Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 10 in the Tabernacle system refers to the seven times of the sprinkling blood on the mercy seat. Now, It refers to the suffering of Jesus until He dies on the cross for us the congregation.
But, behind the sprinkling of blood, there is glory. There are seven times of the sprinkling of blood which produce seven lights of glory or the
shekinah glory.
Revelation 10:1-310:1 I saw still another mighty angel coming down from heaven, clothed with a cloud. And a rainbow was on his head, his face was like the sun, and his feet like pillars of fire.
10:2 He had a little book open in his hand. And he set his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land,
10:3 and cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roars. When he cried out, seven thunders uttered their voices.
The appearances of Jesus with the seven lights of glory are as follows:
- Being clothed with a cloud.
- A rainbow is on the head.
- The face is like the sun.
- The feet are like pillars of fire.
- Having a little book open in His hand.
- He sets the right foot on the sea and the left foot on the land.
- Crying out with a loud voice as when a lion roars.
Jesus appears with the seven lights of glory so that fleshly men who are weak and have many blemishes can become as perfect as Him.
ad. 2. A rainbow is on the head.
Ezekiel 1:28
1:28 Like the appearance of a rainbow in a cloud on a rainy day, so was the appearance of the brightness all around it. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. So when I saw it, I fell on my face, and I heard a voice of One speaking
The spiritual meaning of the rainbow is the spirit of glory.
Sometime, the spirit of glory on the head will become the crown of glory or bride.
1 Peter 5:4
5:4 and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.
The requirements to get the crown of glory which does not fade away are as follows:
- We must become the witness of the sufferings of Jesus or we willingly bear the cross with Him and experience the sprinkling of blood or the suffering without sins.
1 Peter 5:1
5:1 The elders who are among you I exhort, I who am a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that will be revealed.
We willingly suffer to enter the narrow door or the shepherding pen. In the Tabernacle, it refers to the Holy Place. There are three instruments in it which refer to the perseverance in doing the three main services to God as follows:
- The Golden Candlestick refers to perseverance in doing the General Service to get the fellowship with Holy Spirit God in the anointing and gifts of Holy Spirit.
- The Table of Showbread refers to perseverance in doing the Bible Study Service and Holy Communion to get the fellowship with the Son of God in the true teaching word and sacrifice of Christ.
- The Golden Altar of Incense refers to perseverance in doing the Prayer Service to get the fellowship with Father God in His love. The sheep breathe in the eternal love of God.
Why do we have to enter the shepherding pen? Because in the shepherding pen, our body, soul, and spirit attach to the Trinity of God, so we cannot be touched by the trinity of Satan.
Jude 1:9
1:9 Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with the devil, when he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, "The Lord rebuke you!"
Our life and death are disputed by God and Satan. If we are not shepherded, we will be easily taken by Satan. .
The angel refers to the shepherd. One of the duties of the shepherd is lifting up the intercession prayer so that the congregation are in the hand of God.
The results of being in the shepherding pen are as follows:
- Living in holiness.
Leviticus 21:12
21:12 'nor shall he go out of the sanctuary, nor profane the sanctuary of his God; for the consecration of the anointing oil of his God is upon him: I am the LORD.
Ephesians 4:11-12
4:11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
4:12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.
We will be equipped with the ministry and the gifts of Holy Spirit or used in the ministry of the edification of the perfect body of Christ.
If one profanes the holiness, he is in the hand of Satan who will take off the tunic of ministry, make him naked, until he is in the destruction and perdition. The entrails of Judas Iscariot gushed out and he perished forever.
- There is the anointing oil on the head. It refers to the beginning of the crown of glory.
2 Corinthians 11:3-4
11:3 But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
11:4 For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted--you may well put up with it!
The fact found in it is the firmness to hold fast and obey the true teaching word and reject other teaching regardless of any risk we must face.
So, We will experience the continual sanctification until we are consecrated to be the apple of God's eye. We are protected and preserved by God and become His favorite.
- Serving and ministering to God in the shepherding system.
1 Peter 5:2
5:2 Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly.
It must be with the following attitudes:
- Willingly and joyfully or not by compulsion.
- Eagerly or not for dishonest gain. It means not looking for the physical benefits; even willingly sacrificing everything to the work of God.
Only the true teaching word or Jesus cannot be sacrificed. Our service and ministry must be according to the true teaching word or the Bible so that we can please God.
Matthew 7:21-23
7:21 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
7:22 "Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?'
7:23 "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'
Outside the will of God, although one is great, he will be rejected by God and considered as one who practices the lawlessness.
On the other side, even we look not great, but if we obey the word, we are well-pleasing before God. So, He will open the heavenly door and all doors in the world. Our life is successful and beautiful.
- We must become the example, especially the example of faith.
1 Peter 5:3
5:3 nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock..
Hebrews 13:7-9
13:7 Remember those who rule over you, who have spoken the word of God to you, whose faith follow, considering the outcome of their conduct.
13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
13:9 Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines. For it is good that the heart be established by grace, not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them.
The facts found in it are as follows:
- The shepherd feeds the congregation like a mother nourishes a baby. The congregation must eat the shepherding word and run away from the strange voice.
- Not being doubtful to the true teaching word and neither taking away nor adding the word. We can live according to the word in all aspects of our life.
- Keeping on believing and hoping God in facing everything and the impossible test.
- Receiving the crown of glory which does not fade away or experiencing the life renewal from the fleshly man to the spiritual one like Jesus.
1 Peter 5:4-5
5:4 and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.
5:5 Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for "God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.".
It means that we have the right attitude in our life especially on facing the dark clouds or the crisis in all aspects as follows:
- We do not fade away or we are not lukewarm. We keep faithful and fervent in spirit in serving and ministering to God until the end line.
- Not weeping but falling down at the feet of God.
John 11:31-32
11:31 Then the Jews who were with her in the house, and comforting her, when they saw that Mary rose up quickly and went out, followed her, saying, "She is going to the tomb to weep there."
11:32 Then, when Mary came where Jesus was, and saw Him, she fell down at His feet, saying to Him, "Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died."
Weeping means blaming other people and God. It means that one never blames himself. Consequently, he will face the storm which destroys him.
Falling down means being broken hearted and only crying and groaning to God. It means doing deeper introspection in our life and surrendering fully to God. So, the spirit of glory or the stretching hand of God will come to lift us up.
1 Peter 5:6
5:6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.
The hand of God finishes all impossible problems.
The hand of God gives the successful and beautiful future life.
It continues until when Jesus comes for the second time that we are exalted on the glorious clouds to receive the crown of glory and sit together with Him on the throne of heaven.
God blesses you.
