Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 1:5b-61:5 ... To Him who loved us and washedus from our sins in His own blood,
1:6 and has made us kingsand priests to His God and Father, to Himbeglory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. There are two powers of Jesus’ bloodas follows:
- Blood of Jesus releases us from all sins. It means we do not want sinning anymore even there is opportunity, profit, threat, et cetera. Thus, we always live in righteousness.
- Blood of Jesus makes us kings and priests.
Priest is one who is upright and holy; has ministry and gift from Holy Spirit; stands between sinner and God to join the ministry of reconciliation so the sinner can be saved and reconciled with God. If priest is not upright and holy, he will be cause separation. Priest is also the one who serves and ministers God.
1 Peter 2:5
2:5 you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
The duty of priest is to be employed by God in the building of spiritual house or the perfect body of Christ. He is employed in harvesting the saved souls to enter the building of the perfect body of Christ.
Luke 10:1-310:1 After these things the Lord appointed seventy others also, and sent them two by two before His face into every city and place where He Himself was about to go.
10:2 Then He said to them,“The harvest trulyisgreat, but the laborersarefew; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.
10:3 Go your way; behold, I send you out as lambs among wolves.
The ambience of the sending at the last days is like lambs among wolves. It means as follows:
- The ambience of cross or flesh suffering.
- The ambience of hopelessness and we cannot count on anything from ourselves including cleverness, wealth, or standing.
- The ambience of shaking, fear, worry, doubt, et cetera.
- The ambience of crisis in all aspects.
- The ambience of terror and horror.
The way out is being shepherded for only Jesus as good Shepherd who is able to defeat the wolf or Satan through His sacrifice on cross.
The condition to be shepherded is as follows:
- Persevering in sheepfold or the Holy Place or three main servicesas follows:
- The Golden Candlestick refers to perseverance in General Service.
- The Table of Showbread refers to perseverance in Bible Study Service with Holy Communion.
- The Golden Altar of Incense refers to perseverance in Prayer Service.
There is protection from God because the Holy Place and the Holy of Holiest are covered by four layers. The layers as follow:
- The cover of tabernacle refers to the shadow of pastor through intercession prayer.
- The cover of goat’s hair refers to the shadow of Holy Spirit God.
- The cover of rams' skins dyed red refers to the shadow of the Son of God.
- The cover of badgers’ skins refers to the shadow of God the Father.
- Being shepherd in true teaching Word like branch that abides in the true vineso we are purified.
The branch that abides in true vine means as follows:
- We live in perseverance and holiness so we can bear sweet fruit.
- We fully surrender and depend on Jesus as Chief Shepherd.
The process of fully surrendering to God is as follows:
- Giving cares or doubt to Jesus.
1 Peter 5:7
5:7 casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
Cares or doubt is the sign of not being shepherded.
For example, Peter feels doubtful in the midst of tempest. Peter feels worried and doubtful toward the power of God because of the wind of temptation. He feels doubtful toward the true teaching Word because of the wind of other doctrines.
As a result, Peter sinks. But he can stretch out his hand and depend on God thus he can be saved from sinking.
Peter feels worried and doubtful in calm sea. He worries about daily life and future so he returns as fisherman and leaves the ministry because of worrying the physical things.
The result is he catches nothing or fails and gets naked or lives in unrighteousness.
Matthew 6:31-33
6:31 “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’
6:32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
If we give worry to God, we are able to prioritize ministry and righteousness than anything. The result is everything will be added by God on His cross.
- Giving ourselves or stretching out our hand to God.
John 21:18-19
21:18 Most assuredly, I say to you, when you were younger, you girded yourself and walked where you wished; but when you are old, you will stretch out your hands, and another will gird you and carryyou where you do not wish.”
21:19 This He spoke, signifying by what death he would glorify God. And when He had spoken this, He said to him,“Follow Me.”
It means as follow:
- Willingness to sacrifice anything to God even to die. In such condition, we have sincere heart like a dove.
- Being obedient until the flesh does not sound. We have obedient heart.
We can get the sincere and obedient heart from water baptism.
And then sky is open and spiritual miracle will happen that is the life renewal from flesh man to spiritual ones like Jesus.
Matthew 10:1610:16 “Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.
If spiritual miracle happens, the physical ones also happen. The impossible becomes possible and there is way out from all problems. The ambience of the sending becomes the ambience of miracle.
When Jesus comes a second time, we will be changed as glorious as He is. The sky will open and we enter to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb of God. And then we enter to the Kingdom of peace a thousand Years until New Jerusalem.
God blesses us.
