To Coincide with Fasting Prayer Service Session III
Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 11:2
11:2 "But leave out the court which is outside the temple, and do not measure it, for it has been given to the Gentiles. And they will tread the holy city underfoot for forty-two months.
In Patmos Island, God revealed to John the apostle about the court of the temple which did not fulfill the measurement of God (the perfection, the flesh does not speak anymore, or the veil is ripped). Such people must enter the persecution of Antichrist who will reign on earth for three and a half years.
The Tabernacle can be divided in three parts as follows:
- The Court refers to the righteousness or the salvation.
Men have sinned and they are going to perdition. If they can enter the Court of the temple of God, they can be saved. This is the work of the gospel Word that brings the sinners to believe in Jesus and they can be saved.
- The Holy Place refers to the holiness.
- The Most Holy Place refers to the perfection.
The holiness and perfection are the result of the work of the teaching Word that is sharper than any two-edged sword. It is the Bride Tidings that purifies the saved people to become perfect like Jesus is.
Thus, the Court of the temple of God refers to the church or the servants of God who receive the gospel Word only (they are saved and blessed), but they refuse the teaching Word that is sharper than any-two edged sword. They refuse the purification and the ripping of flesh, so they cannot be perfect.
Matthew 15:19
15:19 "For out of the heart proceed (1) evil thoughts, (2) murders, (3) adulteries, (4) fornications, (5) thefts, (6) false witness, (7) blasphemies.
Especially, they refuse the purification of heart and mind. They keep the evil or dirty heart that contains seven sins. It causes the seven quenched lamps and the dark eyes. It means that they live blindly. They cannot see nor worship God. They cannot reach the perfection. They are not measured by God, so they must enter the persecution of the Antichrist for three and a half years until they are beheaded to reach the measurement of worship that is the flesh does not speak anymore.
The way out is fasting.
The right sign of fasting is neither eating nor drinking physically.
Matthew 6:17
6:17 "But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face,
The spiritual signs are as follows:
- "anoint your head"refers to the process of ripping the flesh, so our mind is anointed by Holy Spirit. Do not use the carnal mind that leads to the will or the interest of the flesh, because the will of the flesh is against God.
- "wash your face"refers to the purification of heart by the Word of God.
Thus, the right fasting is the ripping of the flesh. We will experience the purification of heart and mind by the work of the Word in the anointing of the Holy Spirit or Word of God whose secret is revealed by the Holy Spirit through a verse that is explained by another verse in the Bible or the true teaching Word. We experience the purification from the seven sins until the lamp is burning and we live in the light of holiness.
We will receive two things as follows:
- The ministry and gift of Holy Spirit.
Ephesians 4:11-12
4:11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
4:12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,
We are employed in the ministry of the building of the perfect body of Christ. It starts from the marriage, shepherding, inter-shepherding, up to the unity of Israel and the Gentiles in one perfect body of Christ.
It is like receiving the beautiful robe. Then, our life will become beautiful.
2 Timothy 1:6
1:6 Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.
Let us be watchful, do not let Satan take out our robe.
The fasting prayer is the process of ripping the flesh to keep the ministry robe and rise the gift of Holy Spirit, so we can be faithful and fervent in ministry until the end line or the white robe is clean and bright (the robe of the Bride).
- The eyes can see or worship God.
Matthew 5:8
5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.
In worshiping, we see, cry out, and rise our hands to God.
Numbers 6:26,25
6:26 The LORD lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace." '
6:25 The LORD make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you;
The results are as follows:
- We experience the light of peace.
We experience the serenity. We do not feel anything that flesh feels. Everything becomes easy and light and our face is beaming.
- We experience the light of grace or the great lovingkindness of God.
We confess that every heart beat up to everything in our life comes from the grace of God. When we are blessed, we will not be proud, but we always give thanks to God. When we fail, we will not be desperate, but we still give thanks.
Hebrews 4:14-16
4:14 Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.
4:15 For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.
4:16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
The grace of God helps us in due time.
- We experience the light of glory to change us from carnal man to spiritual one like Jesus is. The fear is changed into the fear of God, honesty, and hating the sins. We become the house of prayer until we become perfect.
God blesses us.
