Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 10 in the Tabernacle system refers to the seven times of the sprinkling of blood on the Ark of Covenant. It refers to the suffering of Jesus until He died in curse on the cross to do the ministry of reconciliation to the sins of men.
The steps of the ministry of reconciliation by Jesus who has suffered and died on the cross are as follows:
- The blood of Jesus makes reconciliation for us from all sins.
2 Corinthians 5:18-21
5:18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,
5:19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
5:20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God.
5:21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
There are two important things in the process of reconciliation as follows:
- The reconciliation is the initiative or effort of God who comes to the sinful man to be reconciled by His blood. The sinful men do not have ability to come to God.
The proofs are as follows:
- God came to the garden of Eden to sinful men to reconcile them with the animal offering which was not clear yet or the name was not said yet.
- God came to the world to reconcile the sins of men through the sacrifice of Christ on the cross.
So, there is no excuse for us not to be reconciled.
The process to be reconciled is through the work of the word of God which points our sins, so we can realize, regret, and confess our sins to God and other people. After being forgiven, do not do sin anymore.
By the encouragement of the sword of the word, we can also forgive and forget the sins of other people. So, the blood of Jesus forgives and cleanses all of our sins.
- If we have been reconciled from sins by the blood of Jesus, God does not consider our trespasses anymore. The blood of Jesus covers all of our sins until there is no remnant anymore like we had never done such sins. So, Satan cannot accuse us and we do not accuse other people.
The result is that we are justified and we live in righteousness in all aspects of our life.
Isaiah 32:17
32:17 The work of righteousness will be peace,And the effect of righteousness, quietness and assurance forever.
The work of righteousness will be peace. We are saved and not condemned, but blessed by God.
2 Corinthians 5:18-19
5:18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,
5:19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
The next step is that we must become the instruments of righteousness or the servant and minister of God who serve and minister to Him faithfully and righteously.
So, God will commit to us the word of reconciliation or the good news for men who do not know Jesus yet and the Bride Tidings for men who have been saved so that they are sanctified to be perfect.
Romans 10:15
10:15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!"
Every step of our life only brings the word of reconciliation, namely the good news and the Bride Tidings. So, all things become beautiful in due time.
- The blood of Jesus make reconciliation for Israelites and Gentiles to be one perfect body of Christ by breaking down the middle wall of separation.
Ephesians 2:13-16
2:13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
2:14 For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation,
2:15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace,
2:16 and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity.
There are two middle walls of separation as follows:
- The law of commandments.
The Israelites have the law of commandment but they cannot do all of it.
The Gentiles do not have the law of commandment.
Therefore, Jesus died on the cross to fulfil all of the law. So, the Israelites who believe Jesus can fulfil the law. The Gentiles who believe Jesus have also fulfilled the law, so the Israelites and Gentiles can become one body.
The law of commandments is fulfilled by the death of Jesus on the cross and becomes the law of love. The law of love does not judge and condemn the sinful men. It also does not agree with sins. The right attitude is that we bring the sinful men to hear the word, so they can be helped by God.
- The leprosy.
Luke 17:11-12
17:11 Now it happened as He went to Jerusalem that He passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.
17:12 Then as He entered a certain village, there met Him ten men who were lepers, who stood afar off.
The spiritual leprosy refers to the sins up to the peak, namely the sins of eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage.
It also refers to the self-truth or the truth which is not in line with the Bible. When one keeps his self-truth, he is building the middle wall of separation. The self-truth also means covering sins by blaming other people; even God.
The leprosy also refers to the will of money like Gehazi. It is the last bond of the church of God. It makes one stingy or unable to give to the work of God and other people who are in need and greedy or stealing the possessions which belong to God and other people.
Acts 20:28,32-33,35
20:28 "Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.
20:32 "So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.
20:33 "I have coveted no one's silver or gold or apparel.
20:35 "I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'
In the shepherding pen, there is continuous sanctification until the sanctification to the will of money. We feel more blessed to give than to receive. We are breaking down the middle wall of separation and building the wall of the New Jerusalem. It begins from the marriage, shepherding, inter-shepherding until Israelites and the Gentiles become one perfect body of Christ.
The facts found in building the wall of the New Jerusalem are as follows:
- The high and great wall. It means that we are faithful and fervent in spirit in the shepherding, service and ministry to God, and marriage. The faithfulness is proven when we are suffering.
Revelation 21:12
21:12 Also she had a great and high wall with twelve gates, and twelve angels at the gates, and names written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel.
- The wall of prosperity or righteousness.
Psalms 122:7
122:7 Peace be within your walls, Prosperity within your palaces."
When there are prosperity and righteousness, there will be the miraculous and abundant preservation and protection of God until we only give thanks to Him and we live in eternity forever.
- The blood of Jesus reconciles the earth and heaven.
Colossians 1:20
1:20 and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross..
The blood of Jesus unites the body and the head until they cannot be separated forever. Is the same as the Ark of the Covenant which does not move from the mercy seat.
The closest relationship between the body and the head is through the worship prayer to God. Only the peaceful heart will delight to worship God. We can submit our whole life to Him.
Romans 8:26
8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
When the heart is peaceful, Holy Spirit helps us to worship God with groanings which cannot be uttered. We can confess all of our weaknesses.
So, the hand of Holy Spirit will be stretched and the miracles happen. We experience the life renewal from the fleshly man to the spiritual one like Jesus.
James 3:11-12
3:11 Does a spring send forth fresh water and bitter from the same opening?
3:12 Can a fig tree, my brethren, bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Thus no spring yields both salt water and fresh.
We are changed to be strong and courageous. The uncleanness and sins are changed into a holy heart. The hatred is changed into the peaceful heart.
So, our heart becomes the place of Holy Spirit to flatten the mountains of problem. So, we can see the successful and beautiful future life. When Jesus comes for the second time, we are changed to be as glorious as Him.
God blesses you.
