CHILD SUBMISSION SERVICEGenesis 25:21,24-26
25:21 Now Isaac pleaded with the Lord for his wife, because she wasbarren; and the Lord granted his plea, and Rebekah his wife conceived.
25:24 So when her days were fulfilled for herto give birth, indeed there weretwins in her womb.
25:25 And the first came out red. He waslike a hairy garment all over; so they called his name Esau.
25:26 Afterward his brother came out, and his hand took hold of Esau’s heel; so his name was called Jacob. Isaac wassixty years old when she bore them.Isaac and Rebekah had twin sons named Esau and Jacob. Actually Rebekah was barren, but Isaac pleaded with the Lord for her.
The parents of Isaac were Abraham and Sarah. Sarah was also barren, but in order to get child she used her own way by giving Hagar to her husband, so she bore Ishmael who caused problems until today.
Isaac and Rebekah corrected the fault of the first generation to get child. They did not use other woman, but they prayed. The result was they got good children through godly seed.
Esau came out red. It refers to blood sign or repentance. Esau was also like a hairy garment all over, that denotes the anointing of Holy Spirit. Esau represents righteous life so he got the birthright.
Jacob took hold of Esau’s heel. It means that he did not want to be left and he wanted to live in righteousness (repenting and being anointed by Holy Spirit) as Esau. He wanted to get the birthright.
Thus, Esau and Jacob both were right and good, because Isaac and Rebekah used right way to get child.
Genesis 25:27
25:27 So the boys grew. And Esau was a skillful hunter, a man of the field; but Jacob was a mild man, dwelling in tents.Unfortunately, they were different in their growth. Esau was a skillful hunter, but Jacob was a mild man, dwelling in tents. At the end Esau lost everything, but Jacob got everything.
In order to get the birthright, we must dwell in tents. It means we must stay in the Holy Place, that is perseverance in three main services as follows.
- Golden Candlestick refers to perseverance in General Service.
- Table of Showbread refers to perseverance in Bible Study Service with Holy Communion.
- Golden Altar of Incense refers to perseverance in Prayer Service.
Psalm 23:1
23:1 The Lord ismy shepherd;
I shall not want. The results of being shepherded are as follows.
- "I shall not want ". The physical meaning is we are cared and blessed abundantly by God.
- The spiritual meaning is we live in righteousness and holiness, until we are perfect as Jesus is.
GENERAL SERVICEPeace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew 28:20b
28:20 … and lo, I am with you always, evento the end of the age.” Amen.If God is not with us, we will be separated from Him and live in curse, labor, heavy burden, tears, sadness, and perdition ambience forever.
Everything in this world is useless without the accompaniment of God. Even the kingdom of Heaven is useless without Him.
The accompaniment of God is to the end of the age. It means He is with us from now in the middle of difficult world so our life will be easy and light. Moreover, He is also with us during the days of antichrist that will reign for three years and a half, so we will be evacuated to the wilderness. He is also with us until we are lifted up to the glorious clouds on His second coming. At last, we will sit together with Him on the throne of Heaven forever.
Revelation 3:21
3:21 To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.Who may get the accompaniment of God starting from now on until to sit together with Him on His throne? They are those who overcome together with Jesus.
There are three types of victory we will get together with Jesus as follows.
- Jesus becomes sinless flesh and blood man but He must die on the cross to overcome the death and set us free from the bondage of death.
Hebrews 2:14-15
2:14 Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil,
2:15 and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
We who have believed in Jesus must also overcome the death or sins together with Him.
The practices of overcoming the death or sins are as follows.
- Living in righteousness in all aspects of our life. It means we do not do sins and not fall in sins that destroy our life.
- Holding fast to the true teaching Word, so we are not deceived by false teaching that also destroys our life.
2 Peter 2:1
2:1 But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, andbring on themselves swift destruction.
If we live in righteousness and hold fast to the true teaching Word (reject the false one), we will be surrounded by fine linen around the Tabernacle. It will separate us from the world.
The results are as follows.
- God surrounds us with His blessings and gifts so curse will not be able to touch us. We live in the ambience of the Paradise.
Psalm 5:12
5:12 For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous;
With favor You will surround him as witha shield.
- God gives the crown of righteousness to all of us, the one who has died or who lives until Jesus’ second coming. The important thing is we live in righteousness during our life.
2 Timothy 4:7-8
4:7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.
4:8 Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.
The one who has the crown will sit together with Jesus on the throne of Heaven.
- Jesus overcomes the world and its influence, that is bustle, sadness, happiness, temptation, hatred, tribulation because of God, et cetera.
John 16:32-33
16:32 Indeed the hour is coming, yes, has now come, that you will be scattered, each to his own, and will leave Me alone. And yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me.
16:33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
The practices of overcoming the world and its influence are as follows.
- Being strong and of good courage. It means as follows.
- Not being doubtful in facing the wind of false teaching, but holding fast to the true teaching Word.
- Not being doubtful, not being desperate or disappointed in facing everything, but keep believing and putting hope in God.
If we are strong and of good courage, we will experience peace and calm so everything will be easy and light. The direction of the ship of our life will go to the throne of Heaven in the New Jerusalem.
Doubtful heart will draw wind and wave in the midst of the sea. It will cause tossing within marriage, finance, et cetera, and sink our life physically and spiritually.
- Being faithful and fervent in spirit in ministering God to the end line, that is until one dies or until Jesus’ second coming.
James 4:4
4:4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
Acts 20:24
20:24 But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.
Paul the apostle does not count his life. It means being willing to sacrifice everything to be faithful in ministry to the end line. Only one that must not be sacrificed, that is the true teaching Word since it denotes Jesus Himself.
Matthew 25:21
25:21 His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’
The results of being faithful and fervent in spirit over a few things are as follows.
- Being trusted in many things, meaning being used in the building of the perfect body of Christ.
The more God uses us, the more we get great gain, that is the two wings of a great eagle.
Revelation 12:14
12:14 But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent.
The two wings of a great eagle will evacuate us from temptations in this world, until evacuate us from antichrist who will reign over this world for three years and a half. We will be evacuated to the wilderness far from the presence of the serpent. The two wings of a great eagle will also lift us up to the glorious clouds on His second coming.
- Receiving the crown of life, so we are worthy to sit on the throne of Heaven.
Revelation 2:10
2:10 Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw someof you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.
- Victory over the flesh.
Revelation 5:4-5
5:4 So I wept much, because no one was found worthy to open and read the scroll, or to look at it.
5:5 But one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and to loose its seven seals.”
Philippians 2:8-10
2:8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point ofdeath, even the death of the cross.
2:9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
2:10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,
Jesus overcomes the flesh by being obedient until He dies on the cross. The result is He gets the name which is above every name, the name that overcomes Satan the trinity.
All lives who believe in Jesus must overcome the flesh.
Jesus is the Lion of the tribe of Judah who overcomes the flesh so He is worthy to open the secret of the Word of God.
We have many tears in this world because of lacking something, temptation, losing the one we love, et cetera. But those kinds of tears will not set us free from sadness. John the apostle weeps much for the revelation of the secret of the Word of God. Let us change our tears to get the revelation of the secret of the Word of God, because it will erase our tears and solve all our problems. Where there is revelation of the Word, there is opening way for everything, even opening way to the Heaven.
The practices of overcoming the flesh are as follows.
- Weeping much and struggling to be able to minister God.
- Being obedient to the Word of God whatever the risk is, and although it is outside our mind.
Romans 8:7
8:7 Because the carnal mind isenmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.
John 21:3-8,11
21:3 Simon Peter said to them, “I am going fishing.”They said to him, “We are going with you also.” They went out and immediately got into the boat, and that night they caught nothing.
21:4 But when the morning had now come, Jesus stood on the shore; yet the disciples did not know that it was Jesus.
21:5 Then Jesus said to them, “Children, have you any food?”They answered Him, “No.”
21:6 And He said to them, “Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.” So they cast, and now they were not able to draw it in because of the multitude of fish.
21:7 Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, “It is the Lord!” Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on hisouter garment (for he had removed it), and plunged into the sea.
21:8 But the other disciples came in the little boat (for they were not far from land, but about two hundred cubits), dragging the net with fish.
21:11 Simon Peter went up and dragged the net to land, full of large fish, one hundred and fifty-three; and although there were so many, the net was not broken.
The result of being obedient is catching one hundred and fifty-three fishes.
1+5+3=9 refers to the number of grace.
It means that if we obey the Word although it is outside our logic, God will stretch out His graceful hands to us, so we live in His graceful hands and experience miracle.
The physical miracle is the changing condition from catching no fish to catching many fishes. It means the graceful hands of God are able to care our life miraculously in the middle of impossibilities in this world. From there is no wine to there is wine. It means the graceful hands of God are able to give us heavenly joy. The graceful hands of God are also able to solve all our problems even the impossible ones.
Spiritually, number 9 refers to 9 ministries and 9 gifts of Holy Spirit, also 9 love deeds of Father God. We are able to serve God according to the ministry, and are equipped with the gifts of Holy Spirit, with the foundation of eternal love of God. We are used in the building of the perfect body of Christ, and accompanied by God the Trinity.
Number 9 also refers to 9 fruits of the Spirit.
Galatians 5:22-23
5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
5:23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.
They are divided into three parts as follows.
- Love, joy, peace are the image of Father God.
- Longsuffering, kindness, goodness are the image of the Son of God.
- Faithfulness, gentleness, self-control are the image of Holy Spirit God.
In the past, men lost the image of God the Trinity and got the image of Satan because of their disobedience. But this morning, we are returned to the image of God the Trinity through obedience.
1 Thessalonians 2:19
2:19 For what isour hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Is itnot even you in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at His coming?
God also gives us the crown to be able and worthy to welcome His second coming.
God blesses us.
