(To Coincide with Fasting Prayer Service Session III)Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 3:21-223:21 To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
3:22 "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches."'"The highest promise from Jesus for the church of the Laodiceans or the church at the last days is sitting together with Him on the throne of heaven. The Bride sits with the Bridegroom on the throne forever, the Body and Head cannot be separated. We experience the peak of shadow from Jesus as the Bridegroom that cannot be charged against by anything.
Luke 13:3413:34 "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathersher brood under herwings, but you were not willing!Jerusalem refers to the Israelites, the chosen people of God. Actually the deep yearning of Jesus is covering Israel through the servants of God who were sent to preach the true teaching Word.
But, a part of Israelites are hard-hearted. They refuse the shadow of God, so there is opportunity for the Gentiles to receive God's shadow in this wilderness of the world until sitting together with Jesus on the throne of heaven.
Psalm 68:4-668:4 Sing to God, sing praises to His name;Extol Him who rides on the clouds, by His name YAH,and rejoice before Him.
68:5 A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows,isGod in His holy habitation.
68:6 God sets the solitary in families; He brings out those who are bound into prosperity; But the rebellious dwell in a dry land.Who is worthy to receive the shadow of God?
- The widow means no connection with the husband or one is free from flesh.
- The solitary means no connection with the world or one is free from the world.
- The fatherless means no connection with father Satan or one is free from sin.
We learn about the widow.
The example is Ruth, the widow of the Gentiles.
Ruth 3:103:10 Then he said, "Blessed areyou of the Lord, my daughter! For you have shown more kindness at the end than at the beginning, in that you did not go after young men, whether poor or rich.Ruth does not follow the flesh with its lust and wills.
Ruth 2:5-82:5 Then Boaz said to his servant who was in charge of the reapers, "Whose young woman isthis?"
2:6 So the servant who was in charge of the reapers answered and said, "It isthe young Moabite woman who came back with Naomi from the country of Moab.
2:7 And she said, 'Please let me glean and gather after the reapers among the sheaves.' So she came and has continued from morning until now, though she rested a little in the house."
2:8 Then Boaz said to Ruth, "You will listen, my daughter, will you not? Do not go to glean in another field, nor go from here, but stay close by my young women.Ruth can hold fast to and obey one true teaching Word.
Ruth 3:93:9 And he said, "Who areyou?" So she answered, "I amRuth, your maidservant. Take your maidservant under your wing, for you are a close relative."Ruth receives the opportunity and grace of God to receive His shadow and redemption.
There are two redeemers as follows:
- One who deserves to redeem Ruth.
Ruth 3:12-13
3:12 Now it is true that I ama close relative; however, there is a relative closerthan I.
3:13 Stay this night, and in the morning it shall be thatif he will perform the duty of a close relative for you--good; let him do it. But if he does not want to perform the duty for you, then I will perform the duty for you, asthe Lordlives! Lie down until morning."
'Closer'means one who came first. It refers to the law.
Ruth 4:5-8
4:5 Then Boaz said, "On the day you buy the field from the hand of Naomi, you must also buy itfrom Ruth the Moabitess, the wife of the dead, to perpetuate the name of the dead through his inheritance."
4:6 And the close relative said, "I cannot redeem itfor myself, lest I ruin my own inheritance. You redeem my right of redemption for yourself, for I cannot redeem it."
4:7 Now this was the customin former times in Israel concerning redeeming and exchanging, to confirm anything: one man took off his sandaland gave itto the other, and this wasa confirmation in Israel.
4:8 Therefore the close relative said to Boaz, "Buy itfor yourself." So he took off his sandal.
The law can only redeem the Israelites. Thus, the first redeemer cannot redeem and take off the sandal.
- The second redeemer is Boaz. He refers to Jesus as the Bridegroom of heaven.
Matthew 3:11
3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.
The sandal of Jesus cannot be taken off. He keeps it. It means the zeal of God until death on the cross and His side is speared to redeem the Israelites and Gentiles, so it cannot be hindered by anything.
The form of the shadow of Jesus as the Bridegroom of heaven is the shadow of redemption and fire of Holy Spirit.
The function of the fire of Holy Spirit for the Gentiles is as follows:
- The fire of Holy Spirit sanctifies the Gentiles.
Romans 15:16
15:16 that I might be a minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering of the Gentiles might be acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.
The characters of the Gentiles that must be purified are as follows:
- The character of sow, wallowing in sin up to the peak of sin. It is the sin of eating-drinking (smoking, getting drunk, and drug abuse) and marrying-being given in marriage.
- The characters of dog are lying, evil speaking, gossiping, et cetera.
- The worry that makes one greedy and stingy. One cannot give but steal. If we are purified, we can give for the work of God and others who need. Until we can give our whole life to God. We become the offering that produces fragrance.
- Holy Spirit makes us faithful and fervent in serving and ministering to God according the ministry and the gifts of Holy Spirit that He gives through the laying on of pastor's hands.
Romans 12:11
12:11 not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord;
2 Timothy 1:6
1:6 Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.
We must sacrifice everything to be faithful and fervent in ministry until the end line that is until we die or the second coming of Jesus.
If we are holy, faithful, and fervent, we will become the apple of God's eye. We will receive the shadow of God which starts from now in the midst of difficulties in the world until the days of Antichrist. We are protected in wilderness of the world. A grain of sand cannot enter to the eye.
- The fire of Glory Spirit becomes the answer of prayer.
2 Chronicles 7:1-3
7:1 When Solomon had finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the Lordfilled the temple.
7:2 And the priests could not enter the house of the Lord, because the glory of the Lordhad filled the Lord's house.
7:3 When all the children of Israel saw how the fire came down, and the glory of the Lordon the temple, they bowed their faces to the ground on the pavement, and worshiped and praised the Lord, saying: "For He isgood, for His mercy enduresforever."
There is a life renewal from carnal men to spiritual ones like Jesus.
The process is as follows:
- The fire burns the burnt offering so we can confess our sin to God and others. The blood of Jesus forgives and sanctifies us. The ruined altar can be fixed, so we can worship God.
- The flesh is burned to produces fragrance before God.
It refers to emptying ourselves and being humble. We have something, but we feel nothing and unworthy, so we can be obedient until the flesh does not sound anymore.
The physical miracle happens; Holy Spirit is able to make something that does not exist yet. Impossible thing becomes possible. He is able to care and help us. The steps of our life are the miracle steps by the fire of Holy Spirit.
2 Thessalonians 1:7
1:7 and to giveyou who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels,
Until Jesus comes a second time, we are changed to become perfect as He is. We experience the top of His shadow that is sitting together with Him on the throne of heaven.
God blesses us.
