Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 1:161:16 He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword, and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength.
One of the sign of the appearance of Jesus’ persona in the glory of the Bridegroom of Heaven is a sharp two-edged sword came out of His mouth.
Hebrews 4:124:12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
The true teaching Word came out of God’s mouth is sharper than any two-edged sword to purify our heart, mouth, and whole life to become perfect as Jesus is, we become the Bride of Heaven.
The process of purifying our whole life is as follows:
- Purifying heart from the evil and uncleanness desire.
Matthew 5:27-28
5:27 “You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’
5:28 But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
The uncleanness desire is the sin of eating-drinking (smoking, being drunk, drug abuse) and the sin of marrying-being given in marriage (the sexual sin and its kinds).
The evil desire is the will of money that makes one stingy (cannot give to others), greedy (taking others’ and God’s right), waste money (using money to satisfy the lust of the flesh).
If the heart is purified, it can be filled by the love of God. We can love God more than anything (obeying the Word) and love fellows as ourselves.
- Purifying the right eyes or our sight.
Matthew 5:29
5:29 If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.
Our sight is only at Jesus as the High Priest who sits at the right hand of The Father God.
The practice is we are ministering fervently and faithfully to God.
- Purifying the right hand.
Matthew 5:30
5:30 And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.
Purifying the right hand is to make our deed pleasant to Jesus as the High Priest. The deed is right and good, not harming others, but becoming blessing.
- Purifying the attitude including the marriage.
Matthew 5:31-32
5:31 “Furthermore it has been said, ‘Whoever divorces his wife, let him give her a certificate of divorce.’
5:32 But I say to you that whoever divorces his wife for any reason except sexual immorality causes her to commit adultery; and whoever marries a woman who is divorced commits adultery.
Divorce happens because of the hard heart that is the self-truth (the clothes are made of the leaves of fig tree) or the truth that is not from the bible. The self-truth is covering the sin by blaming others, God, and the true teaching Word.
If we are purified from the self-truth, we have the right characteristic and marriage that is confessing and forgiving each other. We confess the sin to God and fellows. If we are forgiven, do not sin anymore. Also, we forgive and forget other’s sin. The sin is wiped by Jesus’ blood; we feel joy and become one.
- Purifying the mouth.
Matthew 5:33, 36-37
5:33 “Again you have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not swear falsely, but shall perform your oaths to the Lord.’
5:36 Nor shall you swear by your head, because you cannot make one hair white or black.
5:37 But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.
- The mouth says ‘yes’ if ‘yes,’ and ‘no’ if ‘no.’ The good and right words become blessing for others. Mouth can say honestly or there is no lie. It starts from honesty about God or teaching until in every way.
- The mouth crying out ‘Abba, Father.’
Mark 14:33-34, 36
14:33 And He took Peter, James, and John with Him, and He began to be troubled and deeply distressed.
14:34 Then He said to them, “My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and watch.”
14:36 And He said, “Abba, Father, all things are possible for You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will.”
We can worship God obediently and surrender fully whatever the risk may come. This is like stretching out our hands to God and He will stretch out His hands towards us so the miracle happens.
The spiritual miracle is the life renewal from carnal men to spiritual ones like Jesus. The sadness changes into joyful. Fear towards something in this world is changed into fear to God. No more sinning.
If the spiritual miracle happens, the physical one will also happen. The faith and obedience result in miracle to erase the impossibilities. All problems are solved by God in due time.
Our life steps are the miracle steps until Jesus comes a second time; we are changed to become as glorious as He is.
James 3:2
3:2 For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.
We become the Bride of heaven that is ready to greet His second coming on glorious clouds.
God blesses us.
