Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 16:16
16:16. And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, Armageddon.
The sixth bowl is poured out on the great river Euphrates, and its water is dried up, so that the way of the kings may be prepared for the battle of Armaggedon.
The battle of Armaggedon is the greatest one and the last one. It will surely happen because it has been prophesied in the Old and New Testaments as follows:
- Deuteronomy 32:43
- Jeremiah 25:31
- Joel 3:2,9-17
- Zephaniah 3:8
- Zechariah 14:2-5
- Hebrews 1:1-4
1:1. God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets,
1:2. has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds;
1:3. who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,
1:4. having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
On the last days, God speaks to us by His Son, namely the Word whose secret is revealed through one verse that explains the other verses in the Holy Bible.
So, we do not need to demand the physical prophecy so that we are not deceived by the false prophet.
Now we are in the revelation of the Word of God.
Jesus also prophesies about the battle of Armageddon.
Matthew 24:6-8,21-28
24:6. "And you will hear of warsand rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
24:7. "For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.
24:8. "All these are the beginning of sorrows.
24:21. "For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.
24:22. "And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect's sake those days will be shortened.
24:23. "Then if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is the Christ!' or 'There!' do not believe it.
24:24. "For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.
24:25. "See, I have told you beforehand.
24:26. "Therefore if they say to you, 'Look, He is in the desert!' do not go out; or 'Look, He is in the inner rooms!' do not believe it.
24:27. "For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
24:28. "For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together.
Verse 21 is about the persecution of the Antichrist.
Verse 27 is about Jesus' second coming.
The battle of Armageddon is prophesied by Jesus Himself, starting from the small war up to the battle of Armageddon. It will be followed by Jesus' second coming in the glory of the King of kings and the Heavenly Bridegroom to lift up His chosen people on the glorious clouds up to the New Jerusalem forever. We experience peace forever. We must keep our peaceful heart.
Let us keep the peaceful heart regardless of anything that happens. We keep surrendering to God. We keep making effort but we must keep the peaceful heart.
Romans 8:28-30
8:28. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
8:29. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.
8:30. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.
Who refers to God's chosen people or His bride?
- The sinners who are the called according to God's purpose to experience the redemption, so they are justified by the blood of Jesus up to living in righteousness. They are saved and blessed by God.
- Those who are chosen, purified, and shepherded to be used by God.
- Those who are glorified with God forever.
God's chosen people can be divided as follows:
- Those who want to use every chance to be justified and purified as well as experience the tearing of the flesh until it does not speak anymore or the veil is torn. It means fulfilling the measurement of the worship.
Such life will receive the two wings of a great eagle to be evacuated to the wilderness far from the eyes of the Antichrist. Further they will be lifted up and glorified with God.
- Those who do not want to use diligently every chance from God to be redeemed and justified as well as experience the tearing of the flesh, so they do not fulfill the measurement of the worship. The flesh still speaks or the veil has not been torn yet.
Consequently, they must experience the persecution of the Antichrist for three and a half years, and they enter the battle of Armageddon.
If they keep worshipping God in the persecution of the Antichrist, they will be beheaded. But when Jesus comes a second time they will be risen in the body of glory.
If they cannot endure in the persecution, they will worship the Antichrist. They are safe physically but they become the same as the Antichrist to be destroyed when Jesus comes a second time.
Let us use the chance.
Matthew 24:30
24:30. "Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will seethe Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Our attitude in facing the battle of Armageddon and Jesus' second coming is mourning, grieving, and seeing. It means as follows:
- Mourning and grieving individually to see Jesus' side that is pierced.
Zechariah 12:10
12:10. "And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mournfor Him as one mourns for his only son, and grievefor Him as one grieves for a firstborn.
Blood and water come out of Jesus' side. It means as follows:
- The blood sign refers to repenting.
- The water sign refers to the water baptism.
Mourning, grieving, and seeing Jesus' side that is pierced means suffering in the flesh to believe in Jesus, repent, and enter the true water baptism.
The true water baptism is that one who has died to sin or repented must be buried in the water with Jesus and come out or rise from water with Him to receive new life or the heavenly one, namely life in righteousness.
Let us keep living in righteousness regardless of anything that happens.
Romans 6:18
6:18. And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness.
We suffer in the flesh to become slaves of righteousness. It means as follows:
- The servant of God who holds fast and obeys the true teaching Word
- The servant of God who is faithful and true.
We truly suffer to live in righteousness, but we experience the atmosphere of heaven.
1 Corinthians 5:7-8
5:7. Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us.
5:8. Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
When we want to commit sin but then we stop, we will experience the atmosphere of heaven. Committing sin just makes our physical, spiritual life and marriage suffer. If we endure suffering for not sinning, we will experience the atmosphere of the feast of heaven.
If we do not willingly suffer in the flesh to live in righteousness, we will surely mourn and grieve like the Egyptians who lost their firstborn when the Israelites went out of Egypt.
It is better to suffer in the flesh to live in righteousness.
- Mourning and crying to see Jesus who comes on the glorious clouds in the glory of the King of kings and the Heavenly Bridegroom.
It means that we worship Jesus with a broken heart. We feel that we are unworthy and unable to do anything. We worship by saying: "Alleluia".
We stretch out our hand of faith to God. All things are up to God. We just depend on His mercy.
Jesus will see us and stretch out His powerful and merciful hands that cannot be limited to us.
The results are as follows:
- God's powerful hand protects and takes care of us who are powerless in the midst of the crises of the world until the Antichrist reigns over the world.
Psalm 33:18-19
33:18. Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear Him, On those who hope in His mercy,
33:19. To deliver their soul from death, And to keep them alive in famine.
Spiritually, God delivers us from the death. The fact is the peaceful heart. All things become easy and light.
If we do not experience peace, we will be in the power of death.
- God's merciful hand gives us extra power, so we can endure. We keep being strong and of good courage, faithful and fervent in the ministry to God.
2 Chronicles 16:9
16:9. "For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. In this you have done foolishly; therefore from now on you shall have wars."
We keep trusting and hoping God. We win over the war. All of problems are finished by God.
Do not be desperate! God sees our faithfulness and surrendering. When we cannot endure anymore, it is the time for God to help us.
We are also strong and of good courage to wait for Jesus' second coming.
- God's merciful hand releases us from perdition and sins up to the peak until we become spotless like Him.
Psalm 102:19-20
102:19. For He looked down from the height of His sanctuary; From heaven the LORD viewed the earth,
102:20. To hear the groaning of the prisoner, To release those appointed to death,
We do not stumble in words. We are worthy to greet the coming of the King. We enter the One-Thousand-Year Kingdom of Peace (the upcoming Paradise) and the New Jerusalem forever.
Let us see Jesus! Do not be angry! Do not have bitterness! Keep the peaceful heart! Do not step back! God waits for our surrendering. It is the time for God to help us.
God blesses us.
