Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 21:1-8 can be divided into three parts as follows:
- [verse 1] The new heaven and earth --> the renewal of attention.
- [verse 2-3] The new man --> the renewal of heart up to the whole life.
- [verse 4-8] The new atmosphere.
- [verse 4] The atmosphere without death.
- [verse 5-6] The atmosphere of heavenly satisfaction.
- [verse 7] The atmosphere of victory.
- [verse 8] The atmosphere of the truth, holiness, and perfection.
ad. c.
The atmosphere of victory.
Revelation 21:7 21:7 "He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.2024 is the year of victory.Truly we will face the more difficult years which have no certainty until the Antichrist reigns over the world for three and a half years. Nevertheless, the promise of God is that we will be victorious with Him up to the last victory, namely we sit with Jesus on the throne of heaven.
The requirements of being victorious with God are as follows:
- We must always have the anointing of Holy Spirit.
Psalm 20:6
20:6 Now I know that the LORD saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven With the saving strength of His right hand.
How can the fleshly man be always anointed by Holy Spirit?
Leviticus 21:12
21:12 nor shall he go out of the sanctuary, nor profane the sanctuary of his God; for the consecration of the anointing oil of his God is upon him: I am the LORD.
- We must be the priest or God's servant whom He uses.
The process is as follows:
- Being called by God. It means being called by the Gospel Word, from being the sinner to receiving the righteousness or salvation from God. The process is as follows:
- Through faith or believing Jesus as the only Savior.
- Repenting or stopping sinning to return to God.
- Being baptized or renewed of water and Holy Spirit. As a result, we get the new life, namely the life in righteousness.
- Being chosen. It means that one is taken from among many people who have been saved for being sanctified by the true teaching Word or Bride Tidings until being perfect.
- We must be shepherded well and correctly or always dwell in the shepherding pen or Holy Place. There are three kinds of tools in it that refer to the perseverance in committing the three main services to God as follows:
- The Golden Candlestick refers to the perseverance in committing the General Service to get the fellowship with Holy Spirit God in the gifts and anointing.
- The Table of Showbread or perseverance in committing the Bible Study Service with Holy Communion to get the fellowship with the Son of God in the teaching Word and sacrifice of Christ.
- The Golden Altar of Incense or perseverance in committing the Prayer Service to get the fellowship with Father God in His love.
Our body, soul, and spirit attach to the Trinity of God, so we cannot be pounced by the beast of Antichrist. We get the sanctification continually by the true teaching Word, so we keep on living in holiness and anointing of Holy Spirit. We are equipped with the gifts of Holy Spirit and ministry.
The examples are Moses (the image of old person) and Joseph (the image of young person).
Exodus 3:1-3,5
3:1 Now Moses was tending the flockof Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian. And he led the flock to the back of the desert, and came to Horeb, the mountain of God.
3:2 And the Angel of the LORD appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. So he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed.
3:3 Then Moses said, "I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn."
3:5 Then He said, "Do not draw near this place. Take your sandals off your feet, for the place where you stand is holy ground."
Moses was tending the flock. It means the fleshly sinful man who perseveres in committing the three main services to God. As a result, there is sanctification to the inward and outward man by the fire of the teaching Word, Holy Spirit, and God's love. It begins from the heart, mind, words, and deeds, so we can live in holiness.
Exodus 3:10-11
3:10 "Come now, therefore, and I will send you to Pharaoh that you may bring My people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt."
3:11 But Moses said to God, "Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring the children of Israel out of Egypt?"
It means that we always realize and confess all of our weaknesses spiritually, namely we confess our sins up to the peak in our mind, sight, words, and so on and we feel not worthy. We also confess all of our physical weaknesses that we are not able at all.
[Exodus 3:5] The holiness of a servant of God can always be felt by the people around him, anywhere, anytime, and in any circumstances.
Genesis 37:1-3
37:1 Now Jacob dwelt in the land where his father was a stranger, in the land of Canaan.
37:2 This is the history of Jacob. Joseph, being seventeen years old, was feeding the flockwith his brothers. And the lad was with the sons of Bilhah and the sons of Zilpah, his father's wives; and Joseph brought a bad report of them to his father.
37:3 Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age. Also he made him a tunic of many colors.
Joseph was tending the flock. It means that the young people must be shepherded and sanctified until being honest about teachings and confessing sins, and living in holiness, so they are entrusted with the beautiful tunic, namely the ministry and gifts of Holy Spirit.
Genesis 37:4
37:4 But when his brothers saw that their father loved him more than all his brothers, they hated him and could not speak peaceably to him.
Be careful! The other people may envy and hate or dislike when we are used by God. We must always be ready in facing the stumbling-block. Be careful! Everyone can be used for being the stumbling-block. The purpose is that we release the beautiful tunic, namely the life is not beautiful, but naked.
If we persevere in the shepherding, we are sanctified and anointed by Holy Spirit as well as given the beautiful tunic, namely the ministry and gifts of Holy Spirit for being used in the revival of Holy Spirit at the latter rain or the edification of the perfect Christ's body through the true teaching Word or Bride Tidings. It starts from the ministry in marriage, shepherding, and fellowship until Israelites and Gentiles become one perfect body of Christ.
As a result, Moses was victorious over Pharaoh. It means that we are victorious over Satan with the power of death, and over sins up to the peak or we do not commit sins, but live in holiness.
We can defeat the golden calf or false teachings and worship or idolatry, so we keep on holding fast the teaching Word and worshiping God in the true worship with saying "Alleluia".
We can defeat the Red Sea. It means that we defeat all impossible problems. We are protected and preserved by God in the midst of the difficulties in the world until the time when the Antichrist reigns over the world for three and a half years.
Joseph could defeat the hatred, so he could love others up to the enemy or repaying good for evil. All things will be good.
Genesis 37:31
37:31 So they took Joseph's tunic, killed a kid of the goats, and dipped the tunic in the blood.
Joseph was victorious over the sprinkling of blood or suffering in the flesh because of Jesus or ministry, so the twelve tribes of Israel could be united. It means the one perfect body of Christ is formed.
The robe which is dipped in blood can be the clean and bright fine linen or the garments of the bride.
- Being called, chosen, and faithful.
Revelation 17:14
17:14 "These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful."
Isaiah 11:5
11:5 Righteousness shall be the belt of His loins, And faithfulness the belt of His waist.
If we are anointed by Holy Spirit, we will be the faithful and righteous priests, so we are specialized by Him. We are faithful in the service and ministry to God and we live in righteousness. We hold fast the true teaching Word, so we are not deceived by false teachings and gossips. We are faithful according to the ministry which God has entrusted to us.
1 Samuel 17:34-37
17:34 But David said to Saul, "Your servant used to keep his father's sheep, and when a lion or a bear came and took a lamb out of the flock,
17:35 I went out after it and struck it, and delivered the lamb from its mouth; and when it arose against me, I caught it by its beard, and struck and killed it.
17:36 "Your servant has killed both lion and bear; and this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, seeing he has defied the armies of the living God."
17:37 Moreover David said, "The LORD, who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine." And Saul said to David, "Go, and the LORD be with you!"
For example, David was shepherded well and correctly until getting the beautiful tunic, namely the ordination as a shepherd.
1 Timothy 3:1
3:1 This is a faithful saying: If a man desires the position of a bishop, he desires a good work.
The testimony about David's experience in the shepherding actually is meaningless or small before King Saul. David fought against lion. Saul fought against thousand enemies. Nevertheless, David was not shy for testifying it because his heart is simple. This is the key of David, namely being shepherded and enjoying the shepherding Word. We can testify and confess the power of God that helps us or gives victory. It starts from the little things.
Testifying is the same as accumulating or collecting the helps of God, starting from the small ones until it becomes the great power for defeating Goliath.
1 Samuel 17:38-39
17:38 So Saul clothed David with his armor, and he put a bronze helmet on his head; he also clothed him with a coat of mail.
17:39 David fastened his sword to his armor and tried to walk, for he had not tested them. And David said to Saul, "I cannot walk with these, for I have not tested them." So David took them off.
David as a shepherd kept his garment of ministry. He did not want to wear the garment of Saul that seemed greater. It means that our service and ministry to God must be in faithfulness and righteousness according to the ministry which He has entrusted to us. Do not be insane for power or position! Do not want to take the ministry, blessing, or gift of others so that there is no envy, gossip, bitter heart, and hatred without a cause! All of us are blessed and used by God.
The lesson for us is to keep the ministry and gifts of Holy Spirit or the beautiful tunic from God until we are victorious or until the end line.
One who wants the robe of others will not be able to walk. It means the total failure or loss.
1 Samuel 17:40,45,50-51
17:40 Then he took his staff in his hand; and he chose for himself five smooth stones from the brook, and put them in a shepherd's bag, in a pouch which he had, and his sling was in his hand. And he drew near to the Philistine.
17:45 Then David said to the Philistine, "You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.
17:50 So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone, and struck the Philistine and killed him. But there was no sword in the hand of David.
17:51 Therefore David ran and stood over the Philistine, took his sword and drew it out of its sheath and killed him, and cut off his head with it. And when the Philistines saw that their champion was dead, they fled.
Therefore, we must work or minister to God according to what He has entrusted or given to us although it seems simple. God makes war instead of us to give us victory. For example, David only wore the clothes of a shepherd with the five stones (the sacrifice of Christ) and the name of Jesus. It means that he was strong and of good courage. He did not rely on anything, but God only for facing Goliath.
Goliath refers to the world with all of its influences that get huge or abnormal that causes unfaithfulness in the service and ministry to God.
James 4:4
4:4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
The proof is when a pastor is not faithful until leaving the service and ministry to God.
The wind and wave in the sea of the world refer to the impossible temptation in all aspects of life.
If we work with the name of Jesus, Goliath will be defeated. We keep faithful and fervent in spirit in the service and ministry to God until the end line.
Facing the wind and waves, we must be silent and quiet, namely repenting and praying. As a result, God makes all things calm, peaceful, easy, and light.
- We must live in the hands of God.
Proverbs 21:31
21:31 The horse is prepared for the day of battle, But deliverance is of the LORD.
It is the same as obedience.
Romans 8:7
8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.
The flesh with all of its lusts or desires causes disobedience to the true teaching Word.
Matthew 14:3-5
14:3 For Herod had laid hold of John and bound him, and put him in prison for the sake of Herodias, his brother Philip's wife.
14:4 Because John had said to him, "It is not lawful for you to have her." ?
14:5 And although he wanted to put him to death, he feared the multitude, because they counted him as a prophet.
For example, Herod disobeyed the Bride Tidings that rebuked him about the marriage.
It starts from the beginning of the marriage that must be kept, and also during the marriage. Keeping the wrong thing in the marriage, the hatred, division, and murder will happen like the Antichrist's.
We take the example of Jesus, who is obedient until His death on the cross. We are obedient until the flesh does not speak anymore through the prayer in Gethsemane.
Mark 14:35-36
14:35 He went a little farther, and fell on the ground, and prayed that if it were possible, the hour might pass from Him.
14:36 And He said, "Abba, Father, all things are possible for You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will."
The worship prayer, all night-long prayer, and fasting prayer must be increased. The worship prayer refers to the process to tear the flesh with all of its lusts or desires, so we can be obedient until the flesh does not speak or the Veil is torn and the Most Holy Place can be seen.
For example, Abraham was obedient when he was commanded to offer Isaac, his son. The widow of Zarephath was obedient when she was commanded to make bread for Elijah. Martha was obedient when she was commanded to lift up the stone.
Actually, the teaching Word is easy to do. It depends on whom we love. Loving the son more than God, one cannot be obedient. Loving God more than anything, one can be obedient for sure.
Let us love God more than anything. We can be obedient and stretch out our hands to God. He stretches out His merciful hands. We live in His hands and the miracle will happen for sure.
John 5:5,8-9,14
5:5 Now a certain man was there who had an infirmity thirty-eight years.
5:8 Jesus said to him, "Rise, take up your bed and walk."
5:9 And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked. And that day was the Sabbath.
5:14 Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, "See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you."
As a result, there is power of healing. The lame could walk. The physical diseases can be restored. The sickness in marriage and children as well as division can be solved. There is unity. The spiritual lameness means unfaithfulness. It can be changed into faithfulness and fervency in spirit in the service and ministry to God.
John 21:3-7,11
21:3 Simon Peter said to them, "I am going fishing." They said to him, "We are going with you also." They went out and immediately got into the boat, and that night they caught nothing.
21:4 But when the morning had now come, Jesus stood on the shore; yet the disciples did not know that it was Jesus.
21:5 Then Jesus said to them, "Children, have you any food?" They answered Him, "No."
21:6 And He said to them, "Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some." So they cast, and now they were not able to draw it in because of the multitude of fish.
21:7 Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, "It is the Lord!" Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his outer garment (for he had removed it), and plunged into the sea.
21:11 Simon Peter went up and dragged the net to land, full of large fish, one hundred and fifty-three; and although there were so many, the net was not broken.
Peter was disobedient, namely from being the fisher of men, he turned back to the fisherman. Do not follow others in the disobedience, but Jesus, who was obedient until the death on the cross!
Peter could catch one hundred and fifty three fish when he was obedient. 1+5+3 = 9 that refers to the nine fruits of Spirit. There is power of life renewal. We return to the image of the Trinity of God.
The number nine refers to the mercy of God that is able to remove all impossibilities in our life.
When Jesus comes a second time, we are changed to be perfect as the bride who is ready for welcoming Jesus' second coming and entering the New Jerusalem.
God blesses you.
