Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 11:15-19 tells about the voice of the seventh or the last trumpet.
Revelation 11:1811:18 The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come, And the time of the dead, that they should be judged, And that You should reward Your servantsthe prophets and the saints, And those who fear Your name, small and great, And should destroy those who destroy the earth."The seventh trumpet tells the wrath of God to the world, namely the three times seven punishments, the doomsday, and the hell forever.
The seventh trumpet also tells about the wage for the servant of God, the prophet, the holy people, and those who are afraid of God.
It refers to the justice of God for giving the punishment and the wage to those who are worthy to receive it. This is the appearance of Jesus as the just Judge.
Who is worthy to receive the wage from God?
"
Your servants"or the servant of God (It is explained in Bible Study Service and Holy Communion in Malang, August 11, 2020).
The meanings of the servant of God areas follows:
- The righteous servant.
- The faithful and good servant.
- The servant who can cooperate with God and others in honesty and obedience.
If the servants are dishonest and disobedient, they can cooperate towards the perdition.
- The servant of the living God. Such servant is worthy to get the eternal life.
Daniel 6:19-20
6:19 Then the king arose very early in the morning and went in haste to the den of lions.
6:20 And when he came to the den, he cried out with a lamenting voice to Daniel. The king spoke, saying to Daniel, "Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?"
This is the prophecy for us nowadays. All the servants of God at the last age must enter the sprinkling of blood or Gethsemane. It is the flesh suffering together with Jesus or without sins. Thus, when the sun rises or the second coming of Jesus, we will be acknowledged as the servant of the living God. We are worthy to receive the eternal life forever and inherit the kingdom of heaven.
Daniel 6:4-5,10-11
6:4 So the governors and satraps sought to find some charge against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find no charge or fault, because he was faithful; nor was there any error or fault found in him.
6:5 Then these men said, "We shall not find any charge against this Daniel unless we find it against him concerning the law of his God."
6:10 Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went home. And in his upper room, with his windows open toward Jerusalem, he knelt down on his knees three times that day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as was his custom since early days.
6:11 Then these men assembled and found Daniel praying and making supplication before his God.
Daniel, the servant of God, was facing the sprinkling of blood in three thingsas follows:
- The temptation in physical things. It is the difficulties in job, study, finance, health, et cetera.
The purpose is for making us doubt, so we cannot be helped by God.
- The temptation in spiritual things. It is the problem in ministry and worship prayer.
Satan gives the false ministry and worship prayer which are without the true teaching word, purification, faithfulness, and the cross. It only seeks for the things that comfort for flesh and pleases the servant of God at the last age.
Satan blocks us, so we are unfaithful until leaving the ministry. Satan strikes the shepherd first, so the sheep will be scattered.
- The temptation in marriage (bedroom). It is the destruction in marriage and children.
What is the purpose? It is for making us failed in reaching the marriage supper of the Lamb or the perfect marriage, so we are left behind when Jesus comes a second time and destroyed forever.
The three kinds of temptation from Satan make the church of God get disappointed, be in despair, and leave God until it falls from faith and perishes in hell forever.
God allows the three temptations to happen for making us increase in perseverance just like Daniel.
James 1:2-4
1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials,
1:3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.
1:4 But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.
Daniel 6:10,20
6:10 Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went home. And in his upper room, with his windows open toward Jerusalem, he knelt down on his knees three times that day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as was his custom since early days.
6:20 And when he came to the den, he cried out with a lamenting voice to Daniel. The king spoke, saying to Daniel, "Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?"
If we persevere in worship prayer, it will appear in our attitude. The king knew that Daniel persevered in praying to God.
How can we persevere in the worship prayer? There must be the Golden Candlestick and the Table of Showbread.
We must persevere in worship prayer that starts from persevering in doing the General Service (it refers to the Golden Candlestick or the fellowship with Holy Spirit God in the anointing and the gift) and the Bible Study Service and Holy Communion (it refers the Table Showbread or the fellowship with the Son of God in the Word and the sacrifice of Christ).
The perseverance in committing the General Service and the Bible Study Service and Holy Communion will encourage us to persevere in worship prayer.
Thus, if we persevere in the sheepfold, we will persevere in worship prayer.
Daniel prayed three times a day.
For us, the term three times refers to the three kinds of prayer that were taught and exemplified by Jesusas follows:
- One-hour prayer.
- Fasting prayer.
- All night-long prayer.
The worship prayer is the process of ripping the flesh with its lust, character, and will, so we experience the life renewal from carnal man to spiritual one like Jesus, namely being strong and of good courage.
The facts found in being strong and of good courageare as follows:
- Holding fast and obeying the true teaching word until we can do the thingsas follows:
- We can live in righteousness and holiness.
- We keep the true ministry according to the true teaching word.
2 Timothy 3:12
3:12 Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.
The cross is unpleasant for flesh, but it will make us strong in facing the shake at the last age. There is glory behind the cross.
- We are faithful and fervent in ministry until the end line.
- Keeping the right marriage. It starts from the beginning of marriage that must follow the true teaching word. We must keep the holiness and unity of marriage.
- We are not disappointed and in despair and do not leave God whatever the risk may come. We believe and hope in God. We worship God and stretch out our hands to God. Then, He will stretch out His merciful hands towards us. We live in the merciful hands of God. That is the servant of the living God.
The results areas follows:
- The merciful hands of the Great Shepherd are able to protect and care us in the midst of great difficulties in the world and our powerlessness.
Daniel 6:22
6:22 "My God sent His angel and shut the lions' mouths, so that they have not hurt me, because I was found innocent before Him; and also, O king, I have done no wrong before you."
We can live anywhere in any circumstances until we get the eternal life.
- The merciful hands of God defend us from the false prophet and He will glorify us.
Daniel 6:24
6:24 And the king gave the command, and they brought those men who had accused Daniel, and they cast them into the den of lions--them, their children, and their wives; and the lions overpowered them, and broke all their bones in pieces before they ever came to the bottom of the den.
"their children, and their wives" means that we must not accuse the right servant of God, because our children and wife can get the damage.
- The merciful hands of God are able to finish the impossible problems, give the success and beautiful future, and employ us as the witness of the power of God.
Daniel 6:26-27
6:26 I make a decree that in every dominion of my kingdom men must tremble and fear before the God of Daniel. For He is the living God, And steadfast forever; His kingdom is the one which shall not be destroyed, And His dominion shall endure to the end.
6:27 He delivers and rescues, And He works signs and wonders In heaven and on earth, Who has delivered Daniel from the power of the lions.
We testify the power of God that we have experienced in our life, so others can be helped by it.
- In the age of Daniel, the mouths of lions had been shut, but Paul also faced the mouth of Satan or lion.
Here, the merciful hands of God release us from the mouth of the false prophetthat contains the spirit of lying (including the pretense), the false teaching, slander, and blasphemies to the true teaching word or the righteous.
2 Timothy 4:17
4:17 But the Lord stood with me and strengthened me, so that the message might be preached fully through me, and that all the Gentiles might hear. And I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.
We are freed from all those things, so we are employed to testify the Bride Tidings that is able to perfect us.
- The mouth of lion at the last age. We face the Antichrist with the power of mammon that makes us greedy and stingy as well as his persecution.
Revelation 13:2
13:2 Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority.
We keep strong and of good courage. The hands of God will free us from the Antichrist, so we can be the light of the world (the perfect witness of God). We are given the two wings of a great eagle. We will be evacuated to the wilderness, far from the eyes of Antichrist. We are cared directly by God with the word and the holy communion.
Then, the two wings of a great eagle will fly us up to the glorious clouds. It means that the merciful hands of God are able to purify and change us to become perfect as He is. We are worthy to receive the wage of the eternal life forever.
God blesses us.
