Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 6:12-17
6:12 I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood.
6:13 And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind.
6:14 Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place.
6:15 And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains,
6:16 and said to the mountains and rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb!
6:17 "For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?"
The opening of the sixth seal is the same as the sixth judgment of Holy Spirit God, namely the great physical and spiritual earthquake which causes darkness spiritually.
The great spiritual earthquake refers to the influence of the world with all of its activities, sorrows, amenities, uncleanness, evil, and so on that cause darkness spiritually.
1 Thesalonians 5:1-7
5:1. But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you.
5:2. For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night.
5:3. For when they say, "Peace and safety!" then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.
5:4. But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief.
5:5. You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness.
5:6. Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober.
5:7. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night.
Night= the last days.
In the last days, there will be many servants of God who live in the darkness, namely sleeping and getting drunk.
Sleeping means becoming unfaithful in the ministry, even leaving it.
Getting drunk means falling into sin, living for it, and enjoying it up to the peak, namely sin of eating-drinking and marrying-giving in marriage.
If one sleeps and gets drunk, God's second coming will overtake him as a thief. He does not know it, so he will be left behind and destroyed forever.
The right attitude is watching and being sober.
Luke 12:35-36
12:35. "Let your waist be girded and your lamps burning;
12:36. "and you yourselves be like men who wait for their master, when he will return from the wedding, that when he comes and knocks they may open to him immediately. There are three kinds of watching and being sober as follows:
- The waist is girded.
Ephesians 6:14
6:14. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
The belt refers to the truth or the true word of God.
Keeping on having girded the waist means that one keeps holding fast the true teaching word and obeying it, and refuses another teaching.
Proverbs 12:26
12:26. The righteous should choose his friends carefully, For the way of the wicked leads them astray.
The result is that we live in righteousness and holiness. We can be shepherded well and correctly.
The preaching of the Word is successful when the sheep can be brought in the true shepherding, namely perseverance in committing three kinds of main service.
Why do we have to sit down on the grass or be shepherded?
- So we do not stumble and fall into sin up to the peak.
- So we are not lost by false teachings, including gossips, but our spiritual journey keeps going to the New Jerusalem.
- So we are not spiritually withered and dead but keeping on being in the spiritual safisfaction so we can always give thanks to God.
- To face against the age of darkness or the crisis of economy in the world until antichrist reigns over the world for three and a half years.
Matthew 14:15-21
14:15. When it was evening, His disciples came to Him, saying, "This is a deserted place, and the hour is already late. Send the multitudes away, that they may go into the villages and buy themselves food."
14:16. But Jesus said to them, "They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat."
14:17. And they said to Him, "We have here only five loaves and two fish."
14:18. He said, "Bring them here to Me."
14:19. Then He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass. And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke and gave the loaves to the disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitudes.
14:20. So they all ate and were filled, and they took up twelve baskets full of the fragments that remained.
14:21 Now those who had eaten were about five thousand men, besides women and children.
We live by the miraculous God's merciful hand from now on in the middle of the difficulties in the world. We are taken care of by the word and holy communion when antichrist reigns over the world for three and a half years.
- The lamps are burning.
Luke 12:35
12:35. "Let your waist be girded and your lamps burning;
It means that we must have the reserve of oil, namely living in the anointing and fullness of Holy Spirit, and it overflows in us.
We keep faithful and fervent in ministry until the finish line.
Romans 12:11
12:11not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord;
The lamps are burning to face against the crisis of marriage and children.
Romans 1:27
1:27. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.
Not having the spiritual lust, we will have the physical one, namely falling into sin.
The highest advice in the world is that we invite our family and friend to minister to God.
- Keeping on being in the atmosphere of the feast of marriage.
Luke 12:36
12:36. "and you yourselves be like men who wait for their master, when he will return from the wedding, that when he comes and knocks they may open to him immediately.
It means that we keep on being in the atmosphere of the love of God through worship.
The neck refers to the worship. It is the closest relationship between Head (the Bridegroom) and body (the bride), namely the one of love.
Matthew 14:23-24
14:23. And when He had sent the multitudes away, He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray. Now when evening came, He was alone there.
14:24. But the boat was now in the middle of the sea, tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary.
The prayer is used to face against the crisis of faith. Satan always blows the winds and waves in the ocean of the world.
The winds refer to the false teaching, gossip, et cetera.
The waves refer to the temptation in all things, and sin up to the peak.
The winds and waves make the servant of God doubt to the true teaching word and the power of God, so he almost drowns up to drowning in the lake of fire and brimstone.
Peter was allowed to almost drown because of the things as follows:
- Peter was arrogant. It means sleeping in the ministry or when worshiping God.
- To make Peter humble, so he could stretch out his hands, surrender, cry out, trust, and commit himself to God. As a result, God will lift us up in His time.
We are used in the revival of the building of the perfect body of Christ.
We are purified and changed to be obedient until our flesh does not sound anymore. We are perfect as Jesus is and we are lifted up on the glorious clouds with Him.
God blesses us.
