Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew 28:20b
28:20 … and lo, I am with you always, evento the end of the age.” Amen. The accompaniment of God is our main need because without God means we are separated from Him and we are in suffering and tears up to perdition forever.
The accompaniment of God is to the end of the age. It means He is with us from now in the middle of difficult world so our life will be easy and light. Moreover, He is also with us during the days of antichrist that will reign for three years and a half, so we will be evacuated to the wilderness. He is also with us until we are lifted up to the glorious clouds on His second coming. At last, we will sit together with Him on the throne of Heaven forever.
Matthew 19:27-28
19:27 Then Peter answered and said to Him, “See, we have left all and followed You. Therefore what shall we have?”
19:28 So Jesus said to them, “Assuredly I say to you, that in the regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His glory, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.Who may get the accompaniment of God starting from now on until to sit together with Him on His throne? They are those who follow and serve God until the end line, or they are those who are consecrated by God until the end line.
Be careful, because Judas Iscariot stops in the middle and he loses the throne of Heaven forever.
We must fully surrender our life to God so we can be used by Him.
Exodus 29:1,18
29:1 “And this is what you shall do to them to hallow them for ministering to Me as priests: Take one young bull and two rams without blemish,
29:18 And you shall burn the whole ram on the altar. It isa burnt offering to the Lord; it isa sweet aroma, an offering made by fire to the Lord.In Old Testament, the consecration of Aaron and his sons to become priests and serve God is marked with the full submission offering. It is represented with the rams that must be burnt and become sweet-smelling aroma to the Lord.
Ephesians 5:1-2
5:1 Therefore be imitators of God as dear children.
5:2 And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma. In New Testament, all animal sacrifices have been fulfilled by the sacrifice of Christ. Jesus submits Himself until He dies on the cross to become a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma. For us now, to be able to fully surrender our life to God, we must have two signs as follows.
- Time, energy, money, thought sacrifice, up to full submission of our life.
- Life renewal. The flesh must be burnt to become sweet-smelling aroma before the throne of God. It is until we can sit together with Jesus on the throne of Heaven forever.
Matthew 19:30
19:30 But many who arefirst will be last, and the last first. We must be watchful because many who are first will be last. It means that many who have served God cannot reach the throne of God, cannot receive eternal life and will be perished forever.
It happens because one does not want to fully surrender his life to God. He preserves the flesh and does not experience life renewal.
There are three types of the flesh that are preserved as follows.
- Flesh desire.
Matthew 15:19
15:19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.
These seven matters are hidden flesh desire inside the heart and frequently being preserved.
- Flesh deed.
Galatians 5:19-21
5:19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness,
5:20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies,
5:21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told youin time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
- Flesh character, that is being disobedient.
Therefore, we must fully surrender our life to God, so the flesh with all its desire, deed, and character can be burnt. Thus, we can experience renewal from flesh man to become sweet-smelling aroma before the throne of Heaven. We can sit together with Jesus on the throne of Heaven forever.
The ways to experience life renewal or to burn the flesh are as follows.
- Through worship prayer.
It can be in the form of one hour prayer, fasting prayer, or all night long prayer.
Worship prayer is the process of burning our flesh with all its desire, deed, and character, so we experience life renewal from flesh man to become sweet-smelling aroma before the throne of God.
- Through the sprinkling of blood, or flesh suffering together with God.
2 Corinthians 4:16-17
4:16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward manis perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.
4:17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding andeternal weight of glory,
Flesh suffering without sins aims to renew us from flesh man to become spiritual one as Jesus who is strong and of good courage. It means we are not desperate and disappointed, but keep being faithful and fervent in spirit in ministering God until the end line.
Philippians 2:5-9
2:5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus,
2:6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God,
2:7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, andcoming in the likeness of men.
2:8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point ofdeath, even the death of the cross.
2:9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,Jesus has fully submitted himself to God so He becomes a sweet-smelling aroma that rises up to the throne of God.
Likewise, we must burn our flesh to become a sweet-smelling aroma that rises up to God’s throne.
The signs of a sweet-smelling aroma are as follows.
- Making ourselves of no reputation, emptying ourselves.
Philippians 2:6-7
2:6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God,
2:7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, andcoming in the likeness of men.
It means as follows.
- Not preserving something that becomes our pride. Although we have something to be proud of, but we feel nothing. The flesh usually feels having something although actually there is nothing. It makes one difficult to empty himself.
- Sacrificing the rights.
The servant of God (doulos) is one who serves only to do the duty without having rights. It equals to devotion.
The servant of God equals to messenger. If he asks for the rights, he is a rioter.
- Humbling ourselves.
Philippians 2:8
2:8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point ofdeath, even the death of the cross.
Jesus humbled Himself to the lowest point. It means that He is willing to confess and bear our sins on the cross.
Now, humbling ourselves means we are willing to confess our sin to God and the others. If we are forgiven, we must not repeat it. One is very arrogant if he clearly does the sin but does not want to confess it even blames the righteous one.
Philippians 2:3
2:3 Letnothing be donethrough selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.
Humbleness also means the ability to esteem others better than ourselves. Jesus esteems sinful men better than Himself, so He is willing to die on the cross.
Humbleness is coupled with meekness. Meekness means the ability to receive the true teaching Word no matter how hard and how sharp it is. It also means the ability to forgive the others’ sin and forget it.
Humbleness and meekness will unite us in one perfect body of Christ. It is started from within our marriage, shepherding, between shepherding, up to perfect body of Christ.
- Being obedient.
Philippians 2:8b
2:8 …, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point ofdeath, even the death of the cross.
Jesus is obedient until He dies on the cross. We are obedient until the flesh does not sound anymore.
Philippians 2:9-11
2:9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
2:10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,
2:11 and thatevery tongue should confess that Jesus Christ isLord, to the glory of God the Father.
Jesus is obedient until He dies on the cross and receives the name which is above every name. We are also obedient until the flesh does not sound anymore so we will be entrusted the powerful name of Jesus.
The results are as follows.
- We experience victory power over Satan the Trinity. It means we overcome the temptations and problems even the impossible one.
- We experience beautiful power in the name of Jesus.
Hebrews 1:3-4
1:3 who being the brightness of Hisglory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,
1:4 having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
It means the name of Jesus is able to recover us from all destructions, so everything will be beautiful in His time.
- We experience lifting power.
Isaiah 4:1
4:1 And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying,
“We will eat our own food and wear our own apparel;
Only let us be called by your name, To take away our reproach.”
We will be called by Jesus’ name means we will be lifted up to become His bride. He is the Head and the Bridegroom. He is responsible for our whole life.
The physical guarantee is God’s care for our life in the middle of difficulties and impossibilities in this world. There is also guarantee of success from God.
The spiritual guarantee is “take away our reproach”. It means we are sanctified from the reproach of sins and renewed.
Life renewal is started from the tongue [Philippians 2:11], that is the tongue only confesses Jesus, meaning saying the right and honest words. Let “yes” be “yes” and “no” be “no”. The tongue can bear witness and worship God, also cry out “Alleluia” until we do not stumble in word.
James 3:2
3:2 For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he isa perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.
Revelation 19:6-7
19:6 And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, “Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!
19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.”
We will be lifted up on the glorious clouds and we are with Jesus forever. We sit on the throne of Heaven forever.
God blesses us.
