Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 21:15-1621:15. And he who talked with me had a gold reed to measure the city, its gates, and its wall.
21:16. The city is laid out as a square; its length is as great as its breadth. And he measured the city with the reed: twelve thousand furlongs. Its length, breadth, and height are equal. The city of the New Jerusalem, its gates, and its wall are measured by the angel--a shepherd--with a gold reed, namely the shepherding Word.
The city of the New Jerusalem is laid out as a square; its length, breadth, and height are equal, namely twelve thousand furlongs.
The number twelve refers to the fellowship.
A thousand refers to the Most Holy Place--10 x 10 x 10 cubits--, namely perfection.
So, twelve thousand refers to the fellowship to reach the perfection.
There are two kinds of fellowship that aim at perfection as follows:
- The fellowship ofthe perfect body of Christ that is based on the true teaching Word or the Bride Tidings. This fellowship aims at Jesus as the Head. It starts from marriage, shepherding, and inter-shepherding. In the true fellowship, we receive greater opportunity to be purified by the true teaching Word up to perfection, namely the Israelites and the Gentiles become one perfect body of Christ.
Be watchful! There are many false fellowships which are not based on the true teaching Word, but riches, position, tribe, et cetera. So, the sins increases up to the peak. It is the same as building Babylon or the false church, namely Satan's bride who is perfect in evil and uncleanness. Consequently, he will be destroyed forever.
- The fellowship between the body of Christ and Jesus as the Head.
The connector of the head and body is the neck. It refers to the prayer.
The three possibilities of the neck are as follows:
- The neck is broken.
Exodus 13:13
13:13. "But every firstborn of a donkey you shall redeem with a lamb; and if you will not redeem it, then you shall break its neck. And all the firstborn of man among your sons you shall redeem.
It means being unable to worship God. There is no connection with God. One is separated from God, so he is spiritually withered and dead up to the second death, namely perdition forever.
The causes of the broken neck are as follows:
- The Gentiles are not redeemed by the blood of Jesus, so they are not set free from the sin, especially from the one of dog namely the idle words such as lie, gossip, evil speaking, and blasphemy, and the of swine , namely the sinful deed up to the peak. The peak of the sin is the sin of eating-drinking, namely smoking, getting drunk, and drugs abuse.
If we are redeemed by the blood of Jesus , we will be set free from the sins of dog and swine, so we live in righteousness. We hold fast the true teaching Word, and we are used to become the armor of righteousness.
- Not having the Ark of Covenant. It means that one does not want to hear and obey the Bride Tidings.
1 Samuel 4:16-18
4:16. Then the man said to Eli, "I am he who came from the battle. And I fled today from the battle line." And he said, "What happened, my son?"
4:17. So the messenger answered and said, "Israel has fled before the Philistines, and there has been a great slaughter among the people. Also your two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, are dead; and the ark of God has been captured."
4:18. Then it happened, when he made mention of the ark of God, that Eli fell off the seat backward by the side of the gate; and his neck was brokenand he died, for the man was old and heavy. And he had judged Israel forty years.
He did not want to be purified especially from a fat belly that belongs to God. It means stealing the possession of God, namely the tithe and special offerings.
It also refers to the wicked desire, namely the will of money and one steals the possession of others.
Leviticus 3:16-17
3:16. 'and the priest shall burn them on the altar as food, an offering made by fire for a sweet aroma; all the fat is the LORD's.
3:17. 'This shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings: you shall eat neither fat nor blood.'"
- Being taken by the throat.
Matthew 18:28
18:28. "But that servant went out and found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred denarii; and he laid hands on him and took him by the throat, saying, 'Pay me what you owe!'
It means that the prayer does not fulfill the measurement.
Revelation 11:1-2
11:1. Then I was given a reed like a measuring rod. And the angel stood, saying, "Rise and measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there.
11:2. "But leave out the court which is outside the temple, and do not measure it, for it has been given to the Gentiles. And they will tread the holy city underfoot for forty-two months.
The measurement of the worship by the true teaching word is the tearing of the flesh until it does not speak anymore--the veil is torn.
The flesh that must be torn is as follows:
- The self-truth.
Matthew 18:29-30
18:29. "So his fellow servant fell down at his feet and begged him, saying, 'Have patience with me, and I will pay you all.'
18:30. "And he would not, but went and threw him into prison till he should pay the debt.
It means that one does not want to confess his sin but covers it by blaming others and God. And he also does not want to forgive others' sin.
- Disobedience.
1 Samuel 15:13-14
15:13. Then Samuel went to Saul, and Saul said to him, "Blessed are you of the LORD! I have performed the commandment of the LORD."
15:14. But Samuel said, "What then is this bleating of the sheep in my ears, and the lowing of the oxen which I hear?"
If we do not fulfill the measurement, we will experience the persecution of the Antichrist.
If we fulfill the measurement, we will be given the two wings of a great eagle to evacuate us to the wilderness, far from the eyes of the Antichrist who reigns over the world for three and a half years.
- The neck which is like the tower of David--a high place.
Song of Solomon 4:4
4:4. Your neck is like the tower of David, Built for an armory, On which hang a thousand bucklers, All shields of mighty men.
It means that the worship has fulfilled the measurement, namely obedience until the flesh does not speak anymore. As a result, the neck will be hung with the two things as follows:
- A thousand bucklers and all shields of mighty men.
Ephesians 6:16
6:16. above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
It is the same as having the shield of faith to protect us from all the sudden fiery darts of the evil, namely the sins up to the peak, the impossible temptations in all things, false teaching, gossip, et cetera. We keep living in righteousness and holiness as well as trusting and hoping God. We keep holding fast the true teaching Word and obeying it, so our heart becomes peaceful.
- God's mercy.
Proverbs 3:3
3:3. Let not mercy and truth forsake you; Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart,
Acts 10:45
10:45. And those of the circumcision who believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also.
One of God's mercy is the outpouring of Holy Spirit.
Acts 2:1-4
2:1. When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2:2. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
2:3. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.
2:4. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
The usefulness of Holy Spirit is that He is able to change our senses as follows:
- The earwhich is not good because of hearing gossips, false teaching, et ceteracan become the good one, namely we hear and obey the true teaching Word.
- The eyethat sees the sinful things can become the one that sees God's field, namely we prioritize the ministry. We minister to God faithfully and fervently.
- The mouththat produces idle words such as lie, gossip, evil speaking, and blasphemy can become the good one, namely we can confess our sin. We can produce the true and good words. We can testify and become blessing for others as well as worship God.
Proverbs 20:12
20:12. The hearing ear and the seeing eye, The LORD has made them both.
We experience the creation power that creates something that does not exist yet . The power of Holy Spirit is able to take care of our life who is powerless in the midst of the difficulties of the world. From no wine to there is wine. Holy Spirit is able to give the heavenly satisfaction and bliss, so we can become God's witness.
Mark 7:37
7:37. And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, "He has done all things well. He makes both the deaf to hear and the mute to speak."
Holy Spirit is able to make the thing that has been destroyed becomes good.
All things become beautiful in due time. We are used in the ministry of the building of the body of Christ.
Exodus 14:21
14:21. Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided.
Holy Spirit is able to divide the Red Sea. It means finishing all of impossible problems as well as giving beautiful and successful future.
Holy Spirit changes us up to perfection, so we are worthy to greet Jesus when He comes a second time on the glorious clouds.
God blesses us.
