Priests and Priests To Be Upgrading IPeace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew 28:20b
28:20 … and lo, I am with you always, evento the end of the age.” Amen. The accompaniment of God cannot be separated with commission or ministry. The accompaniment of God is to the end of the age. It means He is with us from now in the middle of difficult world so our life will be easy and light. Moreover, He is also with us during the days of antichrist that will reign for three years and a half, so we will be evacuated to the wilderness. He is also with us until we are lifted up to the glorious clouds on His second coming. At last, we will sit together with Him on the throne of Heaven forever.
Matthew 19:27-28
19:27 Then Peter answered and said to Him, “See, we have left all and followed You. Therefore what shall we have?”
19:28 So Jesus said to them, “Assuredly I say to you, that in the regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His glory, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.Who may get the accompaniment of God starting from now on until to sit together with Him on His throne? They are those who follow and serve God until the end line, that is until one dies or until Jesus’ second coming. Or, they are those who are consecrated and used by God.
We must fully surrender our life to God so we can be consecrated by Him.
Ephesians 5:1-2
5:1 Therefore be imitators of God as dear children.
5:2 And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma. The example of full submission is Jesus who surrenders His soul to die on the cross, to become a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma. Thus, we must also surrender our life to become a sacrifice for a sweet-smelling aroma before God’s throne. It means until we sit together with Him on the throne of Heaven.
There are three things that must be noticed to be able to fully surrender our life to God, to become a sacrifice for sweet-smelling aroma before God as follows.
- Do not walk in filthy sins, meaning we must live in holiness.
Ephesians 5:3-5
5:3 But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints;
5:4 neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks.
5:5 For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.
The practices of filthy sins are as follows.
- Physical fornication, that is doing sins concerning eating-drinking (smoking, getting drunk, consuming drugs) and marrying-being given in marriage (sexuality sin with all its variety through deeds, words, sight, sexuality deviations, wrong marriage).
Hebrews 12:16-17
12:16 lest there beany fornicator or profane person like Esau, who for one morsel of food sold his birthright.
12:17 For you know that afterward, when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, though he sought it diligently with tears.
Spiritual fornication is sacrificing spiritual matters to get the physical ones, and being unfaithful in ministry.
- Uncleanness.
Esau was rejected by God and he could not return. He cried forever.
Uncleanness refers to wrong and bad deeds.
- Covetousness, that equals to idolatry.
Covetousness means plundering or robbing the belongings of the others. Plundering the belongings of God means not returning the tithe and special offering. The examples of plundering the belongings of the others are doing corruption or not paying the debt. One also plunders the belongings of the others who are in need. Fellowship with the other sheepfold is one of the belonging of the others who are in need.
- Foolish talking, joking, grumbling, or mumbling.
Ephesians 5:4
5:4 neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. The right attitude is always giving thanks to God.
- Do not walk in deceiving way, or do not want to be deceived.
Ephesians 5:6-13
5:6Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience.
5:7 Therefore do not be partakers with them.
5:8 For you were once darkness, but now you arelight in the Lord. Walk as children of light
5:9 (for the fruit of the Spirit isin all goodness, righteousness, and truth),
5:10 finding out what is acceptable to the Lord.
5:11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.
5:12 For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret.
5:13 But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light.
1 Peter 2:25
2:25 For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.
We must be right and well-shepherded so we will not go astray. Being well-shepherded means we only listen and obey the voice of the Shepherd. We run from the strange voice that is not equal to the shepherding Word.
There are three things that are deceiving as follows.
- False teaching that will destroy.
1 Timothy 4:1
4:1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons,
False teaching has its stamp. If one listens to false teaching, the conscience will be stamped by the teaching so there is no more ability to listen the true teaching.
False teaching draws a third of the stars of heaven to be destroyed. The one who will be drawn is the one who dries spiritually and has no anointing of Holy Spirit, or the one who is not firm and doubtful.
The one who will draw can be the pastor, or the closest family member.
Deuteronomy 13:1-3,6-9,12-13
13:1 “If there arises among you a prophet or a dreamer of dreams, and he gives you a sign or a wonder,
13:2 and the sign or the wonder comes to pass, of which he spoke to you, saying, ‘Let us go after other gods’—which you have not known—‘and let us serve them,’
13:3 you shall not listen to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams, for the Lord your God is testing you to know whether you love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
13:6 “If your brother, the son of your mother, your son or your daughter, the wife of your bosom, or your friend who is as your own soul, secretly entices you, saying, ‘Let us go and serve other gods,’ which you have not known, neither you nor your fathers,
13:7 of the gods of the people which areall around you, near to you or far off from you, from oneend of the earth to the otherend of the earth,
13:8 you shall not consent to him or listen to him, nor shall your eye pity him, nor shall you spare him or conceal him;
13:9 but you shall surely kill him; your hand shall be first against him to put him to death, and afterward the hand of all the people.
13:12 “If you hear someone in one of your cities, which the Lord your God gives you to dwell in, saying,
13:13 ‘Corrupt men have gone out from among you and enticed the inhabitants of their city, saying, “Let us go and serve other gods”’—which you have not known—
- Idle babblings, words that reject the cross, gossips whose truth cannot be accounted.
2 Timothy 2:14-18
2:14 Remind themof these things, charging thembefore the Lord not to strive about words to no profit, to the ruin of the hearers.
2:15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
2:16 But shun profane andidle babblings, for they will increase to more ungodliness.
2:17 And their message will spread like cancer. Hymenaeus and Philetus are of this sort,
2:18 who have strayed concerning the truth, saying that the resurrection is already past; and they overthrow the faith of some.
- Wrong, bad, and unjust deeds.
Ephesians 5:8-11
5:8 For you were once darkness, but now you arelight in the Lord. Walk as children of light
5:9 (for the fruit of the Spirit isin all goodness, righteousness, and truth),
5:10 finding out what is acceptable to the Lord.
5:11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.
The example is the Israelites who choose Jesus Barabbas to be set free instead of Jesus Christ. The consequence is many Israelites reject Jesus until today.
In facing ones who do wrong, bad, and unjust deeds, we must not follow or agree with them.
Being deceived means going to the wrong direction and not going to the throne of Heaven but to the hell.
In the anointing of Holy Spirit, we can firmly reject false teaching so we can hold fast to the true one.
- Living in the ambience of spiritual revival.
Ephesians 5:14-21
5:14 Therefore He says: “Awake, you who sleep,
Arise from the dead,
And Christ will give you light.”
5:15 See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise,
5:16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
5:17 Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
5:18 And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit,
5:19 speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord,
5:20 giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
5:21 submitting to one another in the fear of God.
The practices are as follows.
- Being wise, understanding the will of God.
It is the same as being obedient to the true teaching Word. In Tabernacle, it refers to the Table of Showbread, that is perseverance in Bible Study Service with Holy Communion.
Being fool means not being willing to be advised. If one builds a house, it will fall immediately and cannot be repaired.
- Being filled with Holy Spirit [Ephesians 5:18].
In Tabernacle, it refers to the Golden Candlestick, that is perseverance in General Service. If we are filled with Holy Spirit, the lamp will keep burning. We will be fervent in spirit in ministering God until the end line.
Being drunk with wine means that one cannot be controlled by the head or being unfaithful and useless. This kind of life lives in flesh desire and cannot be controlled by the Word.
- Worshiping God [Ephesians 5:19-21].
In Tabernacle, it refers to Golden Altar of Incense, that is perseverance in Prayer Service. Thus, we will experience the tearing of the flesh from flesh man to become spiritual one as Jesus. It is started with being humble, meaning the ability to confess the sins honestly. If we are forgiven, we must not do sins anymore. We also have the fear of the Lord, we are afraid to do any small sins.
Thus, the ambience of spiritual revival is got within the sheepfold.
If we can fully surrender our life to God as a sweet-smelling aroma before Him, He will come down from Heaven to smell the sweet-smelling aroma. He will visit us, meaning He will care us and struggle with us.
The results are as follows.
- God orders every step of our life.
Psalm 37:23-26
37:23 The steps of a goodman are ordered by the Lord,
And He delights in his way.
37:24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down;
For the Lord upholds him withHis hand.
37:25 I have been young, and nowam old;
Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken,
Nor his descendants begging bread.
37:26 He isever merciful, and lends;
And his descendants areblessed.
Every heartbeat of our life is within the hands of God. He cares, pleads, and protects us so we will not fall and go astray. We keep ministering God until the end line.
- God guides us in peaceful steps.
Proverbs 16:7
16:7 When a man’s ways please the Lord,
He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.
We do not fell anymore the things felt by the flesh. When there is peace, everything will be easy and light. Peaceful heart is great strength to crush Satan. We will win over all problems even the impossible ones.
Romans 16:20
16:20 And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ bewith you. Amen.
- God pays attention and watches us. He guides our steps to the New Jerusalem.
Numbers 14:8
14:8 If the Lord delights in us, then He will bring us into this land and give it to us, ‘a land which flows with milk and honey.’
It means we are used in the revival of the building of the body of Christ in the latter rain until we are lifted up to the Heaven in His second coming. We will be in the last sheepfold in the New Jerusalem where there is no more tear.
God blesses us.
