Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 1:141:14 His head and hairwerewhite like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire; This is the appearance of Jesus’ persona in the glory of King of kings. The two signs are as follow:
- ‘’His head and hairwerewhite like wool’’. It refers to the crown of righteousness.
Daniel 7:9
7:9. “I watched till thrones were put in place,and the Ancient of Days was seated;His garmentwaswhite as snow,and the hair of His headwaslike pure wool.His thronewasa fiery flame,its wheels a burning fire;
Daniel also sees Jesus with the white hair sits on the throne of Heaven. This refers to the persona of Jesus as the King of kings.
- ‘’His eyes like a flame of fire’’.
Psalm 11:411:4. TheLordisin His holy temple, theLord’s throneisin heaven; His eyes behold,His eyelids test the sons of men.
God’s eyes behold from the throne of Heaven.
It means as follows:
- Purifying and testing the servants of God to become the apple of His eye.
- Paying attention to the servants of God to care, help and do the miracles.
1 Corinthians 7:31-327:31 and those who use this world as not misusingit. For the form of this world is passing away.
7:32 But I want you to be without care. He who is unmarried cares for the things of the Lord—how he may please the Lord.
At the last days we must devote our concern to the persona of God (spiritual things). We have to paying attention to the physical things but do not decrease our concern to God so we will not worry. We live in calmness and fully surrender to God.
The practice of devoting our concern to God is as follow:
- Paying attention to the prophet Word, the teaching Word that is sharper that any two edged of sword.
- Paying attention to the service and ministry.
- Paying attention to the mercy of God.
We learn the third point, namely paying attention to
the mercy of God.
Psalm 107:43107:43 Whoeveriswise will observe thesethings, and they will understand the lovingkindness of theLord.
The proof of paying attention to the mercy of God is as follows:
- Repenting.
Romans 2:4
2:4 Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?
The process is realizing, regretting, and confessing the sin to God and others by the work of Word of God that is sharper than any two-edged sword. If we are forgiven by Jesus’ blood, do not sin anymore. We stop sinning and return to God or die from sin.
Everything that we have in this world (physical and spiritual things) without repentance becomes meaningless and perishes.
2 Peter 3:9
3:9. The Lord is not slack concerningHispromise, as some count slackness, but is longsufferingtoward us,not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
If God has not yet come in second time and we are still living until now, that is the extension of His mercy. The main purpose is we can repent so our life will not be useless and destroyed.
1 Corinthians 10:5-11
10:5 But with most of them God was not well pleased, fortheir bodieswere scattered in the wilderness.
10:6. Now these things became our examples, to the intent that we should not lust after evil things as they also lusted.
10:7 And do not become idolatersasweresome of them. As it is written,“The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.”
10:8 Nor let us commit sexual immorality, as some of them did, and in one day twenty-three thousand fell;
10:9 nor let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed by serpents;
10:10 nor complain, as some of them also complained, and were destroyed by the destroyer.
10:11 Now allthese things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages have come.
Especially, we repent from the sins that have happened in the age of Israel as follows:
- Idolatry. It means something that hinders us to love God. The false teaching leads to the false worship.
- Fornications. It means the sin of eating drinking (smoking, being drunk, and drug abuse) and marrying-being given in marriage (sexual sin and its kinds, the wrong marriage).
- Tempting God. It means one loathes to manna, the true teaching Word. The result is being destroyed by serpent that is the poison of false teaching and sins.
- Complaining, gossiping, et cetera.
The result is there are only two people from whole Israel that can enter the land of Canaan.
Repenting is closing the door of hell or perdition.
- Being renewed from water and Spirit, through water and Holy Spirit Baptism.
Titus 3:4-5
3:4 But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared,
3:5 not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,
It means opening the door of heaven.
Matthew 3:16
3:16 When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and Hesaw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him.
Romans 6:4
6:4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
The right water Baptism is one who has die from sin or repented is buried in water with Jesus, and raised (coming out from water) together with Him to get the new life, the heavenly life, or life in righteousness.
If we live in righteousness, we experience the leading, anointing, and infilling of Holy Spirit. The result is as follows:
- Holy Spirit helps us to worship God.
Romans 8:26
8:26. Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for uswith groanings which cannot be uttered.
- We can obey the true teaching Word.
Romans 8:15
8:15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.”
We can worship God by obedience.
Philippians 2:8-9
2:8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient tothe point of death, even the death of the cross.
2:9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
Jesus is obedient until dies on the cross so He receives the name which is above every name to defeat the enemy. It means He becomes King of kings.
We worship by obedience until the flesh does not sound anymore. It means we stretch out our hands to Jesus, and He as King of kings will stretch out His strong and merciful hands towards us.
The result is as follows:
- The mercy hand of God opens the doors of heaven to pour the blessing rain for us.
Zechariah 14:17-18
14:17 And it shall bethatwhichever of the families of the earth do not come up to Jerusalem to worship the King, theLordof hosts, on them there will be no rain.
14:18 If the family of Egypt will not come up and enter in, theyshall havenorain;they shall receive the plague with which theLordstrikes the nations who do not come up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.
The blessing rain cares us miraculously in the midst of difficulties in the world to the age of Antichrist. The spiritual blessing rain delights our life.
- The mercy hand of God pulls out us from the shadow of fig tree (selfishness) to enter the building of the perfect body of Christ.
John 1:49-51
1:49 Nathanael answered and said to Him, “Rabbi, You are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!”
1:50 Jesus answered and said to him,“Because I said to you, ‘I saw you under the fig tree,’ do you believe? You will see greater things than these.”
1:51 And He said to him,“Most assuredly, I say to you, hereafteryou shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man.”
If we serve the building of the body of Christ, we will experience the ministry of angel or Jesus as the Great Shepherd.
- The mercy hand of God opens the door of Paradise until the door of heaven for us.
Luke 23:41-43
23:41 And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong.”
23:42 Then he said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.”
23:43 And Jesus said to him,“Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”
God is able to change our failure and suffering like the condition of the criminal who is evil and unclean as long as we confess honestly to Him. Until the time when Jesus comes a second time, we are changed as glorious as He is to enter the New Jerusalem.
God blesses us.
