Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 6:3-46:3 When He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, "Come and see."
6:4 Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword. This is the opening of the second seal or the second punishment of Holy Spirit God to the world, namely the revival of fiery red horse to take peace from the earth. The result is that the man in the world, including the servant of God will hate, slander, and kill each other. Thus, they will experience the sword of punishment from God until they perish and cannot enter the New Jerusalem or the city of peace.
There are two witnesses of the revival of the fiery red horse as follows:
- The Lamb of God that had been slain, namely Jesus who has died on the cross as the atonement offering.
- The second living creature like a calf. It refers to the atonement offering.
Revelation 4:74:7 The first living creature was like a lion, the second living creature like a calf, the third living creature had a face like a man, and the fourth living creature was like a flying eagle.Jesus already becomes the atonement offering on the cross to redeem our sin, so we receive peace and we do not enter the punishment of great sword.
Therefore, we must use the atonement offering or the sacrifice of Christ on the cross to reconcile with God and others, so we experience the peace until we enter the New Jerusalem.
Colossians 1:20-221:20 and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.
1:21 And you, who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciled
1:22 in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and blameless, and above reproach in His sight--The process of reconciliationis as follows:
- The true teaching Word that is sharper than any two-edged sword encourages us to realize, regret, and honestly confess sin (the sin in mind, deed, and saying) to God and others. After we are forgiven, do not sin anymore.
- The true teaching Word that is sharper than any two-edged sword encourages us to have compassion to forgive and forget others' sin. If we do not forgive others' sin, our sin will not be forgiven by God.
If we finish the sin, the blood of Jesus will forgive and cover all sins like we had never done it.
The results of reconciliationare as follows:
- The sinners are justified by the blood of Jesus, so they can live in righteousness in every way.
Romans 3:23-25
3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
3:24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
3:25 whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed,
Isaiah 32:17
32:17 The work of righteousness will be peace, and the effect of righteousness, quietness and assurance forever.
We will experience peace; everything becomes easy and light. Our direction is towards the New Jerusalem or the city of peace. We experience the ambience of heaven in the midst of curses in the world.
- We can live in holiness.
Hebrews 10:8-10
10:8 Previously saying, "Sacrifice and offering, burnt offerings, andofferings for sin You did not desire, nor had pleasure in them" (which are offered according to the law),
10:9 then He said, "Behold, I have come to do Your will, O God." He takes away the first that He may establish the second.
10:10 By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
The heart and saying are holy until perfect and blameless.
Colossians 1:22
1:22 in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and blameless, and above reproach in His sight--
Hebrews 10:14
10:14 For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.
The facts found within living in holinessare as follows:
- Ministering God as priest and king.
Exodus 29:1a
29:1 "And this is what you shall do to them to hallow them for ministering to Me as priests:
We are lifted up to become priest and king who are employed in the building of the perfect body of Christ according to the ministry that God gives. The ministry is the beautiful tunic. Our life will be more beautiful.
Ministering the body of Christ starts from marriage. A husband must love his wife as he loves himself and does not do bitterly toward her. A wife must obey her husband and does not teach or command him. Children must obey their parents.
It continues to shepherding. A shepherd considers the spirit and feeds the congregation.
It continues to inter-shepherding until Israel and Gentiles become one perfect body of Christ.
- Giving the sacrifice of praise to God.
Hebrews 13:15
13:15 Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.
It is the fruit of our lips that glorify God, say good and true words, praise Him, and testify.
Hebrews 13:16
13:16 But do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
We can do good deeds and give help to others who are in need until we can repay good for evil.
- Ascending into the hill of worship.
Psalm 24:3-4
24:3 Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord?Or who may stand in His holy place?
24:4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, nor sworn deceitfully.
The worship prayer is the peak of ministry. We go further away from the influence of world and we are getting closer to God.
The worship prayer is the process of ripping our flesh and its lust and will until it does not sound anymore.
Psalm 24:5
24:5 He shall receive blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
The result is receiving the blessing rain physically and spiritually.
The rain of physical blessingsrefers to the abundant caring of God in the midst of difficulties in the world, so we can give thank to Him. When we need something, He provides.
The rain of spiritual blessings refers to the pouring of Holy Spirit.
Romans 8:15
8:15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father."
Holy Spirit is able to change us from carnal man to spiritual one like Jesus. It starts from the fear of the Lord or obedience until the flesh does not sound anymore. We can cry out Jesus' name.
Holy Spirit will make physical miracle. He creates something that does not exist yet; the failure becomes success; the impossible things become possible.
It continues until the last miracle, namely we are changed to become perfect to greet the second coming of Jesus on the glorious clouds up to the New Jerusalem.
God blesses us.
