(To Coincide with Fasting Prayer Service Session III)Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Exodus 8:1-38:1 And the Lordspoke to Moses, “Go to Pharaoh and say to him, ‘Thus says the Lord: “Let My people go, that they may serve Me.
8:2 But if you refuse to let themgo, behold, I will smite all your territory with frogs.
8:3 So the river shall bring forth frogsabundantly, which shall go up and come into your house, into your bedroom, on your bed, into the houses of your servants, on your people, into your ovens, and into your kneading bowls.
The plague is the result of refusing the righteousness. The second plague is frogs.
The spiritual meanings of frogs are as follows:
- The animal that comes out from water.
It is the beast that comes out from the sea namely Antichrist or idolatry [Revelation 13:1-4]. Antichrist comes with the power of mammon or the bond of money.
- The spirit of uncleanness or harlotry.
Revelation 16:13
16:13 And I saw three unclean spiritslike frogs comingout of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
When there is the idolatry, there is harlotry.
The practices of the spirit of uncleanness or harlotry are as follows:
- Unclean saying such as lie, gossip, slander.
- Unclean deed between man and woman that is not husband and wife, man and man, woman and woman, man and animal, and sexuality to oneself.
The origin of frogsis as follows:
- It is from magicians.
Exodus 8:7
8:7 And the magiciansdid so with their enchantments, and brought up frogs on the land of Egypt.
It is the false prophet with the false teaching that is not according to Bible.
- It is from the river Nile.
Exodus 8:3
8:3 So the river shall bring forth frogs abundantly, which shall go up and come into your house, into your bedroom, on your bed, into the houses of your servants, on your people, into your ovens, and into your kneading bowls.
The river Nile refers to the thing as follows:
- The floods or association of world.
1 Corinthians 5:8
5:8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened breadof sincerity and truth.
Our association is the spiritual one that is limited by the sincerity and truth.
- The satisfaction of the world.
Luke 17:26-30
17:26 And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man:
17:27 They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.
17:28 Likewise as it was also in the days of Lot: They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built;
17:29 but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed themall.
17:30 Even so will it be in the day when the Son of Man is revealed.
At the last days, many people including the children of God will run after the flesh satisfaction like in the days of Noah and Lot.
The practices are eating-drinking (smoking, getting drunk, and drug abuse), marrying-being given in marriage (the sexual sin and its kinds, the wrong marriage), buying-selling (one is controlled by the spirit of selling-buying or the bond of money), planting-building (one is busy with activities of the world so he is unfaithful in the ministry).
Revelation 18:10-13
18:10 standing at a distance for fear of her torment, saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! For in one hour your judgment has come.’
18:11 “And the merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, for no one buys their merchandise anymore:
18:12 merchandise of gold and silver, precious stones and pearls, fine linen and purple, silk and scarlet, every kind of citron wood, every kind of object of ivory, every kind of object of most precious wood, bronze, iron, and marble;
18:13 and cinnamon and incense, fragrant oil and frankincense, wine and oil, fine flour and wheat, cattle and sheep, horses and chariots, and bodies and souls of men.
Satan makes the world become the huge market that provides everything including the soul of man. Babylon becomes the place for looking for the satisfaction of flesh. If one is only looking for the flesh satisfaction in ministry, he will enter the building of Babylon that will perish forever.
For that reason, we need the worship prayer for one hour.
Mark 14:35-3814:35 He went a little farther, and fell on the ground, and prayed that if it were possible, the hour might pass from Him.
14:36 And He said, “Abba, Father, all things arepossible for You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will.”
14:37 Then He came and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, “Simon, are you sleeping? Could you not watch one hour?
14:38 Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed iswilling, but the flesh isweak.”
The functions of worship prayer for one hour are as follows:
- Worship prayer for one hour is the process of ripping the flesh with its lust.
Revelation 18:10, 16
18:10 standing at a distance for fear of her torment, saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! For in one hour your judgment has come.’
18:16 and saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city that was clothed in fine linen, purple, and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls!
The purposes are as follows:
- One does not fall in the sin of eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage.
- One does not perish together with Babylon.
We can live in righteousness and holiness together with God until Jesus comes a second time.
- Worship prayer for one hour is the process of ripping the flesh with its will.
Mark 14:38
14:38 Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed iswilling, but the flesh isweak.”
So we will not fall in temptation.
James 1:13-14
1:13 Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone.
1:14 But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed.
The will of flesh has power of entice and draw, thus one will follow it rather than the Word of God so he enters the temptation.
James 1:15
1:15 Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.
Then, in temptation one is looking for his own way (the way outside the Word) so he enters the temptation that results in death.
- Worship prayer for one hour to obey the will of God until the flesh does not sound anymore.
Mark 14:36
14:36 And He said, “Abba, Father, all things arepossible for You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will.”
We obey the Word whatever the risk that may come. It is the attitude of the sheep that is shepherded well. We only stretch out our hands to God, see, cry out, and entrust our life to Him.
The Great Shepherd will stretch His mercy hands towards us. The results are as follows:
- The hands of Good Shepherd are able to give guarantee to care our life miraculously.
John 10:27-28
10:27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.
10:28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.
The hands of Good Shepherd care us physically with the blessing from Heaven. It is also in spiritual life that He cares us to be able to live in righteousness, holiness, until we get eternal life.
- The hands of Great Shepherd equip us with the ministry and the gift from Holy Spirit.
Hebrews 13:20-21
13:20 Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
13:21 make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom beglory forever and ever. Amen.
We are employed in the revival of Holy Spirit at the last rain, the building of the perfect body of Christ. We minister to Him in faithfulness and righteousness, faithfulness and goodness, faithfulness and fervency. The hands of Great Shepherd are able to make everything good.
- The hands of Chief Shepherd are able to exalt us in due time.
1 Peter 5:4-6
5:4 and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.
5:5 Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to yourelders. Yes, all of yoube submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”
5:6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,
The hands of Chief Shepherd make everything successful and beautiful in time. It also sanctifies and changes us to become perfect as He is. We are lifted up to glorious clouds, receiving the crown of bride; we are together with God forever.
God blesses us.
