(To Coincide with Fasting Prayer Service Session III)Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The process of Jesus' becoming the bread that is put on the Table of Showbread or the servant who pleases Godis as follows:
- A grain of wheat falls into the ground.
John 12:24
12:24 Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the groundand dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain.
It refers to humbling and being humbled willingly like Jesus who dies willingly on the cross.
- To die.
John 12:24
12:24 Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain.
It refers to denying our selves or ripping the flesh. It is the same as saying no to sins up to the peak and all things that do not please God or the Word, even though there is an opportunity, advantage, force, and threat
- Sprouting and growing.
Mark 4:26-29
4:26 And He said, "The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground,
4:27 and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how.
4:28 For the earth yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head.
4:29 But when the grain ripens, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come."
It refers to experiencing the power of resurrection that cannot to be defeated by anything.
Isaiah 53:1-2
53:1 Who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
53:2 For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, and as a root out of dry ground. He has no form or comeliness; And when we see Him,there is no beauty that we should desire Him.
Jesus is the Root of David that grows out of dry and stony ground. It refers to the power of resurrection that cannot be hindered by any situation, condition, and time, but it can live at anywhere and anytime. It can live in any condition and situation until eternality forever.
- Do not be proud of anything in the ambience of resurrection, even though there is blessing, help, ability, and employment from God. Let us confess that everything comes from His mercy, so we always give thank to Him.
Where do we get the experience of the power of resurrection?
1 Peter 3:20-21
3:20 who formerly were disobedient, when once the Divine longsuffering waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water.
3:21 There is also an antitype which now saves us--baptism(not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,We experience the death and resurrection together with Jesus in the true water baptism .
The true water baptism is that one who has died to sin or repented must be buried in the water with Jesus and come out or rise from water with Him to receive new life or heavenly one, namely having the good conscience or obedient heart that is sincere like dove.
The sprouting life will have hope and it can be expected.
The signs of the sprouting lifeare as follows:
- Living hope.
1 Peter 1:3-4
1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
1:4 to an inheritance incorruptibleand undefiledand that does not fade away, reserved in heavenfor you,
The meanings are as follows:
- It can receive an inheritance incorruptible, namely the Word, Holy Spirit, and love.
- It cannot be defiled or influenced by the sins of evil, uncleanness, and bitterness.
- It cannot fade away, namely one is not easily disappointed, desperate, and proud, but he always gives thank to God.
- It is reserved in heaven, namely we live in the world, but we have the ambience of heaven or the ministry. We experience the satisfaction of heaven in the midst of desolation of the world.
- Having faith that is tested like pure gold.
1 Peter 1:5-7
1:5 who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
1:6 In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials,
1:7 that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ,
- Loving God more than anything.
1 Peter 1:8
1:8 whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him,yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory,
Thus, the sprouting life has faith, hope, and love that encourage climbing the mountain of worship.
Matthew 17:1
17:1 Now after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John his brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves;God will stretch out His great mercy hands towards us. The resultsare as follows:
- The life renewal, namely being honest and true.
Matthew 17:2-4
17:2 and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light.
17:3 And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him.
17:4 Then Peter answered and said to Jesus, "Lord, it is good for us to be here; if You wish, let usmake here three tabernacles: one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah."
Our faces will shine until they are like the sun.
- The physical miracle, namely the dead becomes alive and the impossible thing becomes possible.
Mark 5:35-37,40-43
5:35 While He was still speaking, some came from the ruler of the synagogue's house who said, "Your daughter is dead. Why trouble the Teacher any further?"
5:36 As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the synagogue, "Do not be afraid; only believe."
5:37 And He permitted no one to follow Him except Peter, James, and John the brother of James.
5:40 And they ridiculed Him. But when He had put them all outside, He took the father and the mother of the child, and those who were with Him, and entered where the child was lying.
5:41 Then He took the child by the hand, and said to her, "Talitha, cumi," which is translated, "Little girl, I say to you, arise."
5:42 Immediately the girl arose and walked, for she was twelve years of age. And they were overcome with great amazement.
5:43 But He commanded them strictly that no one should know it, and said that something should be given her to eat.
- The life renewal little by littleuntil we see Jesus face to face when He comes a second time.
1 Corinthians 13:12-13
13:12 For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.
13:13 And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
God blesses us.
