To Coincide with the Upgrading Service for the Priests and Priests to be IIIPeace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Luke 6:12-13,166:12. Now it came to pass in those days that He went out to the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.
6:13. And when it was day, He called His disciples to Himself; and from them He chose twelve whom He also named apostles:
6:16. Judas the son of James, and Judas Iscariot who also became a traitor.
In the past time Jesus called and chose twelve disciples whom He also named apostles.
Now, Jesus calls and chooses us to become the priests and kings.
The number twelve is related to the New Jerusalem. It means as follows:
- We are called and chosen as the priests and kings to minister in the ministry of the building of the perfect body of Christ.
- We are called and chosen as the priests and kings to enter the eternal kingdom of heaven.
Be watchful! Judas Iscariot becomes a traitor. Why is it so?
- Judas Iscariot is called at the last. It means that one is not serious in God's call and election.
1 John 2:18-19
2:18. Little children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come, by which we know that it is the last hour.
2:19. They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us; but they went out that they might be made manifest, that none of them were of us.
It means as follows:
- Being unfaithful in the ministry to God.
- One is playful in the ministry especially in hearing the word.
- Judas Iscariot has fellowship with the chief priests. It is the false fellowship.
Mark 14:10-11
14:10. Then Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went to the chief priests to betray Him to them.
14:11. And when they heard it, they were glad, and promised to give him money. So he sought how he might conveniently betray Him.
It means as follows:
- The fellowship that is against the true teaching word.
- The fellowship that looks for physical advantage.
- The fellowship that is based on hatred without a cause.
- Judas Iscariot always avoids the true teaching word or the one of purification.
Matthew 26:23-25
26:23. He answered and said, "He who dipped his hand with Me in the dish will betray Me.
26:24. "The Son of Man indeed goes just as it is written of Him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had not been born."
26:25. Then Judas, who was betraying Him, answered and said, "Rabbi, is it I?" He said to him, "You have said it."
Judas keeps on hiding his sins, namely stealing, lying, and blaming others and God.
Consequently, Judas Iscariot hangs himself. It means as follows:
- Hanging the harps = leaving the ministry.
Judas is replaced by Matthias and he cannot return.
- Self destruction up to spiritual death and perdition forever.
Through the prayer, we struggle to establish and make permanent the ministry that God gives to us up to the finish line.
2 Timothy 2:13
2:13. If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself.
If we are faithful, Jesus is faithful too.
If we are faithless, He remains faithful. It means the patience of God so that we become faithful again because He never regrets His call and choice.
Romans 11: 29
11:29. For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.
Be watchful! If the patience of God has ended and we have not become faithful yet, we will be the same as Judas Iscariot who becomes a traitor, so we will be destroyed forever.
Isaiah 49:14-16
49:14. But Zion said, "The LORD has forsaken me, And my Lord has forgotten me."
49:15. "Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you.
49:16. See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me.
The priests and kings who are faithful and fervent in the ministry to God are the same as a baby in God's merciful hand. We are never forgotten forever.
A baby just cries to God. It means worshipping with a broken heart, so God stretches out His merciful hands.
The results are as follows:
- God's merciful hands are able to protect and take care of our life from now until antichrist reigns over the world for three and a half years.
- God's merciful hands are able to bear our labor and heavy burden. We experience peace, so all things become easy and light.
- God's merciful hands are able to do all things that we cannot do.
God's merciful hands finish all things.
- God's merciful hands lead us to the New Jerusalem. We have beautiful and successful future.
We experience the renewal of life from fleshly men to spiritual ones like Jesus. It starts from being honest and sincere like a baby. We become the house of prayer and God will answer our prayer.
We keep on changing until we do not stumble in word. We are worthy to greet Jesus when He comes a second time on the glorious clouds.
God blesses us.
