Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The death and resurrection of Jesus are able to renew us from fleshly men to the spiritual ones up to perfection like Jesus, so we are worthy to greet Jesus when He comes a second time on the glorious clouds. We enter into the marriage supper of the Lamb of God or the last Passover, the One-Thousand-Year Kingdom of Peace (the upcoming Paradise), and the New Jerusalem.
Be watchful! We must face the hindrance in the journey of the renewal of life.
2 Thessalonians 2:3-4
2:3. Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition,
2:4. who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
The Antichrist will come before Jesus comes a second time. He makes effort to hinder, ensnare, and control the servants of God, so they do not experience the renewal of life up to perfection, and they cannot enter into the New Jerusalem but being destroyed forever.
Revelation 13:1
13:1. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name.
The appearances of the Antichrist, a beast rising up out of the sea, are as follows:
- Having seven heads. It means being without the anointing of Holy Spirit.
- Having ten horns. It means being without the Word of God.
- Having ten crowns. It means being without love.
Consequently, he appears as a faithless man who blasphemes God or the true teaching word.
If the Antichrist controls us, we will also live without the Word, Holy Spirit, and love. It is the same as being without the divine seed, so we cannot experience the renewal of life from fleshly men to spiritual ones like Jesus.
Consequently, we appear like a beast or faithless man, namely the disobedience to God, shepherd, and parents.
The disobedience or lawlessness attacks the servant of God from age to age as follows:
- The era of God the Fatheror the early age that is counted from Adam to Abraham is represented by Eve and Adam who ate the forbidden fruit.
Eve and Adam did not obey God in the marriage. If one becomes disobedient, he will surely lie.
Consequently, Adam and Eve were cast out of Eden to enter into the world. They lived in the curse atmosphere, namely laboring and being heavy laden and full of tears.
- The era of the Son of Godor the middle age that is counted from Abraham to the first Jesus' coming is represented by Jonah. He was told to go to Nineveh, but he went to Tarshish.
It is the disobedience in the ordination or ministry.
If one becomes disobedient, he will surely lie.
Jonah 1:8-10
1:8. Then they said to him, "Please tell us! For whose cause is this trouble upon us? What is your occupation? And where do you come from? What is your country? And of what people are you?"
1:9. So he said to them, "I am a Hebrew; and I fear the LORD, the God of heaven, who made the sea and the dry land."
1:10. Then the men were exceedingly afraid, and said to him, "Why have you done this?" For the men knew that he fled from the presence of the LORD, because he had told them.
The consequence is being in the belly of the fish, drowning in the ocean of the world, and being in the darkness of a basket and bed, failure, fear, and stress.
- The era of God the Holy Spiritor the last days that is counted from Jesus' first coming up to the second one is represented by many servants of God.
Matthew 7:21-23
7:21. "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
7:22. "Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?'
7:23. "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'
There are many servants of God whose ministry looks great. They feel great and successful, but they do not obey the true teaching Word. Their ministry is not in line with the Bible. They lie in the marriage and ordination.
The consequences are as follows:
- The ministry is the same as practicing lawlessness.
- Being cast out of the world to enter the hell up to perdition forever.
God does not will that His servants become the same as Adam, Eve, and Jonah, namely being cursed and controlled by the Antichrist (disobedience and lying), so they live in curse, labor, tears, drowning, failure, fear, darkness up to perdition forever.
How does God help His servant, so he is not torn by the Antichrist? We learn from Jonah.
Matthew 12:40
12:40. "For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish. Jesus was three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. It refers to the total self-surrendering or the sign of death and resurrection.
Exodus 30:11-16
30:11. Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying:
30:12. "When you take the census of the children of Israel for their number, then every man shall give a ransom for himself to the LORD, when you number them, that there may be no plague among them when you number them.
30:13. "This is what everyone among those who are numbered shall give: half a shekel according to the shekel of the sanctuary (a shekel is twenty gerahs). The half-shekel shall be an offering to the LORD.
30:14. "Everyone included among those who are numbered, from twenty years old and above, shall give an offering to the LORD.
30:15. "The rich shall not give more and the poor shall not give less than half a shekel, when you give an offering to the LORD, to make atonement for yourselves.
30:16. "And you shall take the atonement money of the children of Israel, and shall appoint it for the service of the tabernacle of meeting, that it may be a memorial for the children of Israel before the LORD, to make atonement for yourselves."The total self-surrendering is the same as giving half a shekel to make atonement, so there may be no plague, but being saved.
Matthew 17:24-27
17:24. When they had come to Capernaum, those who received the temple tax came to Peter and said, "Does your Teacher not pay the temple tax?"
17:25. He said, "Yes." And when he had come into the house, Jesus anticipated him, saying, "What do you think, Simon? From whom do the kings of the earth take customs or taxes, from their sons or from strangers?"
17:26. Peter said to Him, "From strangers." Jesus said to him, "Then the sons are free.
17:27. "Nevertheless, lest we offend them, go to the sea, cast in a hook, and take the fish that comes up first. And when you have opened its mouth, you will find a piece of money; take that and give it to them for Me and you."
Jesus pays the temple tax or the money for atonement, namely He becomes obedient to the point of death on the cross.
Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish. He experiences difficulty, darkness, and fear to pay the tax of his disobedience for his salvation and Nineveh's.
Jonah 2:1-2,9-10
2:1. Then Jonah prayed to the LORD his God from the fish's belly.
2:2. And he said: "I cried out to the LORD because of my affliction, And He answered me. "Out of the belly of Sheol I cried, And You heard my voice.
2:9. But I will sacrifice to You With the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay what I have vowed. Salvation is of the LORD."
2:10. So the LORD spoke to the fish, and it vomited Jonah onto dry land.
The fact of the total self-surrendering of Jonah is being in the fish's belly. It refers to death experience. Jonah confesses his sin to God. He repents and prays with a broken heart. It is the same as total self-surrendering or stretching out his hands to God, and He stretches out His hand with the power of resurrection, so the fish vomits Jonah onto dry land. Jonah and the people of Nineveh are saved and happy.
Jesus is three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. It means that He dies and rises to pay the tax of the stranger or the Gentiles who sin and disobey God.
John 19:31-34
19:31. Therefore, because it was the Preparation Day, that the bodies should not remain on the cross on the Sabbath (for that Sabbath was a high day), the Jews asked Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.
19:32. Then the soldiers came and broke the legs of the first and of the other who was crucified with Him.
19:33. But when they came to Jesus and saw that He was already dead, they did not break His legs.
19:34. But one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came out.
Jesus dies with four injuries, namely two in the hands and two in the feet to pay the tax of the Israelites' disobedience, so the Israelites are saved.
The fifth injury is in His side, of which blood and water come out to pay the tax of the Gentiles' disobedience, so the Gentiles are saved.
Matthew 17:27
17:27. "Nevertheless, lest we offend them, go to the sea, cast in a hook, and take the fish that comes up first. And when you have opened its mouth, you will find a piece of money; take that and give it to them for Me and you."
Peter must also pay the money for atonement. It means that we must surrender ourselves to God to enter into death and resurrection experience with Jesus when we have been saved.
We experience the renewal continuously up to perfection like Him. We are exalted with Him on the glorious clouds, Paradise, and the New Jerusalem forever.
The example is the church of Colossians.
The process of the renewal is as follows:
- The renewal by the circumcision of Christor the one by Jesus' fifth injury at His side, of which blood and water come out. It refers to the Court of the Tabernacle.
Colossians 2:11-13
2:11. In Him you were also circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ,
2:12. buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.
2:13. And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses,
The facts found in it are as follows:
- The blood sign. It means repenting. It refers to the Altar of Burnt Offerings.
The circumcision of Christ means putting off the body of the sins.
It means that we realize and confess our sin to God and others. Do not sin anymore after being forgiven! We repent.
- The water sign. It means water baptism. It refers to the Brazen Laver.
The true water baptism means that one who has died to sin or repented must be buried in the water with Jesus and come out or rise from water with Him to receive new life or heavenly one, namely living in the anointing of Holy Spirit. The Antichrist cannot touch us anymore.
The new life means living in righteousness. We experience peace that cannot be influenced by anything. We can discern both true and false, so all things become easy and light.
Luke 5:7-8
5:7. So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink.
5:8. When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, "Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord!"
The results are as follows:
- The sin debt has been paid by Jesus on the cross, so we are set free from perdition. We are saved and blessed abundantly.
Colossians 2:13-14
2:13. And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses,
2:14. having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.
- We become an epistle of Christ that can be read by all men. We testify about Christ as the Savior through the gospel of salvation or the gospel word.
We testify about salvation and God's blessing.
2 Corinthians 3:3
3:3. clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart.
- The renewal in the sheepfold or the Holy Place.
Colossians 3:1-4
3:1. If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.
3:2. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.
3:3. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
3:4. When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.
If we die and rise with Jesus, we will seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting as the High Priest.
It means that we must minister to God faithfully. We must be in the sheepfold, namely the perseverance in committing the three kinds of main service to God as follows:
- The Golden Candlestick refers to the perseverance in committing the General Service. We have fellowship with Holy Spirit God in His anointing and gifts.
We drink, so we are not in dehydration.
- The Table of Showbread refers to the perseverance in committing the Bible Study Service with Holy Communion. We have fellowship with the Son of God in the teaching Word and the sacrifice of Christ.
We eat, so we grow to the spiritual maturity.
- The Golden Altar of Incense refers to the perseverance in committing the Prayer Service. We have fellowship with Father God in His love.
We breathe up to perfection.
The faithfulness or perseverance means that we cannot be blocked by anything because we just seek those things which are above, where Christ, the High Priest is, sitting at the right hand of God.
John 21:15-19
21:15. So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?" He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I love You." He said to him, "Feed My lambs."
21:16. He said to him again a second time, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?" He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I love You." He said to him, "Tend My sheep."
21:17. He said to him the third time, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?" Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, "Do you love Me?" And he said to Him, "Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You." Jesus said to him, "Feed My sheep.
21:18. "Most assuredly, I say to you, when you were younger, you girded yourself and walked where you wished; but when you are old, you will stretch out your hands, and another will gird you and carry you where you do not wish."
21:19. This He spoke, signifying by what death he would glorify God. And when He had spoken this, He said to him, "Follow Me."
The renewal in the sheepfold is the one of heart. We can become obedient until our flesh does not speak anymore.
We stretch out our hands to God whatever thing we have to sacrifice. We become lowly in heart and obedient. We are like the wind. We become God's witness to bring the fragrance of Christ through the Bride Tidings or the teaching Word that is sharper than any two-edged sword. Our life becomes beautiful.
- The renewal by the cross or sprinkle of blood(the Most Holy Place).
1 Peter 4:12-14
4:12. Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you;
4:13. but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ's sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy.
4:14. If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified.
God allows us experiencing death and resurrection with Him or bearing the cross, so we receive the Spirit of glory or shekinah glory that is able to renew us from fleshly men to spiritual ones up to perfection like Jesus.
What must be changed or killed?
Colossians 3:5-14
3:5. Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.
3:6. Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience,
3:7. in which you yourselves once walked when you lived in them.
3:8. But now you yourselves are to put off all these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth.
3:9. Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds,
3:10. and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him,
3:11. where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free, but Christ is all and in all.
3:12. Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering;
3:13. bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.
3:14. But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.
We put to death the two times six things as follows:
- Putting to death six sinful deeds, namely fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.
- Putting to death six sinful characteristics, namely anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out mouth, and lie.
[Colossians 3:10-14] The result of the renewal is the number seven. It refers to the Golden Candlestick. We become the burning lamp until Jesus comes a second time. We testify to defeat the darkness until we become the light of the world.
The number seven refers to the perfection. When Jesus comes a second time, we will return to the first creation.
Ecclesiastes 7:29
7:29. Truly, this only I have found: That God made man upright, But they have sought out many schemes."
The peak is that we become honest and sincere like a baby. We just cry to confess our physical and spiritual weakness and infirmity like Moses the baby in the hand of Pharaoh's daughter.
Exodus 2:6
2:6. And when she had opened it, she saw the child, and behold, the baby wept. So she had compassion on him, and said, "This is one of the Hebrews' children."
We just hope God's mercy, and He will move us from the hand of the Antichrist to His merciful hand.
The merciful hand of the High Priest is stretched out to us. We experience God's protection and preservation miraculously in the midst of the difficulties of the world until the Antichrist reigns over the world. We are evacuated to the wilderness, far from the eyes of the Antichrist.
The dead thing becomes alive. The impossible thing becomes possible. We have beautiful and successful future.
We are used in the revival of Holy Spirit in the last rain or the one of the building of the perfect body of Christ.
1 Corinthians 2:8-9
2:8. which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
2:9. But as it is written: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him."
It continues until Jesus comes a second time that we are changed to become as perfect as He is. We are lifted up on the glorious clouds up to the New Jerusalem forever.
God blesses us.
