Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 6:1-26:1 Now I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals; and I heard one of the four living creatures saying with a voice like thunder, "Come and see."
6:2 And I looked, and behold, a white horse. He who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer. The opening of the first seal is the first punishment from Holy Spirit God to the world.
It is the revival of the white horse or the punishment over the sins. If the sin is punished, our life will not enter in three times seven punishments of God the Trinity, the doomsday, until the hell.
The horse in physical meaning is the flesh with its lust and willthat encourages men to sin up to the peak.
2 Kings 2:112:11 Then it happened, as they continued on and talked, that suddenly a chariot of fire appeared with horses of fire, and separated the two of them; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. The horse of fire in spiritual meaning is the power of Holy Spirit. Now, we are commemorating the Day of Pentecost or the pouring of Holy Spirit from Heaven.
John 16:716:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.Jesus must die on the cross, but He has raised and ascended to heaven to pour the Holy Spirit. It has started from the attic of Jerusalem until now.
Why must Jesus pour the Holy Spirit? Because without Holy Spirit, the condition of man can be described as two things as follows:
- Orphans in spiritual meaning.
John 14:16-18
14:16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever--
14:17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.
14:18 I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.
It means that no one carries or holds, so men feel heavy burden in the world. They easily get disappointed and desperate as well as leave God. It starts from unfaithfulness up to unwillingly serving and ministering to God. They disbelieve God until perish forever.
- The earth before it was created.
Genesis 1:2
1:2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.
'The darkness'refers to fear, anxiety, stress, heavy burden; there is no serenity or peace.
'Void'refers to dissatisfaction, so the mouth starts to grumble, gossip, and lie.
'Without form'refers that there is no form of righteousness and holiness or being mixed with sins up to the peak that is the sin of eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage. It is like the dogs and sows that will be destroyed.
The requirements of receiving the pouring of Holy Spiritare as follows:
- We must stay at the zero point or the surface of water. It means that we humble our life as low as we can; we feel unworthy and incapable, and depend on God's mercy only.
Genesis 1:2
1:2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.
- We do not depart from Jerusalem or the city of peace.
Acts 1:4-5
1:4 And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, "which," He said, "you have heard from Me;
1:5 for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now."
It means that we must have the peaceful heart.
There is no evil and uncleanness. All sins must be confessed. After we are forgiven, we do not sin anymore.
There is no fear and worry, but we surrender fully to God.
There is no bitterness, envy, et cetera, but we love each other.
Acts 2:1-42:1 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2:2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
2:3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.
2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.Holy Spirit will burn our life. It starts from our heart is cleansed up to the tongue, so we can speak with other tongues. One of the signs of the infilling of Holy Spirit is the other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
The functions of Holy Spiritare as follows:
- Holy Spirit makes us strong and of good courage.
Ephesians 3:16
3:16 that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man,
We are not disappointed or desperate and do not leave God, but we keep faithful and fervent in ministry up to the end line and we keep on worshiping God.
- Holy Spirit punishes the sin, so we can live in righteousness and holiness as well as please God.
Romans 8:13
8:13 For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
Holy Spirit burns the deed of sin up to the peak and puts to death the viruses of sin. It is until we become perfect and worthy to greet the second coming of Jesus on the glorious clouds and enter the New Jerusalem or the eternal kingdom of heaven.
If the spiritual miracle happens, the physical one will also happen. Holy Spirit is able to make impossible things become possible, the bitter things become sweet, and create something that does not exist yet.
God blesses us.
