Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 11:511:5. And if anyone wants to harm them, fire proceeds from their mouthand devours their enemies. And if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this manner.
This is about the fire coming out of the mouth of the two witnesses, namely Moses and Elijah.
The fire coming out of the mouth of a prophet or God's servant has been prophesied in the book of Jeremiah.
Jeremiah 5:14
5:14. Therefore thus says the LORD God of hosts: "Because you speak this word, Behold, I will make My words in your mouth fire, And this people wood, And it shall devour them.
'
My words'= the saying of God.
Thus, the fire coming out of the mouth of the two witnesses is the same as the fire coming out of the mouth of Jeremiah the prophet. Now, the fire coming out of the mouth of a servant of God whom He uses refers to the Word spoken by God Himself or the revelation of the Word through a verse that explains other verses in the Bible. It is the same as the true teaching Word which is sharper than any two-edged sword and like the fire and hammer.
Jeremiah 23:2923:29. "Is not My word like a fire?" says the LORD, "And like a hammerthat breaks the rock in pieces? There are two attitudes which determine the work of the fire of the true teaching Word as follows:
- The negative attitude, namely rejecting, resisting against, and making hostility towards the true teaching Word.
Consequently, the fire of the true teaching Word becomes the one of judgment that destroys.
- The positive attitude, namely receiving the fire of the true teaching Word.
As a result, the fire of the teaching Word becomes the one of sanctification until perfecting us.
Therefore, we must take heed to the way we hear the Word.
Luke 8: 188:18. "Therefore take heed how you hear. For whoever has, to him more will be given; and whoever does not have, even what he seems to have will be taken from him."
The ways of hearing the Word are as follows:
- What must be heard? We must hear the true Gospel Word and teaching Word.
- We hear the true teaching Word in the anointing of Holy Spirit, so we can be serious with a need like a dog licking the crumb. We can understand, believe, and obey the Word.
As a result, 'For whoever has, to him more will be given' or the faith, physical blessings, and holiness are added up to the perfection like Jesus.
Rejecting the Word, not being willing to hear the Word, or not seriously hearing the Word, all that one has, especially the faith or salvation will vanish away, so he gets the increasing judgment until perishing forever.
Malachi 3:1-43:1. "Behold, I send My messenger, And he will prepare the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, Will suddenly come to His temple, Even the Messenger of the covenant, In whom you delight. Behold, He is coming," Says the LORD of hosts.
3:2 "But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner's fireAnd like launderer's soap.
3:3 He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi, And purgethem as gold and silver, That they may offer to the LORD An offering in righteousness.
3:4 "Then the offering of Judah and Jerusalem Will be pleasant to the LORD, As in the days of old, As in former years.
There are two kinds of sanctification by the fire of the teaching Word for a priest (Levi) as follows:
- The sanctification by the refiner's fire for sanctifying the rusts in the heart.
- The sanctification by the launderer's soap. It relates to the spot or the outside dirtiness.
Both of them cannot be separated.
ad. 2. The sanctification by the launderer's soap.
It is for sanctifying our daily life and the ministry garments. It is done by the repeated teaching Word until the garments are clean; even it can be the feast garments, namely the white glowing one or the bride's.
What must be sanctified from the ministry garments?
- The filthy garments.
Zechariah 3:3-4
3:3. Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and was standing before the Angel.
3:4 Then He answered and spoke to those who stood before Him, saying, "Take away the filthy garments from him." And to him He said, "See, I have removed your iniquity from you, and I will clothe you with rich robes."
It is the same as the spotty one, not the one for the feast. God sanctifies us so that we get the feast garments.
Jude 1:11-12
1:11. 1:11 Woe to them! For they have gone in the way of Cain, have run greedily in the error of Balaam for profit, and perished in the rebellion of Korah.
1:12 These are spots in your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear, serving only themselves. They are clouds without water, carried about by the winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots;
What are the spots on the garments?
- The spot of Cain, namely evil, envy, hatred without a cause, revenge, and murder.
The evil comes together with laziness, and unfaithfulness, until leaving the ministry.
- The spot of Korah, namely murmuring, dissatisfaction although one has had the position like Korah who was a Levite, and not being able to give thanks.
Why is one dissatisfied? He is dissatisfied because he cannot consume the Word, but rejects the shepherding Word.
Be careful! Judas Iscariot could not consume the shepherding Word although the shepherd was Jesus Himself, so he could not be sanctified.
- The spot of Balaam, namely ministering to God only to look for the physical wage. It is the same as the bond of money which causes stinginess and greediness.
The stinginess means that one cannot give.
The greediness means stealing the possession of others, especially of God, namely the tithes and offerings.
A servant of God who has the spots of evil, laziness, murmuring, stinginess, and greediness on his ministry garments has the intense craving and egoism, namely loathing manna or the shepherding Word and not being willing to hear and obey the Word. He only pursues the self-interest of the flesh. It is the same as eating the raw meat, namely committing sins up to the peak, namely the sins concerning eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage.
It has happened to the Israelites.
Numbers 11:4-6,33-34
11:4. Now the mixed multitudewho were among them yielded to intense craving; so the children of Israel also wept again and said: "Who will give us meat to eat?
11:5 "We remember the fish which we ate freely in Egypt, the cucumbers, the melons, the leeks, the onions, and the garlic;
11:6 "but now our whole being is dried up; there is nothing at all except this mannabefore our eyes!"
11:33. But while the meat was still between their teeth, before it was chewed, the wrath of the LORD was aroused against the people, and the LORD struck the people with a very great plague.
11:34 So he called the name of that place Kibroth Hattaavah, because there they buried the people who had yielded to craving.
The servant of God who ministers with the spotty garments is the same as the mixed multitude. Do not resist against the true teaching Word!
Only pursuing the flesh and ignoring the Word, there will be a great danger. Although there was the raw meat or one can get what he is pursuing, he cannot consume it. Moreover, he gets the judgment of God (the meat was still in the mouth when they died).
The judgment of God starts from the physical difficulties in all aspects, the impossibilities, and physical diseases up to the pneumonia.
Deuteronomy 28:15,22-23
28:15. " But it shall come to pass, if you do not obey the voice of the LORDyour God, to observe carefully all His commandments and His statutes which I command you today, that all these curses will come upon youand overtake you:
28:22 "The LORD will strike you with consumption, with fever, with inflammation, with severe burning fever, with the sword, with scorching, and with mildew; they shall pursue you until you perish.
28:23 "And your heavens which are over your head shall be bronze, and the earth which is under you shall be iron."
The physical disease has been so great. The spiritual one will be greater.
The consumption refers to the respiration. It means the dry worship.
The fever means that there is wrong thing, especially about the service and ministry to God which are lukewarm. As the consequence, one is vomited by God.
Psalm 106:13-15
106:13. They soon forgot His works; They did not wait for His counsel,
106:14 But lusted exceedingly in the wilderness, And tested God in the desert.
106:15 And He gave them their request, But sent leanness into their soul.
Those are the consequences of the disobedience to the Word.
We must pay attention to the physical food as well as the spiritual one. Do not have the failure in the respiration or lung which will cause the failure in everything.
The spiritual meaning is not worshiping God or the dry spirituality up to the everlasting perdition.
In the beginning is the Word. Not seriously hearing the Word, all things will be failed.
2020 is the year of worship. Keep the worship! God will help us regardless of any condition we have.
- The old garment.
Mark 2:21
2:21. "No one sews a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment; or else the new piece pulls away from the old, and the tear is made worse.
It refers to the self-truth or the truth which is not in line with the Bible and blaming at others and God (the true teaching Word) for covering sins.
Consequently, one commits sins up to the peak and gets naked until being left when Jesus comes a second time.
Wearing the filthy and old garments, God will rebuke him.
Matthew 22:11-1422:11. "But when the king came in to see the guests, he saw a man there who did not have on a wedding garment.
22:12 "So he said to him, 'Friend, how did you come in here without a wedding garment?' And he was speechless.
22:13 "Then the king said to the servants, 'Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'
22:14 "For many are called, but few are chosen."
'
how did you come in here without a wedding garment?'= Jesus preaches the repeated Word through a pastor whom God uses to sanctify the filthy and old garment by the launderer's soap so that it can be the feast garment. This is God's intention, not to despise us, but to replace our old garments with the one for the feast. Rejecting it, the ministry will be taken from us.
'
he was speechless'= the negative attitude, namely rejecting the true teaching Word or the sanctification to the filthy garment.
Consequently, the hands and feet are bound by the command of God or the ministry is taken by God and he is cast to the fire of the hell.
The right attitude is receiving the true teaching Word or hearing and obeying it for sanctifying the ministry garments which are filthy and old to be well-pleasing to God until it becomes the feast garments.
The fact found in it is keeping silent and coming to the altar of God as follows:
- Coming to the Altar of Burnt Offering.
It means doing the introspection in our life by the sharpness of the sword of the Word. Finding sins, we must confess to God and others. After being forgiven, we must not commit the sin anymore. We must repent.
- Coming to the Golden Altar of Incense.
It means worshiping Jesus and fully surrendering to God, believing and hoping His mercy, and stretching out our hands to Him. He will also stretch out His hands to us.
Psalm 37:5-7
37:5. Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.
37:6 He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, And your justice as the noonday.
37:7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.
The results are as follows:
- The Lord will do all things which we cannot do and think.
Exodus 14:14
14:14. "The LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace."
Maybe you are facing the condition like the Israelites who could not do anything. Do not be hopeless! Let Him work!
He stretched out His merciful hands for dividing the Red Sea. It means as follows:
- He is able to preserve and protect us who are small and powerless in the midst of the difficulties in the world until the time when the Antichrist reigns over the world and we get the eternal life.
- God finishes all impossible problems.
- The merciful hands of God give us the beautiful and successful future life.
- 'He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light' = the merciful hands of God sanctify and change us until we can be honest or sincere.
We will be used by God in the edification of the perfect body of Christ. We are used for being the house of prayer and changed to be as perfect as He is when He comes a second time. We have the sun, moon, and stars.
The sun, moon, and stars refer to the garments of the bride for worthily welcoming the second coming of Jesus and we can be on His throne in the New Jerusalem.
God blesses you.
