Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 3:21-223:21 To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.3:22 "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches."'"The promise of God to the church of the Laodiceans (now to all of us) is we will sit together with Him on the throne of Heaven forever. The bride (the body) sits together with the Bridegroom (the Head) on the throne of the New Jerusalem forever. We will experience the peak of shadow from Jesus as the Heavenly Bridegroom that cannot be accused by anyone forever. We will enter the eternal joy.
Luke 13:3413:34 "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathersher brood under herwings, but you were not willing!"How often" refers to the deep earnestness and longing of Jesus to shadow us who are powerless in the midst of difficulties in the last days, up to the peak of shadow, that is we sit together with Him on the throne of Heaven forever.
This shadow promise is to the church of the Laodiceans who is as the vomit. It means that all of us can get the shadow of God, just we want it or not.
Where can we get the shadow of Jesus as the Heavenly Bridegroom?
The term "gather" refers to the true fellowship of the body of Christ.
The true fellowship of the body of Christ is illustrated as the brood under the wings of the hen. It is also illustrated as the branch abides on the true vine. Thus, we must take heed of the hen or vine in the true fellowship of the body of Christ. The hen or vine is Jesus as the Head, that is the true teaching Word.
Thus, we get the shadow of Jesus as the Heavenly Bridegroom in the true fellowship of the body of Christ, according to the true teaching Word. The true fellowship of the body of Christ is started with the true marriage, true shepherding, true inter-shepherding (fellowship), until the Israelites and the Gentiles become one perfect body of Christ.
Who gets the shadow of Jesus as the Bridegroom?
- Widows.
Psalm 68:5-6
68:5 A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows,
IsGod in His holy habitation.
68:6 God sets the solitary in families;
He brings out those who are bound into prosperity; But the rebellious dwell in a dry land.
A widow refers to one who has no relation with the husband because of death. It refers to one who has no relation with the flesh with all its desire.
- The solitary.
They refer to ones who are set free from the world with all its influence, bustle, difficulty, and pleasure.
- The fatherless.
They refer to ones who have no relation with the father, meaning being set free from sins.
Thus, one who has the right to receive the shadow of Jesus as the Heavenly Bridegroom is one who is set free from the flesh, the world, and sins.
Celebrating the Passover means we must experience the power of the Passover to set us free from the influence of the flesh, the world, and sins, so we can appear as the spiritual widows, the solitary, and the fatherless who have the right to receive the shadow of Jesus as the Heavenly Bridegroom, starting from now in the last days until we sit together with Him on the throne of Heaven forever.
John 8:43-448:43 Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word. 8:44 You are of yourfather the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.This morning, we learn about the fatherless.
The fatherless refer to ones who have no relation with sins, especially with lying and hating.
Revelation 21:821:8 But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."If it is enlightened, we must be set free from eight sins as follows.
- Being coward means being afraid of something until opposing God.
- Being unbelieving.
- Being abominable.
- Murderer or hatred.
- Being sexually immoral, sexuality sins, wrong marriage.
- Sorcerer.
- Idolater.
- Liar.
If one preserves those eight sins, he will get bored to the true teaching Word, criticize and not understand it. He will be outside the shadow of Jesus as the Heavenly Bridegroom.
But if we are set free from those eight sins, we will be able to understand until practice the Word, so we experience the shadow of Jesus until sit together with Him on the throne of Heaven forever.
"How often" [Luke 13:34] means the true teaching Word must be preached repetitively by a pastor. It is called as the food of the shepherding.
2 Chronicles 36:15-1636:15 And the Lord God of their fathers sent warningsto them by His messengers, rising up early and sending them, because He had compassion on His people and on His dwelling place. 36:16 But they mocked the messengers of God, despised His words, and scoffed at His prophets, until the wrath of the Lord arose against His people, till there wasno remedy. The repeated teaching Word is God's love to us, so we can understand the Word and experience the shadow of Jesus as the Heavenly Bridegroom that increases until the peak is sitting together with Him on the throne of Heaven. If one rejects the shepherding Word, he will be outside the shadow of Jesus as the Heavenly Bridegroom and destroyed forever.
John 20:1-2,920:1 Now on the first dayof the week Mary Magdalene went to the tomb early, while it was still dark, and saw thatthe stone had been taken away from the tomb. 20:2 Then she ran and came to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and said to them, "They have taken away the Lord out of the tomb, and we do not know where they have laid Him."20:9 For as yet they did not know the Scripture, that He must rise again from the dead.Mary Magdalene is a rich woman, but she does not understand the true teaching Word (the Holy Bible) neither experience the resurrection power and the shadow of Jesus. Thus, she is under the death.
The signs of life that is under the death are as follows.
- The heart is empty as an empty tomb. There is no Jesus inside the heart, so one is never satisfied. He always grumbles and never gives thanks to God.
If the Word fills our heart, we will experience the Heavenly satisfaction.
- Having bad prejudice to the others, even to God.
John 20:15
20:15 Jesus said to her, "Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?"She, supposing Him to be the gardener, said to Him, "Sir, if You have carried Him away, tell me where You have laid Him, and I will take Him away."
The consequence is accusing and blaming one another, so there is no unity but separation. The peak is having bad prejudice to God, that is blaming the true teaching Word.
- Being separated from God, so there are many tears.
John 20:11-13
20:11 But Mary stood outside by the tomb weeping, and as she wept she stooped down and lookedinto the tomb.
20:12 And she saw two angels in white sitting, one at the head and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.
20:13 Then they said to her, "Woman, why are you weeping?"She said to them, "Because they have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have laid Him."
If it is continued, one will be separated from God forever, until being destroyed in the hell.
The beginning of being separated from God is being unfaithful in the ministry, not feeling sorry when being unable to minister God, even willfully leaving the ministry. It is the sin that cannot be forgiven anymore.
Hebrews 10:25-27
10:25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as isthe manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
10:26 For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,
10:27 but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries.
What is the way out to help Mary who is in tears?
John 20:16
20:16 Jesus said to her, "Mary!" She turned and said to Him, "Rabboni!" (which is to say, Teacher).Jesus who has been risen calls the name "Mary!". It is through the preaching of the shepherding Word, the repeated true teaching Word.
John 10:3-4
10:3 To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.
10:4 And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice.Jesus calls our name through the preaching of the Word that is repeated. It means Jesus knows our conditions deeply. He brings us out, meaning He gives the way out so we are not controlled by the death and tears forever.
Mary answers "Rabboni!", which is to say, Teacher. It means we know Jesus deeply. Thus, all tears will be erased.
The shepherding Word increases our relation with Jesus.
- The relationship of disciple and Teacher, that is understanding, believing, and having faith on the true teaching Word.
John 20:16
20:16 Jesus said to her, "Mary!" She turned and said to Him, "Rabboni!" (which is to say, Teacher).
- The relationship of brethren.
John 20:17
20:17 Jesus said to her, "Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, 'I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and toMy God and your God.'"
Matthew 12:48-50
12:48 But He answered and said to the one who told Him, "Who is My mother and who are My brothers?"
12:49 And He stretched out His hand toward His disciples and said, "Here are My mother and My brothers!
12:50 For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother."
Becoming the brother of Jesus means being obedient to the true teaching Word.
- The relationship of the body and the Head.
John 20:17
20:17 Jesus said to her, "Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, 'I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and toMy God and your God.'"
Our relationship with Jesus must be as the relationship of Jesus and Father, that is the unity relationship that cannot be separated again forever.
The relationship of the body and the Head is the neck, that is worship prayer. We can cry out Jesus' name, so we experience the shadow over the death. The death cannot touch us.
The results of crying out Jesus' name are as follows.
- It is to face the death that threatens the boat of our life, that is our personal life, ministry, job, study, and health.
Mark 4:37-39
4:37 And a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling.
4:38 But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, "Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?"
4:39 Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, "Peace, be still!" And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.
Matthew 8:25
8:25 Then His disciples came to Himand awoke Him, saying, "Lord, save us! We are perishing!"
The death works through the wind and waves, that is sin up to its peak (sin concerning eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage), false teaching, false ministry, trials in any fields even the impossible ones. Wind and waves try to drown the boat of our life so we do not reach the harbor of the New Jerusalem.
The way out is worship prayer, crying out the name of Jesus. Thus, Jesus awakes to calm all wind and waves. The resurrection power of Jesus sets us free from the death. All problems are solved right in His time. There is calm and everything becomes easy and light. Everything is beautiful and successful in His time.
- It is to face the death that threatens marriage and children, or broken marriage that is caused by being unable to eat the shepherding Word. This kind of life will die spiritually in sin up to its peak.
Mark 5:22-23,39-43
5:22 And behold, one of the rulers of the synagogue came, Jairus by name. And when he saw Him, he fell at His feet
5:23 and begged Him earnestly, saying, "My little daughter lies at the point of death. Come and lay Your hands on her, that she may be healed, and she will live."
5:39 When He came in, He said to them, "Why make this commotion and weep? The child is not dead, but sleeping."
5:40 And they ridiculed Him. But when He had put them all outside, He took the father and the mother of the child, and those who werewith Him, and entered where the child was lying.
5:41 Then He took the child by the hand, and said to her, "Talitha, cumi," which is translated, "Little girl, I say to you, arise."
5:42 Immediately the girl arose and walked, for she was twelve years of age.And they were overcome with great amazement.
5:43 But He commanded them strictly that no one should know it, and said that somethingshould be given her to eat.
Through worship prayer, the resurrection power of Jesus is able to help, so the marriage and children can live in righteousness and holiness. The marriage becomes one unity and is joyful forever.
- It is to face the death that causes rottenness, disintegration, and perdition, as Lazarus who has died for four days.
John 11:32,39-40
11:32 Then, when Mary came where Jesus was, and saw Him, she fell down at His feet, saying to Him, "Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died."
11:39 Jesus said, "Take away the stone."Martha, the sister of him who was dead, said to Him, "Lord, by this time there is a stench, for he has been deadfour days."
11:40 Jesus said to her, "Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?"
The resurrection power of Jesus is able to recover all physical and spiritual things that have been destroyed. The resurrection power of Jesus is able to sanctify and renew us, so we are honest and believe Him. When Jesus comes a second time, we will be renewed as perfect as Him. We will be worthy to welcome Him on the glorious clouds, until sit together with Him on the throne of Heaven forever. The last shadow, the last Passover, is when we are set free from the world to sit together with Jesus on the throne of Heaven forever.
God blesses us.
