Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew 25:14-30 is about talent's parable, the holy Heaven's property that is ministry.
If we who are sinful, can accept the talent, that is God's mercy and justice. We pray that those who haven't got a talent could accept talent/ministry and those who have had the talent should be solemn.
Matthew 25:16-30 is about
ATTITUDE TO TALENTS.The positive attitude was shown by the servants receiving 5 and 2 talents. They were called as faithful and good servants. So they got wage for present life until eternal one.
The negative attitude was shown by the servant receiving 1 talent.
Matthew 25:18,24-26,28,3025:18. "But he who had received one went and dug in the ground, and hid his lord's money.25:24. "Then he who had received the one talent came and said, 'Lord, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not scattered seed.25:25. 'And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the ground. Look, there you have what is yours.'25:26. "But his lord answered and said to him, 'You wicked and lazy servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed.25:28. 'Therefore take the talent from him, and give it to him who has ten talents.225:30. 'And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'The servant receiving 1 talent hid his talent under ground, so he was called as
wicked and lazy servant. The Lazy Servant.Proverbs 18:918:9. He who is slothful in his work Is a brother to him who is a great destroyer.Being lazy means being
unfaithful or lax in ministry, andleavingworship and ministry. Such servant will destroy and torment body of Christ.
The Wicked Servant.
Matthew18:28-29,32-3318:28. "But that servant went out and found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred denarii; and he laid hands on himand took him by the throat, saying, 'Pay me what you owe!'
18:29. "So his fellow servant fell down at his feet and begged him, saying, 'Have patience with me, and I will pay you all.'
18:32. "Then his master, after he had called him, said to him, 'You wicked servant! I forgave you all that debt because you begged me.
18:33. 'Should you not also have had compassion on your fellow servant, just as I had pity on you?'This wicked servant laid hand on his fellow, which means he likes to
judge others, accuse others, speak ill of others, malign (false matter is said true, true one is said false). It happens because of seeing with a partiality to others (wealth, position, etc), or because of envy.
To judge is even
to judge God, accuse that God is not fair, cruel, etc, because of despissing His working, despissing His blessing, despissing His employment in us.
Why should we not judge the others?- Because he who judgesothers will be judged.
Matthew7:1-2
7:1. "Judge not, that you be not judged.
7:2. "For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.
- Because we arenot worthy to judge others.
Matthew7:3-4
7:3. "And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye?
7:4. "Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me remove the speck from your eye';and look, a plank is in your own eye?
Others' sins are only like speck, but our own sins are like big plank. We have many more sins than other people whose sins are being judged.
- Because it's not the time to judge yet.
1 Corinthians 4:5
4:5. Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness and reveal the counsels of the hearts. Then each one's praise will come from God.
1 Corinthians 6:2-3
6:2. Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world will be judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
6:3. Do you not know that we shall judge angels? How much more, things that pertain to this life?
On Jesus' second coming, He will come to judge.
Jugde other even judge Lord= strangled neck.
Consequently, our neck will be strangled. It indicates that
therelationship with God is being disturbedorworship is being disturbed until we cannot worship God.
If the worship or ministry is withered, the talents will be taken by God. He may still minister, but only become a destroyer.
Consequently, he will be cast away to the outer darkness or hell forever.
James5:165:16. Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. The right attitude as servant of God is confess to one another, forgive to one another and pray for one another.
Confess to one another is confessing our sins honestly to God and others (it is described as the cross). If we are forgiven, do not do sin anymore.
Forgive to one another is forgiving others' sin sincerely and forget it.
If we could confess and forgive to one another, all our sins will be finished by Jesus' blood. The results are as follows:
- We can pray for one another,
Prayer of righteous man (he who finishes his sins) has great power. It is especially healing power for physical and spiritual life.
- We can worship to God in the right worship.
John4:23-24
4:23. "But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.
4:24. "God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."
Sign of right worship is as follows:
- Encouraged by the right teaching Word of God and Holy Spirit's ointment. This is same with Word of God sharper than two-edged sword, which purifies our life, starting from heart as the central of our life.
Matthew5:8
5:8. Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.
The right worship is in holiness.
Worship without holiness is like Israel who worshiped golden calf, being marked with singing loudly and eating-drinking.
Worship and holiness are at one level. If worship goes down, the holiness will go down too, until there is worhip to golden calf.
- Only one voice 'Alleluia', this is called as bride's worship.
Revelation19:6-7
19:6. And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, "Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!
19:7. "Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready."
Revelation19:1,3-4
19:1. After these things I heard a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, "Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to the Lord our God!
19:3. Again they said, "Alleluia! Her smoke rises up forever and ever!"
19:4. And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sat on the throne, saying, "Amen! Alleluia!"
Worship on earth is a reflection of Heaven's worship.
Now, we learn about the bride's worship.Song of Solomon7:47:4. Your neck is like an ivory tower, Your eyes like the pools in Heshbon By the gate of Bath Rabbim. Your nose is like the tower of Lebanon Which looks toward Damascus.1 Kings 10:1810:18. Moreover the king made a great throne of ivory, and overlaid it with pure gold.Worship of bride = neck like ivory tower.
Ivory tower is same with king's throne.
Thus, the right worship will reach to kings' throne, that is we can worship Jesus as King of kings, as Bridegroom on His glorious throne.
The resultsofworshiptothe Kingare as follows:
- We have victory power.
Psalms44:5
44:5. You are my King, O God; Command victories for Jacob.
This victory power especially is our win from sins, so we can live in rightousness and holiness.
This victory power is also the win over the world with all its influence, so we can be faithful in worship and ministry.
If the King could command the win, the King is also able to command the blessings. If God sends the blessings, none can stop it.
- We have creation powerphysically and spiritually.
Isaiah43:15-17
43:15. I am the LORD, your Holy One, The Creator of Israel, your King."
43:16. Thus says the LORD, who makes a way in the sea And a path through the mighty waters,
43:17. Who brings forth the chariot and horse, The army and the power (They shall lie down together, they shall not rise; They are extinguished, they are quenched like a wick):
Physical creation power can make a way in the sea. It happened when Israel at the edge of Dead Sea and pursued by Pharaoh. The condition is like a smoking flax and a bruised reed. But The King who is greater than Pharaoh could make a way out.
The way out from God cannot be expected by anyone. Do not rule God to make the way out.
The way in the sea shows God's wonderful caring. God's creation power is able to give us beautiful and happy future.
Spiritually, the creation power will create us to become first creation. It equals overlaying ivory with gold. This ivory still has its crack, so it needs to be overlaid by divine character (gold). In shorts, flesh human still needs to be changed.
Exodus14:13-14
14:13. And Moses said to the people, "Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever.
14:14. "The LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace."
The change is begun from no fear, worries, and doubt, but:
- only believe and trust ourselves to God,
- hold the right teaching Word of God,
- keep in silence, check ourselves many times, until we can raise hand to God.
As a result, the King's Hand will come to make the way out.
Revelation4:9-11
4:9. Whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever,
4:10. the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying:
4:11. "You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created."
Until we will become His bride.
God blesses us.
