Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We learn in Revelation 6: 12-17, namely the opening of the sixth seal or the sixth punishment from Holy Spirit God.
Revelation 6:12-13
6:12 I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood.
6:13 And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind.
The opening of the sixth seal or the sixth punishment from Holy Spirit God refers to the great physical earthquake like the ones that have happened in Indonesia nowadays, especially the spiritual one.
The spiritual earthquake is the influence of the world with its business, distress, joy, evil, uncleanness, et cetera. Those things make the spiritual darkness, namely "the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood, andthe stars of heaven fell to the earth".
"The sun became black as sackcloth of hair" means that there is no more love of God. It starts from hatred and unfaithfulness until leaving the ministry. It happens to all of us in our household, church, and sheepfold.
"The moon became like blood" means that the redemption or the forgiveness by the blood of Jesus is ended.
2 Peter 1:9
1:9 For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins.
"He was cleansed from his old sins" means that the sin was forgiven.
A lot of the servants of God forget the forgiveness of sin because of the influence of the world. Thus, they keep on repeating the sin. As a result, the forgiveness is cancelled. If it is continued, there will be no more forgiveness but the spiritual blindness.
The facts found in the spiritual blindnessare as follows:
For example, Bartimaeus was blind and sat by the road begging.
Mark 10:47, 52
10:47 And when he heardthat it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out and say, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!"
10:52 Then Jesus said to him, "Go your way; your faith has made you well." And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the road.
The process of Bartimaeus who was blind to see or worship God is through hearing the Word first.
John 4:23-24
4:23 "But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.
4:24 "God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."
There are true and false worshipers. It must be conveyed clearly, so we will know the truth to worship God.
If it is not true, when Jesus comes a second time He will say "Go away!"
Thus, we must know the true worship and it will not be useless.
The true worship is encouraged by the truth and Spirit.
John 17:17
17:17 "Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.
The truthrefers to the true teaching Word that is sharper than any two-edged sword to purify us.
The spiritrefers to the anointing of Holy Spirit.
Thus, the true worship is encouraged by the true teaching Word that is anointed by Holy Spirit to purify our life.
The purification starts from the heart or the storage of sins.
The heart determines whether we are blind or able to see Jesus.
If the heart is dark, the eyes will be blind.
If the heart is holy or light, the eyes will see or worship Jesus.
The physical eyes cannot see Jesus, but the ones of heart can.
Matthew 15:19
15:19 "For out of the heart proceedevil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.
Out of the heart proceed the things as follows:
The heart must be purified from seven wills of evil, uncleanness, and bitterness to see Jesus, so our heart will become as follows:
Psalm 80:19
80:19 Restore us, O LORD God of hosts; Cause Your face to shine, And we shall be saved!
The results of seeing the face of Godare as follows:
God blesses us.

- Enjoying in the darkness of sin up to the peak, namely the sin of eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage). One refuses to repent until he cannot repent anymore.
- Being unable to see or refusing the light of the gospel of the true teaching Word that is sharper than any two-edged sword or refusing the purification.
- Hating his brothers up to the hatred without a cause. It is like Cain to Abel and Joseph's brothers to Joseph. The hatred always comes from the wrong side to the right one. We must do the introspection in our life quickly when there is hatred because there is no hatred in righteous people.
- Being unable to see or worship God. It refers to the spiritual dryness.
For example, Bartimaeus was blind and sat by the road begging.

- Evil thoughtsor negative thinking. It will become gossip.
- Murdersor hatred.
- Adulteries.
- Fornications.
- Theftsor evil.
- False witnessor lie.
- Blasphemiesor justifying the false teaching and blaming the true one.
We must return to the Bible to look for the truth. Everything is written in the Bible (the teaching, baptism, worship, marriage, et cetera). Do not use the opinion of person or group. Even though the angel says something that is not according to Bible, he will be cursed (it refers to Paul's statement).
The heart must be purified from seven wills of evil, uncleanness, and bitterness to see Jesus, so our heart will become as follows:
- The heart becomes light or we can see and worship Jesus.
If the heart contains seven wills of evil, uncleanness, and bitterness, it will be blind and one cannot see or worship Jesus.
Matthew 5:8
5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.
Seeing Jesus means crying out, lifting our hands up, and surrendering fully to Jesus. It is the true worship.
Thus, the holy heart is light and able see and worship Jesus. - Being strong and of good courage.
Mark 10:48-50
10:48 Then many warned him to be quiet; but he cried out all the more, "Son of David, have mercy on me!"
10:49 So Jesus stood still and commanded him to be called. Then they called the blind man, saying to him, "Be of good cheer. Rise, He is calling you."
10:50 And throwing aside his garment, he rose and came to Jesus.
"Then many warned him to be quiet; but he cried out all the more" refers to being strong and of good courage.
Being strong and of good courage means that we are not disappointed or desperate when our prayer is not answered yet, but we keep on worshiping God. We keep on being perseverance and patiencelike Abraham with his perseverance and patience in waiting the promise of God for twenty five years to get Isaac. Let us keep on being in perseverance and patience to wait His time.
"Throwing aside his garment" means that one must experience the deliverance from sins whatever the risk may come.
Bartimaeus threw aside his garment means that he was willing to release all he had to see Jesus. His garment was the tool to look for money. People felt pity and gave money to him by looking his dirty garment.
Bartimaeus was willing to surrender and worship God. He trusted and hoped on God only.
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego said that they would worship God even though God would not have helped them. It is being strong and of good courage.
For the youth, do not leave God for mate.
Psalm 80:19
80:19 Restore us, O LORD God of hosts; Cause Your face to shine, And we shall be saved!
The results of seeing the face of Godare as follows:
- Being saved.
"We"refers to the whole family is saved.
Being saved means as follows:- The miraculous caring from God in the midst of difficulties in the world up to the days when the Antichrist reigns over the world.
- The protection from harm, disaster (the earthquake, flood, et cetera), the Antichrist, doomsday, and hell.
- The miraculous caring from God in the midst of difficulties in the world up to the days when the Antichrist reigns over the world.
- The renewal power, the spiritual miracle, or the peace.
Numbers 6:26
6:26 The LORD lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace." '
The heart feels peaceful when we can see the face of Jesus.
The peace means that there are no more fear, anxiety, distress, evil, uncleanness, and bitterness, but the great love and mercy of God. We can love God more than anything and we love others like ourselves until we love our enemies. We can surrender everything in God's hand. If there is no peace, we will not be able to worship Him.
Jacob lives in tent or being shepherded and eats the red bean only. Esau gets any meat in the wilderness. In the end, Esau asks the red bean to Jacob.
Let us stay in the sheepfold and enjoy the shepherding Word. We will feel peaceful. Everything becomes light and easy. God's mercy hands are able to make everything finish in due time.
Everything will become successful and beautiful until we are perfected when Jesus comes a second time. We are worthy to greet His second coming on the glorious clouds to enter the New Jerusalem.
