Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 11:2
11:2 But leave out the court which is outside the temple, and do not measure it, for it has been given to the Gentiles. And they will tread the holy city underfoot for forty-two months.
In Patmos Island, God showed to John about the court or the area outside the temple which was not measured or did not fulfill the measurement, so the people had to be persecuted by the Antichrist for three and a half years. Who belongs to the court outside the temple?
Revelation 12:17
12:17 And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
They are the servants of God who keep His commandments or obey the True Teaching Word or the Table of Showbread and have the testimony of Jesus or become the priests and kings who serve and minister to God or the Candlestick, but they do not have the Golden Altar of Incense. They do not worship God or their worship does not fulfill the measurement. It means that the flesh still speaks or the veil is not torn. It means as follows:
- They worship God unwillingly.
- Being obedient but the flesh still speaks or being obedient only if it is suitable to the flesh.
So, they must be persecuted by the Antichrist for three and a half years.
Why does God allow that to happen? He lets it happen in order to give us the opportunity to worship Him earnestly even though we must be tortured until beheaded by the Antichrist to fulfill the measurement, namely the flesh does not speak anymore of the veil is torn.
In order to avoid the persecution of the Antichrist, we must be earnest to worship Jesus even though we must experience the continuous tearing of the flesh until we fulfill the measurement of God, namely the flesh does not speak anymore of the veil is torn, so we are as perfect as Him.
Mark 14:32-36
14:32 Then they came to a place which was named Gethsemane; and He said to His disciples, "Sit here while I pray."
14:33 And He took Peter, James, and John with Him, and He began to be troubled and deeply distressed.
14:34 Then He said to them, "My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and watch."
14:35 He went a little farther, and fell on the ground, and prayed that if it were possible, the hour might pass from Him.
14:36 And He said, "Abba, Father, all things are possible for You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will."
What must be torn?
- The characteristics of the flesh, namely the fear, trembling, or worries because of something in the world until resisting against God.
Through the prayer service, the characteristics of the flesh are torn to become the fear of God, namely to hate sin up to lies whatever the risks are.
Proverbs 8:13
8:13 The fear of the Lord is to hate evil; pride and arrogance and the evil way and the perverse mouth I hate.
Through the prayer service, the sadness, disappointment, hopelessness, and leaving God are torn. So, we are close to God and keep faithful and fervent in spirit in the service and ministry to God.
- The carnal mind which is enmity against God.
Romans 8:7
8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.
Through the prayer service, the desire of the flesh or the carnal mind can be torn, so we become obedient to the will of God until the flesh does not speak anymore.
For example, Jesus was obedient until He died on the cross. One who was blind from birth was obedient when he was told to wash himself in the pool of Siloam until he could worship God.
John 9:37-38
9:37 And Jesus said to him, "You have both seen Him and it is He who is talking with you."
9:38 Then he said, "Lord, I believe!" And he worshiped Him.
It is the same as stretching our hands to God or to surrender fully to Him.
Therefore, God will stretch His loving-kindness hands to us. We live in the great loving-kindness hands of God. The results are as follows :
- The spiritual miracle happens, namely the renewal of life from the fleshly man to the spiritual one like Jesus.
John 9:39
9:39 And Jesus said, "For judgment I have come into this world, that those who do not see may see, and that those who see may be made blind."
Being blind means not seeing other's faults or seeking for other's mistakes. So, we can see our mistakes and see God.
As long as we see other's mistakes or become blind spiritually, we cannot see our mistakes and see God.
- The physical miracle also happens, namely from being blind to seeing things.
The impossible things become possible. God will solve all of the impossible problems.
We experience the happiness from Heaven, so we always give thanks and worship God.
It continues until Jesus comes a second time that we are perfected to be lifted up in the glorious clouds up to the throne of Heaven forever.
God blesses us.
