THE CHILD SUBMISSION
Abigail means the heavenly joy.
1 Peter 4:14
4:14 If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified.
The joy from heaven is the one in the cross.
If in the cross or suffering we still live in righteousness and holiness, Holy Spirit will be poured and the following things will happen:
- We are neither disappointed nor hopeless, but we keep faithful and fervent in spirit in the service and ministry to God.
- Holy Spirit changes us to be the spiritual baby.
Coming in, the mouth of baby only drinks milk. It means that one only hears and obeys the shepherding word.
Coming out, the mouth of baby is silent much. It means that one worships God more.
So, God will perform the physical miracle and real help in our life.
It continues to the last miracle, namely our name is written in the heavenly kingdom.
Luke 10:20
10:20 "Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven."
God blesses you
General Service.Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 10 in the Tabernacle system refers to the seven times of the sprinkling of blood on the Ark of Covenant.
Leviticus 16:14
16:14 "He shall take some of the blood of the bull and sprinkle it with his finger on the mercy seat on the east side; and before the mercy seat he shall sprinkle some of the blood with his finger seven times.Actually, there are two times of seven sprinklings of blood as follows:
- The seven sprinklings of blood on the mercy seat refer to the suffering of Jesus on the cross to redeem and forgive our sins; even perfect all of us.
- The seven sprinklings of blood in front of the Ark of Covenant refer to the suffering in flesh to the church of God with Jesus so that we are perfect like Him.
1 Peter 4:1
4:1 Therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind, for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin.The church or all of us must have Jesus' mind or the cross, so we can bear the cross and experience the suffering in the flesh with Him. We can equip ourselves with the cross. We can win with Jesus until we are perfect like Him.
The daily facts found in having the mind of the cross are as follows:
- Suffering in the flesh to repent or stop sinning and return to God. It is the same as suffering in the flesh to die to sin and arise to live in righteousness.
1 Peter 4:1-2
4:1 Therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind, for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin.
4:2 that he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God.
We become the instrument of righteousness or the servant and minister of God who serve and minister to Him faithfully and righteously.
Romans 6:12-13
6:12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts.
6:13 And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.
So, we will be saved and blessed by God up to our descendants and the eternal life forever.
On the other hand, if one rejects the cross, he keeps and does sins up to the peak for sure. So, he becomes the instrument of unrighteousness which aims at the destruction and perdition.
- Suffering in the flesh because of serving and ministering to God.
2 Corinthians 6:4-10
6:4 But in all things we commend ourselves as ministers of God: in much patience, in tribulations, in needs, in distresses,
6:5 in stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labors, in sleeplessness, in fastings;
6:6 by purity, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Spirit, by sincere love,
6:7 by the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,
6:8 by honor and dishonor, by evil report and good report; as deceivers, and yet true;
6:9 as unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and behold we live; as chastened, and yet not killed;
6:10 as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.
It means as follows:
- Sacrificing time, energy, finance, et cetera to serve and minister to God.
- Facing the stumbling block, dishonor, and slandering because of serving and ministering to God.
When we serve and minister to God with the sign of the cross or the sprinkling of blood, we can glorify Him. Ministering to God without the cross and prayer means glorifying one's own self.
Isaiah 49:3-4
49:3 "And He said to me, 'You are My servant, O Israel, In whom I will be glorified.'
49:4 Then I said, 'I have labored in vain, I have spent my strength for nothing and in vain; Yet surely my just reward is with the LORD, And my work with my God.'"
When we can glorify God, our right and reward are in His hand. There is the assurance for the present life until the eternal one forever.
- Suffering in the flesh to obey the will of God or the true teaching word.
Philippians 2:8
2:8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
For example, Jesus Himself is obedient to the command of Father God until He willingly dies in curse on the cross.
Genesis 22:1-2,10-12
22:1 Now it came to pass after these things that God tested Abraham, and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
22:2 Then He said, "Take now your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."
22:10 And Abraham stretched out his hand and took the knife to slay his son.
22:11 But the Angel of the LORD called to him from heaven and said, "Abraham, Abraham!" So he said, "Here I am."
22:12 And He said, "Do not lay your hand on the lad, or do anything to him; for now I know that you fear God, since you have not withheld your son, your only son, from Me."
Abraham was obedient until his flesh did not speak anymore, so he sacrificed his only son.
Matthew 7:21-23
7:21 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
7:22 "Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?'
7:23 "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'
The door of heaven will be opened when we obey and do the will of Father God.
The measurement of success of the servant and minister of God is not the greatness but the obedience.
Although a servant looks great in the eyes of men, if he is not obedient according to the true teaching word, he will not be known by God and he is considered as one who practices lawlessness. It means the door of heaven is closed and the door in the world will be closed also.
1 Peter 2:19
2:19 For this is commendable, if because of conscience toward God one endures grief, suffering wrongfully.Acts 5:41
5:41 So they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for His name..Being counted worthy to suffer with Jesus is the grace of God.
Acts10:44-45
10:44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who heard the word.
10:45 And those of the circumcision who believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also.God will pour Holy Spirit.
Romans 8:26
8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
Holy Spirit helps us to pray and worship God with groanings which cannot be uttered and a broken heart. We only stretch our hand to Him.
Romans 8:27-28
8:27 Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. So, God stretches His hand. It means that He fights for us. We only wait His time
Holy Spirit changes our life from the fleshly man to the spiritual one like Jesus, especially the heart becomes strong and courageous
The examples are as follows:
- Thomas was doubtful, but in Holy Spirit, he could be changed to believe until he willingly died by being pierced with spear.
- Mary Magdalene had unclean heart until she was possessed by seven demons or living in sins up to the peak. But, when Holy Spirit came down, she became strong and courageous or kept on living in righteousness and holiness.
- Peter was hard-hearted and without love. He spoke lies and denied God. But, when Holy Spirit came down, his words could be changed to be right and good with the testimony of the good news and the Bride Tidings.
It continuous until the last, namely Holy Spirit is able to change us to be as glorious as Jesus. We unite with God forever until we are in the New Jerusalem.
God blesses you.
