Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Exodus 20:22-26
20:22 Then the Lord said to Moses, "Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: 'You have seen that I have talked with you from heaven.
20:23 You shall not make anything to be with Me--gods of silver or gods of gold you shall not make for yourselves.
20:24 An altar of earth you shall make for Me, and you shall sacrifice on it your burnt offerings and your peace offerings, your sheep and your oxen. In every place where I record My name I will come to you, and I will bless you.
20:25 And if you make Me an altar of stone, you shall not build it of hewn stone; for if you use your tool on it, you have profaned it.
20:26 Nor shall you go up by steps to My altar, that your nakedness may not be exposed on it.'"I have talked with you from heaven" refers to the Word from heaven or the true teaching one. It is signified by the things as follows:
- It is written in Bible.
- It is revealed by God, namely a verse explains another verse in Bible.
- It is practiced.
If the true teaching Word is practiced, it will sanctify us, so we become the priests and kings. The priestmeans as follows:
- One who is holy.
- One who has the ministry.
- One who serves and ministers God with faithfulness and righteousness.
The priest should not serve and minister to God as well as leave the service and ministry to look for physical gold and silver, for it is the idolatry.
Let us put our aim in ministry to look for the heavenly gold and silver.
The silverrefers to the redemption of the blood of Jesus or the releasing from sins up to there is no more lie. If yes we say yes, if no we say no.
The goldrefers to the divine nature, namely obedience up to the flesh does not sound anymore. It is like Jesus who obeyed God until He died on the cross.
Thus, the priest gets the heavenly gold and silver. It begins from honesty and obedience.
Haggai 2:6-8
2:6 "For thus says the Lord of hosts: 'Once more (it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land;
2:7 and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,' says the Lord of hosts.
2:8 'The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,' says the Lord of hosts.
If we become the priest or the servant of God who has the heavenly gold and silver, we will experience three thingsas follows:
- We can endure in facing all shakings at the last days. We keep on ministering, believing, and hoping to God.
- We will be employed in the ministry of the building of the perfect body of Christ. It starts from marriage, shepherding, and inter-shepherding.
- We will become God's forever that cannot be taken by anything
Exodus 20:24
20:24 An altar of earth you shall make for Me, and you shall sacrifice on it your burnt offerings and your peace offerings, your sheep and your oxen. In every place where I record My name I will come to you, and I will bless you.
Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of stone and Tabernacle. The Israel should have built an altar, but they made the golden calf or the idol.
The true teaching Word in anointing of Holy Spirit will encourage us to worship and make an altar for God.
There are three conditions to build an altaras follows:
- An altar of stone.
Exodus 20:25
20:25 And if you make Me an altar of stone, you shall not build it of hewn stone; for if you use your tool on it, you have profaned it.
An altar of stone refers to the hard, evil, and bitter life of us. Fortunately, we still may worship God as long as we come to Him whatever condition we have. Do not cover or beautify it. Then, God will shape us with the true teaching Word to make our heart gentle.
- Nor shall you go up by steps to My altar.
Exodus 20:26
20:26 Nor shall you go up by steps to My altar, that your nakedness may not be exposed on it.'
It means that we must not get proud or exalt ourselves in front of God, so our nakedness may not be exposed. The meanings of the nakedness' being exposed are as follows:
- Being ashamed and despised.
- Falling in sin up to the peak, namely the sin of eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage.
Let us come to God with humble heart and confess our weakness. He will lift up us in due time.
- An altar of earth.
Exodus 20:24
20:24 An altar of earthyou shall make for Me, and you shall sacrifice on it your burnt offerings and your peace offerings, your sheep and your oxen. In every place where I record My name I will come to you, and I will bless you.
It means that we worship God with confession that we are unworthy, incapable, and worthless like dust. We confess that our life comes from His great mercy. We always give thank to Him especially when we suffer. We worship Him with broken heart. Then, the incense that produces fragrance will ascend before God and it will move His heart to stretch out His mercy hands towards us.
The resultsare as follows:
- The great mercy hands of God are able to care us miraculously in the midst of the difficulties in the world up to the days of Antichrist.
- The great mercy hands of God are able to employ us in the ministry of the building of the perfect body of Christ or the Bride of heaven.
Jeremiah 18:3-4
18:3 Then I went down to the potter's house, and there he was, making something at the wheel.
18:4 And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make.
If the vessel is marred, the mercy hands of God are able to make it again into another one.
If the spiritual miracle happens, the physical one will also happen. The mercy hands of God are able to change the failure and destruction to become success and beauty.
If Jesus comes a second time, we will be changed to become the new creation like Him. We are ready to greet His second coming with crying out "Alleluia."
God blesses us.
