Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 13:11-12
13:11. Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon.
13:12. And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
Verse 11-18 is about the appearance of the false prophet.
In verse 11, the false prophet is a beast coming out of the earth which has two horns like a lamb and speaks like a dragon.
It refers to falsity, especially the false teaching. The voice of dragon is the source of falsity that is contrary to the word of God. It leads to hypocrisy. (it is explained from Bible Study Service in Malang, July 06, 2021to General Service in Malang, July 11t, 2021).
In verse 12, the false prophet exercises all the authority of the Antichrist to seduce even force human including the church of God to worship him, whose deadly wound was healed.
It is the same as the false worship, namely worshipping the Antichrist, so man including the church of God becomes the same as the Antichrist who will be destroyed forever.
So, the false teaching drives us to enter the false worship.
Therefore, we must be careful in teachings.
On the contrary, the true teaching Word encourages us to enter the true worship prayer that is worshipping God. We become the same as Jesus to inherit the kingdom of Heaven.
So, we must be careful because there are the true worship prayer and the false one.
It is the same thing for the fasting prayer. There are the true fasting prayer and the false one.
Matthew 6:16
6:16."Moreover, when you fast, do not be like the hypocrites, with a sad countenance. For they disfigure their faces that they may appear to men to be fasting. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward.
The false fasting prayer is fasting with a sad countenance.
It means as follows:
Consequently, they are already seen by others and have their reward for being praised, but God does not see it. It means that they also cannot see God and worship Him. So, everything is in vain.
Matthew 6:17-18
6:17.But you, when you fast, anoint your headand wash your face,
6:18.so that you do not appear to men to be fasting, but to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly."
The true fasting prayer is as follows:
So, there are the Word of God and Holy Spirit in the true fasting prayer.
In conclusion, the true fasting prayer is as follows:

- The face refers to the heart and mind that have no love, but there are lies, hatred, egoism, et cetera.
- The heart and mind are without the Word of God.
- The heart and mind are without Holy Spirit.
- The face refers to the heart and mind that have no love, but there are lies, hatred, egoism, et cetera.
Consequently, they are already seen by others and have their reward for being praised, but God does not see it. It means that they also cannot see God and worship Him. So, everything is in vain.

- 'anoint your head ' means as follows:
- Physically, the face glows, so they are not seen by others that they are fasting. Only Father in Heaven sees them.
- Spiritually, the mind is anointed by the Holy Spirit or associates with Him. This means that there is the Golden Candlestick or the perseverance in doing the General Service.
- Physically, the face glows, so they are not seen by others that they are fasting. Only Father in Heaven sees them.
- 'wash your face ' means that the heart is sanctified by the Word of God, namely we associate with the Son of God. This means that there is the Table of Showbread or the perseverance in doing the Bible Study Service.
So, there are the Word of God and Holy Spirit in the true fasting prayer.
In conclusion, the true fasting prayer is as follows:
- To give the widest opportunity to the Word of God and the anointing of the Holy Spirit to sanctify our hearts and minds from evil desire, uncleanness, and bitterness. So, we have pure hearts and minds.
God only sees us, and we can see and worship Him. We associate with God the Father or there is the Golden Altar of Incense. The heart and mind are filled with the love of God. - To strengthen our relationship / association with God the Father, the Son of God, and the Holy Spirit God in the love, Word, and Holy Spirit. All of this happens in the Holy Place or the shepherding pen.
So, the true fasting prayer strengthens us in the true and good shepherding.
1 Peter 5:7 => The verse about shepherding
5:7.casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
If one is not steady in the shepherding, he will live in worry.
But, when we are steady in the true shepherding, we are able to cast all our worries to Him. - To fight and defeat all the worries, so we can surrender fully to God or stretch our hands to Him.
When we cast all worries upon Him, our faces will glow.
Matthew 6:27
6:27.Which of you by worryingcan add one cubit to his stature?
By worrying, we cannot add a single heartbeat to our life; even it brings us one step closer to the death.
1 Samuel 20:3
20:3.Then David took an oath again, and said, "Your father certainly knows that I have found favor in your eyes, and he has said, 'Do not let Jonathan know this, lest he be grieved.' But truly, as the Lord lives and as your soul lives, there is but a step between me and death."
Satan knows about this, so he is chasing aggressively in order to make us worry and return to Egypt.
Exodus 14:13-18
14:13.And Moses said to the people, "Do not be afraid.Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever.
14:14.The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace."
14:15.And the Lord said to Moses, "Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward.
14:16.But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. And the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.
14:17.And I indeed will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them. So I will gain honor over Pharaoh and over all his army, his chariots, and his horsemen.
14:18.Then the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord, when I have gained honor for Myself over Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen."
At the end of time, when the church of God will fly to the wilderness, we will face the last temptation / trial from Satan with the power of evil and unclean spirit, from the Antichrist with the power of money, and from the false prophet with the power of the false teaching. This is an incredible and impossible temptation in every field like Pharaoh and his army at the back, the wilderness (the world) at the right and left side, and the sea (Babel that makes us unfaithful) in front of us.
Be careful! Many are discouraged when facing these temptations from the trinity of Satan, so they leave God.
When we face it, the right thing to do is to fast a lot, so we are sanctified and shepherded, and surrender fully to God. The eye sees God, the mouth shouts to Him, and the hands are stretched out to Him.
There are three practices when we surrender fully to God as follows:
- 'Do not be afraid. Stand still ' = There are no fear, doubt, and worries, but the fear of God. The fact found in it are hating sin, living in righteousness and holiness, and believing in Him.
Exodus 14:13
14:13.And Moses said to the people, "Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. - 'Tell the children of Israel to go forward ' = Keep going forward and do not see the obstacles!
It means that we must be faithful and fervent in spirit in the service and ministry to God up to the end line. We must be obedient whatever the risks are.
Exodus 14:15
14:15.And the Lord said to Moses, "Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward.
God's measurements are being faithful and obedient. - To be silent and calm.
Exodus 14:14
14:14.The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace."
Being silent means to be at the feet of God a lot and do the introspection through the sharpness of the Word. When there is sin, we confess and do not sin anymore. It is the same as repenting.
Being calm means to have self-control in order to be able to pray to God.
Repenting and praying are the same as stretching hands. The eye sees God, the mouth cries out His name, and hands are stretched to Him, so God is also stretching the hands of the Holy Spirit.
Exodus 14:21-22,27
14:21.Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east windall that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided.
14:22. So the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.
14:27. And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and when the morning appeared, the sea returned to its full depth, while the Egyptians were fleeing into it. So the Lord overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.
'east wind' refers to the Holy Spirit.
When we have surrendered to God, He stretches the hands of the Holy Spirit to divide the sea and to make Pharaoh and his army drowned.
The results are as follows:
- The hands of the Holy Spirit are able to change the old life that is controlled by Satan into the new life that is pleasing to God. It starts from honesty.
Do not lie, including breaking promise! By lying, we will be drowned like Pharaoh, so be careful!
Being honest also means to confess all our weaknesses and acknowledge other people's strengths. - Being honest means to be the house of prayer, and physical miracle happens.
There are miraculous protection and preservation from God to us who are small and helpless, starting from now up to the time when the Antichrist rules over the world.
There is way out from every impossible problem until the successful and beautiful future. We are used in building the perfect body of Christ.
When Jesus comes, we will be renewed to be as perfect as Him and to be worthy to welcome His second coming on the glorious clouds. We will truly leave the world and enter the New Jerusalem forever.
