. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.
The beginning of being perfect is crying out: "Abba, Father". It means that we become honest and obedient.
We keep on being renewed up to perfection like Jesus. We see Him face to face until we enter the New Jerusalem forever.
God blesses us.
