Grace and peace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 5:5-105:5 But one of the elders said to me, "Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and to loose its seven seals."5:6 And I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth. 5:7 Then He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne.5:8 Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. 5:9 And they sang a new song, saying: "You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,5:10 And have made us kings and priests to our God;And we shall reign on the earth."Who can open the scroll or the secret of the Word of God?
- Jesus as the Lion of the tribe of Judah or the Root of David who has prevailed.
- Jesus as the Lamb of God who has been slain.
ad. 2. Jesus as the Lamb of God who has been slain.
John 1:291:29 The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, "Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!Every time we hear the revelation of the Word of God related to the Lamb of God who has been slain, we must be encouraged to experience freedom and redemption from sins.
Romans 4:254:25 who was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of our justification.Jesus dies on the cross to set us free from sins.
He is raised to justify us, so we can live in righteousness until sometime we can be righteous as Jesus is.
There are three levels of justification as follows.
- Justification because of forgiveness of sins.
1 John 1:9
1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us oursins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
The process is that we must confess our sins honestly to God (vertical) and the others (horizontal) by the encouragement of the true teaching Word. Thus, the blood of Jesus will be active to do the things as follows.
- Forgiving all our sins, so there is no more trace, as we had never done those sins.
- Sanctifying us from all sins and pulling out the root of sins, so we do not sin anymore.
- Justification because of freedom from sins.
The process is through water baptism.
Colossians 2:11-12
2:11 In Him you were also circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ,
2:12 buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Himthrough faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.
The true water baptism is one who has died to sins (repented) must be buried in water together with Jesus, to be raised with Him and receive new life. It equals to experiencing the circumcision of Christ, meaning putting off the sinful flesh. We are set free from sins. We hate sins until we hate lies.
Proverbs 8:13
8:13 The fear of the Lord isto hate evil;Pride and arrogance and the evil wayAnd the perverse mouth I hate.
We do not sin although there is chance, threat, torture, opressions, et cetera, as experienced by Joseph when facing Potiphar's wife.
- Justification as Jesus is righteous.
1 John 3:7
3:7 Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous.
The process is the Holy Spirit baptism. We live in the anointing of Holy Spirit with its seven manifestations until we cannot sin anymore. We are righteous as Jesus is righteous.
Isaiah 11:2-3
11:2 (1)The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him,(2)The Spirit of wisdom and (3)understanding,(4)The Spirit of counsel and (5)might,(6)The Spirit of knowledge and (7)of the fear of the Lord.
11:3 His delight isin the fear of the Lord,And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes,Nor decide by the hearing of His ears;
In the book of Revelation, it is mentioned that the Lamb has seven horns. They are the seven spirits of God.
Revelation 5:6
5:6 And I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth.
Thus, living in righteousness as Jesus is righteous means living in the anointing of Holy Spirit with its seven manifestations. It equals to having seven horns.
The horn is made of the substance of bone. It reminds us about the bones of Elisha. It is the power of the Passover or the resurrection power.
2 Kings 13:21
13:21 So it was, as they were burying a man, that suddenly they spied a band of raiders;and they put the man in the tomb of Elisha; and when the man was let down and touched the bones of Elisha, he revived and stood on his feet.
The resurrection power is able to justify, sanctify, and perfect us. The things that have died can be raised up to perfection.
The results are as follows.
- The horn of salvation (the horns in the Altar of Burnt Offering).
1 Kings 1:50-53
1:50 Now Adonijah was afraid of Solomon; so he arose, and went and took hold of the horns of the altar.
1:51 And it was told Solomon, saying, "Indeed Adonijah is afraid of King Solomon; for look, he has taken hold of the horns of the altar, saying, 'Let King Solomon swear to me today that he will not put his servant to death with the sword.'"
1:52 Then Solomon said, "If he proves himself a worthy man, not one hair of him shall fall to the earth; but if wickedness is found in him, he shall die."
1:53 So King Solomon sent them to bring him down from the altar. And he came and fell down before King Solomon; and Solomon said to him, "Go to your house."
Holding the horns means acting as a worthy man. It means that we are dare to confess our sins to God and the others. If we are forgiven, we must not repeat the sins. We repent and live in righteousness. The result is that not one hair will fall to the earth. It means as follows.
- The power of the Passover is able to care our life in the midst of difficulties in the world up to the days of antichrist, although we are just as one hair.
- The power of the Passover is able to protect us from all distress in the world, sin up to its peak, and antichrist. We can live in calm and peace. Everything becomes easy and light. The power of the Passover is able to save us from the perdition.
Romans 8:1-2
8:1 There istherefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
- The horn of victory (the horns in the Golden Altar of Incense).
Romans 5:5
5:5 Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
In worship prayer, Holy Spirit pours God's love, so we can be strong and of good courage. We are not desperate or disappointed. We do not leave God. We can endure and win although our condition is as the sheep for the slaughter.
Romans 8:35-36
8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shalltribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
8:36 As it is written:"For Your sake we are killed all day long;We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter."
We can be faithful and fervent in spirit in ministering God until the end line, namely until we die or until Jesus comes a second time.
Romans 8:37
8:37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
The power of the Passover is able to make us more than conquerors. Although we are as the sheep for the slaughter, we can overcome stronger enemies because God will make a war for us. All impossible problems will be solved right in His time.
- The horn of perfection.
Joshua 6:6
6:6 Then Joshua the son of Nun called the priests and said to them, "Take up the ark of the covenant, and let seven priests bear seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark of the Lord."
It equals to the seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark of the covenant. It means that the resurrection power of Holy Spirit encourages us to be active in the revival of Holy Spirit in the last days or the building of the perfect body of Christ. The building of the body of Christ is started from within marriage, shepherding, inter-shepherding, up to the perfect body of Christ. Do not preserve the sins. If there are sins, we must hold the horns of the altar. We must confess our sins, worship God, and serve Him.
Let us use every cubit (the measurement of the Tabernacle is in cubit unit) of our life especially to become active in the revival of building the perfect body of Christ. Thus, every step of our life is miraculous one. The power of the Passover is able to conduct the miracle of life renewal from the fleshly man to the spiritual one as Jesus. We can be obedient until the flesh does not sound anymore.
Ephesians 5:1-2
5:1 Therefore be imitators of God as dear children.
5:2 And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.
Being obedient until the flesh does not sound anymore equals to becoming an offering with a sweet-smelling aroma before God.
Rahab was obedient, so she received a strand of scarlet. Rahab was protected by God, so she was not doomed.
Joshua 6:17
6:17 Now the city shall be doomed by the Lord to destruction, it and all who arein it. Only Rahab the harlot shall live, she and all who arewith her in the house, because she hid the messengers that we sent.
Song of Solomon 4:3
4:3 Your lips arelike a strand of scarlet,And your mouth is lovely.Your temples behind your veilArelike a piece of pomegranate.
A strand of scarlet on the mouth means that we use our mouth to say right words. We let "yes" be "yes" and "no" be "no". Our mouth can testify and worship God. We surrender our life and cry out to Him. Thus, there will be the power of the Passover, namely the salvation power for the marriage physically and spiritually.
James 3:2
3:2 For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he isa perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.
When Jesus comes a second time, we do not stumble in word. We will rejoice on the glorious clouds. In the last Passover, we will be lifted up on the glorious clouds with our family to be with God forever.
God blesses us.
