Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Revelation 21 refers to the light of glory or shekinah glory in the arrangement of Tabernacle.

Exodus 40:33-38
40:33 And he raised up the court all around the tabernacle and the altar, and hung up the screen of the court gate. So Moses finished the work.
40:34 Then the cloud covered the tabernacle of meeting, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.
40:35 And Moses was not able to enter the tabernacle of meeting, because the cloud rested above it, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.
40:36 Whenever the cloud was taken up from above the tabernacle, the children of Israel would go onward in all their journeys.
40:37 But if the cloud was not taken up, then they did not journey till the day that it was taken up.
40:38 For the cloud of the LORD was above the tabernacle by day, and fire was over it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout all their journeys.

The clouds of glory happen as follows:

  1. [verse 33] When the edification of the Tabernacle has been finished.
  2. In the service and ministry to God which are according to His will or the true teaching Word.
    Exodus 40:32
40:32 Whenever they went into the tabernacle of meeting, and when they came near the altar, they washed, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

  3. [verse 33] The screen of the Gate (the four colors refer to the cross) has been hung. It means that we receive Jesus as the Head. The requirement is that there must be the pillars of the Gate, namely the pillars of heroes of faith.

There are four pillars of the Gate that refer to the four writers of the gospels as follows:

  1. John, who wrote the gospel according to John that showed Jesus as the righteous and holy Son of God.
Thus, we must have the righteous and holy faith through hearing the true teaching Word. We hear the true teaching Word and believe it, so it becomes the true faith in our heart. We are sanctified by the Word. We have the holy faith.

  2. Luke, who wrote the gospel according to Luke that showed Jesus as the suffering human.
Thus, we must have the faith with the suffering because of Jesus or the tested faith.

  3. Matthew, who wrote the gospel according to Matthew that showed Jesus as the King of all kings who is victorious.
    Psalm 20:9
20:9 Save, LORD! May the King answer us when we call.

Thus, we must have the victorious or firm faith.

  4. Mark, who wrote the gospel according to Mark that showed Jesus as the obedient servant until being dead on the cross.
The term 'servant' has already referred to a little thing that is not important. It means that a disobedient servant must be in destruction.

Thus, we must have the faith with the work, namely the perfect faith like Abraham, who did not doubt to submit his only son.

Luke 18:8
18:8 "I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?"

When Jesus comes a second time in the glory as the Head, King of kings, Heavenly Bridegroom, or High priest, we must prepare our faith on earth well.

Only the servants of God who have the true, firm, tested, perfect faith can receive Jesus' second coming, shekinah glory, or the light of glory.

There are three kinds of the clouds or light of glory as follows:

  1. "the cloud was not taken up" = the experience of death or cross.
    Exodus 40:37
40:37 But if the cloud was not taken up, then they did not journey till the day that it was taken up.

The glory of God begins from the experience of death. The cross is a part of the glory.

    Isaiah 30:14-15
30:14 And He shall break it like the breaking of the potter's vessel, Which is broken in pieces; He shall not spare. So there shall not be found among its fragments A shard to take fire from the hearth, Or to take water from the cistern."
30:15 For thus says the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel: "In returning and rest you shall be saved; In quietness and confidence shall be your strength." But you would not,

God lets us experience the death so that we can be like the broken vessel that is not useful for anything, so we can be silent and quiet.

Being silentmeans that we hear the Word much more without commenting too much. We do the introspection in our life by the sharpness of the sword of the Word. Finding sin, we must confess to God and others. Being forgiven, we must not repeat the sin. We must also forgive and forget the sin of others. We repent, so the destruction stops and we are saved.

Being quietmeans not hoping others, but only believing and hoping God. We can pray with faith and seriousness.

The attitudes in the death experience is being silent and quiet or repenting and praying. It is the same as stretching out the hands of faith to God and He will stretch out His hands to make the storm in the sea of the world calm.

    Mark 4:39
4:39 Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, "Peace, be still!" And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.

The sea can be calm. It means the peace in the death experience. We can enjoy the death experience. All things become easy and light although the problems have not been finished yet. God will finish the impossible problems.

  2. "the cloud was taken up" = the experience of resurrection.
    Exodus 40:36
40:36 Whenever the cloud was taken upfrom above the tabernacle, the children of Israel would go onward in all their journeys.

The facts found in it are as follows:

    • Being dead to sin and living in righteousness.
      Romans 4:25
4:25 who was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of our justification.

One will live in difficulties like being half-dead if there is wrong thing in his life.

    • Prioritizing the service and ministry to God more than anything in the world.
      Colossians 3:1-2
3:1 If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.
3:2 Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.

We can be faithful in our service and ministry to God.

Thus, experiencing the resurrection means being the priest or God's servant who is faithful and true.

    Isaiah 11:5
11:5 Righteousnessshall be the belt of His loins, And faithfulnessthe belt of His waist.

    Luke 17:7-8
17:7 "And which of you, having a servant plowing or tending sheep, will say to him when he has come in from the field, 'Come at once and sit down to eat'?
17:8 "But will he not rather say to him, 'Prepare something for my supper, and gird yourself and serve me till I have eaten and drunk, and afterward you will eat and drink'?

We minister to God with wearing the belt of faithfulness and righteousness regardless of anything we must sacrifice. It is the same as giving food and drink to Jesus to make Him full, satisfied, or pleased in His heart.

    Luke 12:37
12:37 "Blessed are those servants whom the master, when he comes, will find watching. Assuredly, I say to you that he will gird himself and have them sit down to eat, and will come and serve them.

As a result, God also serves to us in faithfulness and righteousness. We get the heavenly satisfaction, so we always give thanks and testify. We do not look for the worldly satisfaction. The worldly satisfaction is not brought into the church.

The matter of food and drink becomes God's. He is able to preserve our life in the midst of the difficulties in the world.

Our life becomes neat and good.

    Revelation 19:11
19:11 Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.

We are used in the revival of Holy Spirit at the latter rain or the edification of the perfect Christ's body.

  3. "the cloud rested above it" = the clouds of glory or the experience of glory.
    Exodus 40:35
40:35 And Moses was not able to enter the tabernacle of meeting, because the cloud rested above it, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.

Where do we get the three kinds of the clouds of glory?
1 Peter 5:1-7
5:1 The elders who are among you I exhort, I who am a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that will be revealed:
5:2 Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly;
5:3 nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock;
5:4 and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.
5:5 Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for "God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble."
5:6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,
5:7 casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

In the shepherding, we get the three kinds of the clouds of glory as follows

  1. [verse 1] "the cloud was not taken up" = the death experience. We become the witness of the sufferings of Christ We are silent and quiet or we repent and pray in facing all things.

  2. [verse 2-3] "the cloud was taken up" = the resurrection experience. We become the example of faithfulness and righteousness.

  3. [verse 4-7] "the cloud rested above it" = the glory experience. We get the renewal of life from the fleshly man to the spiritual one like Jesus is. We can be obedient until the flesh does not speak anymore. We fully surrender to God until there is no worry. We put Jesus as the Head.

As a result, the hands of God will exalt us in due time as follows:

  1. The power of lifting up from the fall in sins up to the peak.
Peter who had denied the Lord three times could be lifted up.
David who had fallen with Bathsheba in the peak of sin could be lifted up and restored.

  2. The power for glorifying us in His using our life that is increasing and we cannot fall.
God exalts us until our life is successful and beautiful in time of need.

  3. [verse 4] The power for changing us until being perfect and getting the crown of the bride for welcoming Jesus' second coming.

God blesses you.
