Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 14:6-13 is about the proclamations of punishment and judgment.
Revelation 14:10-11
14:10. "he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb.
14:11. "And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name."God's punishment is up to going to the lake of fire and brimstone. It is the second death in the hell forever.
Who does not experience God's punishment and judgment?
- Revelation 14:12
14:12. Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
The servant of God who experiences the spiritual increase of faith, hope, and love up to perfection. He will come to the throne of God, and worship Him day or night.
- Revelation 14:13
14:13. Then I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, "Write: 'Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.'""Yes," says the Spirit, "that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow them."
Those who die in the Lord.
ad. 2.
Who are the people who die in the Lord? Those who live in Jesus, so when they die, they die in Jesus.
Being dead or alive is not important. The important thing is that we live in Jesus.
The facts found in the servant of God who lives in Jesus are as follows:
- One who does not sin anymore. He is set free from sin, so he can live in righteousness.
1 John 3:6
3:6. Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him.
In fact, all men have sinned since Adam and Eve fell into sin. How can we be set free from sin and live in righteousness?
- Confessing our sin to God and others honestly. We do not want to sin although there are threats, advantage, chance, et cetera. Do not sin anymore!
- Keeping the Word of God in our heart.
Psalm 119:11
119:11. Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You!
James 1:19-21
1:19. So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath;
1:20. for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God.
1:21. Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.
The process of keeping the Word of God in our heart is as follows:
- We have to be swift to hear the Word of God, not slow. Holy Spirit helps us to hear the Gospel Word (milk) and the true teaching one (solid food). The gospel is important, but it is not enough to grow our spirituality. We must receive the true teaching Word (solid food).
Hebrews 5:11-12
5:11. of whom we have much to say, and hard to explain, since you have become dull of hearing.
5:12. For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food.
Being swift to hear the Word of God means that we have seriousness to hear the Word of God, so we can understand it. By the helping of Holy Spirit we can be fervent as well as have the great yearning and seriousness when we hear the Word until we understand it. A child can be taught to hear the Word earnestly. A few Words are enough to help us.
The fact of understanding the teaching Word is being slow to speak. It means that we are swift to do the introspection in our life and confess our sin, but being slow to judge others and get angry. We are patient, and we can forgive others' sin.
- Holy Spirit helps us to receive the working of the hard teaching Word gently.
The gentleness is the clean heart, because we have already put away the sin, so we can believe in the true teaching Word or Jesus. It means that the true teaching Word has become faith in our heart. It is planted and engraved in our heart, so we always remember it and believe in Jesus. As a result, we have a brake so that we do not commit sin anymore, so we always live in righteousness in our life. We hold fast one true teaching Word. We do not want to be deceived. We do not deny Jesus.
- Those who obey the true teaching Word in their life.
James 1:22
1:22. But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.
One who deceives himself is the worst man. We must receive the Word until we become the doers of the Word. A liar does not live in Jesus but Satan, the father of liars. Hearing the Word but not obeying it is the same as the faith without deed or dead faith like Satan. Consequently, one will die up to perdition forever like Satan.
By the help of Holy Spirit we make effort to hear the Word earnestly, understand, believe, and practice it although it is painful for the flesh.
The results are as follows:
- The true teaching Word becomes a lamp to our feet. It means that the Word purifies our journey of life, so we are not made stumble and ensnared by the sins in front of us.
Psalm 119:105a
119:105a. NUN. Your word is a lamp to my feet
1 Peter 1:22a
1:22. Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart,
Our whole life is purified by the Word, not only our feet or journey of life. The purification of life is started from the purification of our heart. The heart is the source of sin or the biggest stumbling-block in our life, namely evil desire, unclean desire, and bitterness. The unclean desire is the sins of eating-drinking (smoking, getting drunk, and drugs abuse) and marrying-giving in marriage (fornication between man and woman who are not husband and wife, sexuality to oneself, false marriage, mixed-marriage, et cetera).
Revelation 18:2
18:2. And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, "Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird!
If there is uncleanness, there will be hatred and bitterness even hatred without a cause. If one does the unclean deed, he will hate one who rebukes him. Those who have unclean desire and bitterness are not living in God.
The evil desire refers to the love of money, so the servant of God strays from the faith. He becomes stingy and greedy. It is the same as worshipping idol and the Antichrist. He does not live in God, so he will be destroyed.
If uncleanness and wickedness as well as our whole life have been purified by the true teaching Word, we will have the love in our heart. Living in holiness is the same as living in Jesus.
1 Peter 1:22
1:22. Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart,
Exodus 29:1
29:1. "And this is what you shall do to them to hallow them for ministering to Me as priests: Take one young bull and two rams without blemish,
If we live in holiness, we will be appointed as the priests and kings who minister to God according to the ministry and gift that God gives to us. In pandemic, our ministry is increased to become the prayer. We pray especially for the working of God or the revelation of the Word. Becoming the prayer is the ministry that cannot be seen by others, but God only.
Further, in the holiness we can love others with a pure heart. We can give and visit others who are in need. In pandemic we can visit by phone, et cetera, because God's power and presence cannot be limited by anything. We love God more than anything. The fact found in it is that we can return the tithe and special offerings as well as give to the working of God.
James 1:27
1:27. Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.
Pure and undefiled religion before God is signified with obedience to the true teaching Word, holiness, and the love to God and others. Although our ministry is meaningless before men, but it pleases God. We live to minister to God. On the contrary, the ministry without love will be reproached and rejected by God no matter how great it is.
- The true teaching Word determines our future, namely successful, beautiful, and good future up to the New Jerusalem or the city of light. If we minister to God in obedience and holiness, He will surely lead our life.
Psalm 119:105b
119:105. NUN. Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.
- Those who live as Jesus lives.
1 John 2:6
2:6. He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.
If we want to live as Jesus, we must see the wonderful things of the Word of God that is able to change our life from the fleshly men to the spiritual ones like Jesus. The renewal of life is the biggest miracle that cannot be imitated and faked by Satan. If the biggest miracle happens, the other miracles will happen too.
Psalm 119:18
119:18. Open my eyes, that I may see Wondrous things from Your law.
James 1:26
1:26. If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one's religion is useless.
Numbers 23:19
23:19. "God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
We can see the real form of the Word. The wonderful things of the Word renew our mouth, so there is no lie. We can be sincere and honest. Jesus does not lie. If we live as Jesus, we will become honest. Say yes if yes and no if no! We live in righteousness. Being against the righteousness means not being honest. We must be honest in all things, so we become a baby in the hand of God. We just cry, surrender, and worship God. We become the house of prayer.
Isaiah 49:14-16
49:14. But Zion said, "The LORD has forsaken me, And my Lord has forgotten me."
49:15. "Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you.
49:16. See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me.
If we live in Jesus, (1) hold fast the true teaching Word (living in righteousness), (2) minister to God (living in holiness), and (3) live as Jesus lives (being honest), we will become the same as a baby in God's hug. We are not fearful because God always remembers and struggles for us.
The results are as follows:
- We are inscribed on the palms of God's hands. It means that we live in God's hug. God bears all of our labor, heavy burden, and toil. We experience peace, so all things become easy and light. In God's hug we feel the warmth of God's love, so we are never afraid. We experience the heavenly bliss.
We are in God's hug, so we cannot be possessed by anyone. It means that we always win over Satan, so we can live in righteousness and holiness. We struggle up to the finish line. All impossible problems will be finished by God in His time. Our tears are changed into smile and laugh.
John 10:28
10:28. "And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.
- We receive God's hug. It means that God protects and takes care of our life that is powerless in the midst of the difficulties in the world until we are evacuated when the Antichrist reigns over the world. We are taken care of by the Word and Holy Communion for three and a half years in the wilderness, far from the eyes of Antichrist.
- We are used in the revival of the building of the perfect body of Christ.
Isaiah 49:17-18
49:17. Your sons shall make haste; Your destroyers and those who laid you waste Shall go away from you.
49:18. Lift up your eyes, look around and see; All these gather together and come to you. As I live," says the LORD, "You shall surely clothe yourselves with them all as an ornament, And bind them on you as a bride does.
Being used by God is the same as being adorned physically and spiritually. Physically, all things become more beautiful. Spiritually, we are getting changed up to perfection. We become God's bride who is worthy to greet Jesus when He comes a second time on the glorious clouds. We are with Him in heaven forever.
If one lives in Jesus, namely having faith, ministering to God, and experiencing the renewal of life, but he dies, he will be called as one who dies in the Lord. Why is he blessed? We are already happy when we become a baby in God's hug. Baby in mother's hug is already happy, but he still feels hot. If we die in God, our position will be like a sleeping baby. We take a rest in God's hug. There are no more labor and heavy burden. Those who die in God will be resurrected in the body of glory when Jesus comes a second time. Those who live in Jesus will be perfected in the twinkling of an eye to receive the body of glory.
Both of them will be put together to greet Jesus when He comes a second time on the glorious clouds.
1 Corinthians 15:51-5215:51. Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed--
15:52. in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.God blesses us.
