Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 3:21-223:21 To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
3:22 "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches."'"In Revelation chapter two and three, there are seven churches of the Gentiles that receive the promise of God.
The last promise is the highest one for the church of Laodiceans that is sitting together with Jesus on the throne of heaven forever.
In Revelation chapter two and three, there are seven steps for the Gentiles to sit together with Jesus on the throne of heaven as follows:
- [Revelation 2:1-7] We must return to the first love
- [Revelation 2:8-11] We must be faithful until die.
- [Revelation 2:12-17] We do not deny the faith.
- [Revelation 2:18-29] We return to the right consecration.
- [Revelation 3:1-6] We must watch in white garment and become the shining star.
- [Revelation 3:7-13] The church of Philadelphia is obedient and faithful until the flesh does not sound anymore.
Revelation 3:8
3:8 "I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.
Our pattern is Jesus who is obedient until He dies on the cross.
Philippians 2:8-11
2:8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
2:9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
2:10 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
2:11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Then, Jesus receives the name that is powerful to defeat the Trinity of Satan.
If we are obedient and faithful until the flesh does not sound anymore, we are trusted the name of Jesus that is powerful to defeat the Trinity of Satan. The proof is every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. It means as follows:
- We confess the sin to God and others. If we are forgiven, do not sin anymore, we live in righteousness.
- The tongue can say right, good, and honest word and worship God. Honesty is the straightway so we will not fall and lose our way.
Revelation 3:8
3:8 "I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.
The results are as follows:
- God opens the door for us, even though we are weak. Until He opens the door of heaven for us.
- We are called by Jesus' name so we experience the purification from our reproach or sins.
Isaiah 4:1
4:1 And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, "We will eat our own food and wear our own apparel; only let us be called by your name, to take away our reproach."
We are purified from the character of the Gentiles that is like dog and sow. The character of dog is vain word. The character of sow is the sin up to the peak of sins that is the sin of eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage. The character of the Gentiles is anxiety that is the fear of something in this world until being against God.
We can surrender our whole life to God and be purified until perfect
- [Revelation 3:14-22] The church of Laodiceans.
Revelation 3:21
3:21 To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
The promise of God for the church of Laodiceans is sitting together with Jesus on the throne of heaven.
The condition of the church of Laodiceans is like vomit. There are important points that we can learn, as follows:
- Do not easily throw something for it may be fixed.
- Do not be disappointed or desperate in following and ministering God for there is help from God. Do not stay in weakness but struggle with God.
- We always give thanks and worship God as the Maker and the Great Shepherd.
Psalm 95:6-7
95:6 Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lordour Maker.
95:7 For He is our God, and we are the people of His pasture, and the sheep of His hand. Today, if you will hear His voice:
We confess as the clay and sheep for the slaughter, and we are unworthy, incapable, powerless, worthless, and deserving to die.
We only count on the mercy hands of God. We must be shepherded well and correctly. It is like stretching out our hands to God. He will stretch out His hand for us. We live in God's hand, the Good Shepherd.
John 10:27-28
10:27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.
10:28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.
The results are as follows:
- The mercy hands of God are able to give guarantee to care our life starting from now on in this difficult days until the days of Antichrist.
The mercy hands of God are able to give victory and the guarantee to finish all problems even the impossible ones.
- The hands of Great Shepherd give equipment for us that is ministry and the gift of Holy Spirit.
Hebrews 13:20-21
13:20 Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
13:21 make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
Ephesians 4:11-12
4:11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
4:12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,
We are employed in the revival of Holy Spirit at the latter rain, the ministry of the building of the body of Christ. It starts from marriage, shepherding pen, inter shepherding, until the Israel and Gentiles become one in the perfect body of Christ.
We must be faithful and fervent in ministry according to the ministries and the gifts that God gives until the end line, that means until we die or Jesus comes a second time. The ministry and the gift of Holy Spirit will become the tunic of many colors. God makes our life beautiful and He gives beautiful future.
- The hands of God or the Chief Shepherd will give the crown of glory for us.
1 Peter 5:2-4
5:2 Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly;
5:3 nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock;
5:4 and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.
It means God glorifies and renews us from carnal man to spiritual ones like Jesus. The hands of God lead us to the throne of New Jerusalem.
The thing that must be changed is the character of flesh that is withered. It means as follows:
- Being doubtful to the persona of God or the true teaching Word or the power of God. We must be strong and of good courage. We must hold fast to the true teaching Word and believe in His power.
- Being disappointed or desperate and proud. It must be purified so that we become strong and of good courage.
Until Jesus comes a second time, we are changed to become perfect as He is. We sit together with Jesus on the throne of New Jerusalem. There is no more tear.
God blesses us.
