Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 9:13-21 is about the sixth trumpet or the sixth judgment of the Son of God to men in the world, namely a third of mankind will die and the body, soul, and spirit perish because of a great war.
Perishing means that one cannot return to Paradise or the everlasting heavenly kingdom, but he enters the hell forever.
Revelation 9:149:14 saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, "Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates." The four angels of war are related to the river Euphrates.
They become the cause of wars.
Genesis 2:10-142:10 Now a river went out of Eden to water the garden, and from there it parted and became four riverheads.
2:11 The name of the first is Pishon; it is the one which skirts the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold.
2:12 And the gold of that land is good. Bdellium and the onyx stone are there.
2:13 The name of the second river is Gihon; it is the one which goes around the whole land of Cush.
2:14 The name of the third river is Hiddekel; it is the one which goes toward the east of Assyria. The fourth river is the Euphrates. There are four rivers in the Garden of Eden.
They refer to
the four gospelswhich are divided into two parts as follows:
- The gospel of salvation or the Good News about the first coming of Jesus to the world to save the sinful men who willingly believe in Him.
- The gospel of the glory of Christ or the Bride Tidings about the second coming of Jesus to the world to sanctify the saved men so that they can be perfect as the bride of God who is worthy to welcome Jesus' second coming on the glorious clouds.
Through the preaching of the gospel, we can return to Paradise. Nevertheless, there are the four angels who hinder the Church.
The four angels of war refer to Satan, the Antichrist, the false prophets with the false teachings which cause men to live and enjoy in sins up to the peak until they enter the great war and cannot enter the Paradise as well as the fourth, namely the false servants of God or shepherds. The false servants of God or shepherds refer to ones who are hired for money, so they do not feed the congregation with the true shepherding Word. Moreover, they let the false teachings come in the church. Consequently, there is no sanctification. The congregation lives in sins up to the peak and perishes in the hell.
The examples of the false teachings are as follows:
- The teachings of Sadducees, namely not believing on resurrection, life after death, and the upcoming judgment. Consequently, men are encouraged to freely live in sins.
- The teachings of Pharisees, namely divorce-remarrying.
- The teachings of Jezebel, namely woman may teach over men or become the head, so Jesus is not the Head, but the serpent or Satan.
It is better to be sanctified now by the true teaching Word although it is painful for the flesh because we will be joyful in the heavenly kingdom.
The way to face the four angels of war is through praying and fasting or making spiritual war.
The purposes of praying and fasting are as follows:
- Receiving the revelation of the true teaching Wordso that we have the power to reject the false teachings and sins and can be used to testify and bring the saved people to be sanctified and perfected.
Acts 13:2-5
13:2 As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, "Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them."
13:3 Then, having fasted and prayed, and laid hands on them, they sent them away.
13:4 So, being sent out by the Holy Spirit, they went down to Seleucia, and from there they sailed to Cyprus.
13:5 And when they arrived in Salamis, they preached the word of God in the synagogues of the Jews. They also had John as their assistant.
- Giving the wide opportunity to the true teaching Word to sanctify our heart and mind.
Matthew 6:17
6:17 "But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face,
Matthew 15:19
15:19 "For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.
If the heart and mind are dark, the lamp and eyes will be dark and the life will have no control anymore. One will live in sins up to the peak and enter the everlasting darkness in the hell.
Living without any control means rejecting the true Word.
The holy heart and mind will be filled by Holy Spirit with the seven manifestations whose peak is the fear of the Lord.
Isaiah 11:1-3
11:1. There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse, And a Branch shall grow out of his roots.
11:2 The Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon Him, The Spirit of wisdom and understanding, The Spirit of counsel and might, The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD.
11:3 His delight is in the fear of the LORD, And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, Nor decide by the hearing of His ears;
The fear of the Lordmeans hating sins up to lie and being obedient until the flesh does not speak anymore. It means taking the example of Jesus on the cross and stretching out the hands to God. As a result, God will stretch out the hands of Holy Spirit and miracle happens.
The examples are as follows:
- Moses.
Exodus 14:16,21
14:16 "But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. And the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.
14:21 Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided.
Moses and the house of Israel were in dead-end, but all things were finished when he stretched out his hands.
- A woman with the flow of blood for twelve years.
Mark 5:25-28
5:25 Now a certain woman had a flow of blood for twelve years,
5:26 and had suffered many things from many physicians. She had spent all that she had and was no better, but rather grew worse.
5:27 When she heard about Jesus, she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment.
5:28 For she said, "If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well."
She refers to the mother or wife who faces the destruction in the marriage (husband and children) and the sins. Touching the clothes of Jesus, all ruined and rotten things were restored and the sorrow was changed into joy.
- A man who had a withered hand.
Mark 3:1-5
3:1. And He entered the synagogue again, and a man was there who had a withered hand.
3:2 So they watched Him closely, whether He would heal him on the Sabbath, so that they might accuse Him.
3:3 And He said to the man who had the withered hand, "Step forward."
3:4 Then He said to them, "Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill?" But they kept silent.
3:5 And when He had looked around at them with anger, being grieved by the hardness of their hearts, He said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." And he stretched it out, and his hand was restored as whole as the other.
He refers to the dry spirituality or unfaithfulness in the service and ministry to God. Consequently, the words are dry in the lie, slander, gossip, and idle words and the deeds are dry too in the wicked and evil ones. Moreover, the economy is dry too.
We must be obedient to get the help. We can sprout or live in righteousness and bloom or have the beautiful life, and yield fruits or have the life renewal as the greatest miracle. We get the life renewal from the fleshly men to the spiritual ones. It begins from honesty until we do not stumble in words or we become perfect and worthy to welcome Jesus' second coming on the glorious clouds. We return to Paradise and enter the New Jerusalem or the everlasting heavenly kingdom.
God blesses you.
