The Child submission
Genesis 22:1-222:1 Now it came to pass after these things that God tested Abraham, and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
22:2 Then He said, "Take now your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."It is a test of obedience to Abraham, namely he had to sacrificed Isaac his only son and He was obedient.
2 Chronicles 3:1
3:1 Now Solomon began to build the house of the LORD at Jerusalem on Mount Moriah, where the LORD had appeared to his father David, at the place that David had prepared on the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite.
The place where Isaac was sacrificed by Abraham is the place where the house of God was built by Solomon.
The spiritual meaning is that if we win over the test of obedience or sacrifice all things that God asks in our life; even the things which we are proud of, hope, and love, we will be used in the edification of the perfect body of Christ. It starts from the marriage, shepherding, inter-shepherding, until the perfect body of Christ is formed.
By being active in the edification of the perfect body of Christ, we are putting Jesus as the Head in our life. He as the Lion of Judah becomes the head over our life. The results are as follows:
- Jesus as the head who has died on the cross is able to protect and preserve our life.
Physically, we are preserved in abundance, so we only give thanks to God. He provides things which do not exist. He gives the successful and beautiful future life.
Spiritually, we are peaceful and safe. There are heavenly joy and sweetness.
- Jesus as the Lion of Judah is able to pounce on the sins up to the peak.
It means sanctifying us to be as perfect as Him and worthy to welcome His second coming on the glorious clouds.
God blesses you.
General Service
Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The whole Revelation 10 refers to the seven times of the sprinkling of blood on the mercy seat or the suffering which was experienced by Jesus until He died on the cross to cover, protect, and perfect the church of God.
With the sprinkling of blood, Jesus also experienced the seven lights of glory.
Revelation 10:1-310:1 I saw still another mighty angel coming down from heaven, clothed with a cloud. And a rainbow was on his head, his face was like the sun, and his feet like pillars of fire.
10:2 He had a little book open in his hand. And he set his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land,
10:3 and cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roars. When he cried out, seven thunders uttered their voices.
The appearances of Jesus with the seven lights of glory are as follows:
- Being clothed with a cloud.
- A rainbow is on the head.
- The face is like the sun.
- The feet are like pillars of fire.
- Having a little book open in His hand.
- Setting the right foot on the sea and the left foot on the land.
- Crying out with a loud voice as when a lion roars.
Jesus appears with the seven lights of glory to illuminate the despicable sinful men to be as perfect and glorious as Him.
ad. 5. Having a little book open in His hand.
It refers to the revelation of the word of God, namely one verse explains other verses in the Bible.
Why does God give the revelation of the word?
- So that we are not lost because here is main sign of the second coming of Jesus that is a great deception over the world.
- So that we are not wild.
When Moses went up to the mount of Sinai and received revelation from God, namely the two tablets of stone and the Tabernacle or the Bride Tidings in the light of Tabernacle, the Israelites at the foot of mountain did not receive it, so they became the wild horse.
- So that our eyes are enlightened. It means that we have the spiritual vision or look at Jesus as the High Priest and the heavenly Bridegroom who sits on the right side of the throne of Father God who will come soon for the second time.
Ephesians 1:15-20
1:15 Therefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints,
1:16 do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers:
1:17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,
1:18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,
1:19 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power.
1:20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places.
The proof is that we must become the priest and king who serve and minister to God in the edification of the body of Christ until we become the perfect body of Christ or the heavenly bride.
If the service and ministry to God are without the revelation of the word of God, it will only produce Christians who only have the physical vision that is satisfied only with the physical blessing, prosperity, and entertainment. They are called as the 'chaff Christians' with the skin only or without the fruit. It is only to be burnt.
Jeremiah 13:23-2413:23 Can the Ethiopian change his skin or the leopard its spots? Then may you also do good who are accustomed to do evil.
13:24 "Therefore I will scatter them like stubble That passes away by the wind of the wilderness. The 'chaff Christians' who do not want to be filled by the revelation of the true teaching word never change into the spiritual man. They keep the fleshly man which is like leopard that keeps its spots or the Ethiopians who keep their skin color.
The consequences are as follows:
- Being the same as leopard which keeps its spots.
The leopard is one of the appearances of the Antichrist.
It means that men who do not want to be filled by the word will be the same as the Antichrist.
Revelation 13:1-2,5-6
13:1 And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name.
13:2 Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority.
13:5 And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months.
13:6 Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven.
One of the characteristics of the Antichrist is the idle words, namely lie, gossips, slander, and blasphemy to God or saying that the true teaching word is wrong and the wrong one is true.
- One cannot enter the unity of the body of Christ because the body of Christ consist of the new men or the spiritual ones like Jesus.
Ephesians 2:15-16
2:15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace
2:16 and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity.
If ones do not enter the oneness of the body of Christ, they will enter the edification of Babylon or the false church.
When we want to be one body of Christ, we must keep the faithfulness. Do not easily get unfaithful. We must keep our faithfulness to God and other people (The cross). When we are in suffering, we are getting the test of faithfulness. In blessing, there is the test of faithfulness too. We must keep faithful to other people in the marriage and to God in the service and ministry.
- One cannot inherit the heavenly kingdom and he perishes forever.
1 Corinthians 15:50-52
15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption.
15:51 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed--
15:52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
Therefore, our service and ministry must be right, namely prioritizing the revelation of the true teaching word or the sound of the trumpet which is able to change our life little by little until we are perfect like Jesus.
The process of renewal is as follows:
- The renewal is done through water and Holy Spirit baptism or being reborn by water and Holy Spirit.
John 3:5
3:5 Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
Matthew 3:15-16
3:15 But Jesus answered and said to him, "Permit it to be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness." Then he allowed Him.
3:16 When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him.
Actually, Jesus is a sinless man but He must experience water and Holy Spirit baptism to do the will of God or the true teaching word. He is also baptized to become the example of the true water baptism, namely coming up from water.
Romans 6:4
6:4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life..
The true water baptism is that one who has believed Jesus and repented must be buried in water with Jesus, so he arises from water with Jesus and gets the new life or the heavenly one, namely experiencing Holy Spirit baptism. We can experience the renewal from wicked and unclean conscience to be the good one. If our heart is honest and sincere, we will not be on the side of anyone, but Jesus. So, we can live in righteousness and become the instruments of righteousness.
Through water and Holy Spirit baptism, God gives the opportunity to the Gentiles and Israelites to experience the renewal to become one body of Christ.
Acts 9:17-18
9:17 And Ananias went his way and entered the house; and laying his hands on him he said, "Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you came, has sent me that you may receive your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit."
9:18 Immediately there fell from his eyes something like scales, and he received his sight at once; and he arose and was baptized.
Saul was a most sinful man, but after experiencing water and Holy Spirit baptism, his heart was renewed to become honest and sincere. Saul was changed into Paul who was used by God.
Acts 8:26-32,36-39
8:26 Now an angel of the Lord spoke to Philip, saying, "Arise and go toward the south along the road which goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza." This is desert.
8:27 So he arose and went. And behold, a man of Ethiopia, a eunuch of great authority under Candace the queen of the Ethiopians, who had charge of all her treasury, and had come to Jerusalem to worship,
8:28 was returning. And sitting in his chariot, he was reading Isaiah the prophet.
8:29 Then the Spirit said to Philip, "Go near and overtake this chariot."
8:30 So Philip ran to him, and heard him reading the prophet Isaiah, and said, "Do you understand what you are reading?"
8:31 And he said, "How can I, unless someone guides me?" And he asked Philip to come up and sit with him.
8:32 The place in the Scripture which he read was this: "He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; And as a lamb before its shearer is silent, So He opened not His mouth.
8:36 Now as they went down the road, they came to some water. And the eunuch said, "See, here is water. What hinders me from being baptized?"
8:37 Then Philip said, "If you believe with all your heart, you may." And he answered and said, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God."
8:38 So he commanded the chariot to stand still. And both Philip and the eunuch went down into the water, and he baptized him.
8:39 Now when they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught Philip away, so that the eunuch saw him no more; and he went on his way rejoicing.
The Gentiles (a man of Ethiopia) experience the water and Holy Spirit baptism, so they have the sincere heart which is like a dove's and there is joy.
Romans 14:17
14:17 for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
The heavenly matter is about the righteousness, peace, and joy from Holy Spirit. It is our duty now, namely being reborn and having a new life, so we can live in righteousness, peace (confessing and forgiving one another), and joy. All of the physical matters is Jesus' matter. It means that He will preserve us.
- Through the worship prayer which can be added with fasting and all night-long prayer.
Matthew 17:1-2
17:1 Now after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John his brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves;
17:2 and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light.
The worship prayer is the process of tearing the flesh with all of its desires and lusts. So, we can experience the renewal that begins from face or the five senses. We learn about the ears and mouth.
The ears which are renewed only hear and obey the true teaching word.
The mouth which is renewed only speaks the true and good words speaks the words which please the heart of God and become blessing for other people.
The deeds are renewed to be the good and right ones; even repaying good for evil.
Mark 7:37
7:37 And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, "He has done all things well. He makes both the deaf to hear and the mute to speak."
After the ears and mouth are good, all things become good as well.
- Through the sprinkling of blood or the suffering because of Jesus.
2 Corinthians 4:16-18
4:16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.
4:17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory,
4:18 while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
The suffering with Jesus produces the renewal from the fleshly sight to the spiritual one, namely we see Jesus in the glory as the Heavenly Bridegroom who sits on the right side of the throne of Father God.
The proof is that we willingly bear the cross.
The facts found in looking at Jesus are as follows:
- Watching the service and ministry fully or being faithful and fervent in spirit in the service and ministry to God until the end line.
Colossians 4:17
4:17 And say to Archippus, "Take heed to the ministry which you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfill it."
- Watching the holiness.
Hebrews 7:26
7:26 For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens.
Being holy and fervent in spirit means that we become the apple of God's eye.
Psalms 107:43
107:43 Whoever is wise will observe these things, And they will understand the lovingkindness of the LORD.
Our eyes only look at Jesus, our mouth cries out to God, and our hands are lifted up to Him. We only hope to His mercy until His heart is moved with His lovingkindness.
The results are as follows:
- There are relief and peace. All things are easy and light.
Matthew 9:36
9:36 But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd.
God preserves our life. It means that He is responsible for the salvation of our soul.
- Healing the sickness physically and spiritually.
Mark 1:41
1:41 Then Jesus, moved with compassion, stretched out His hand and touched him, and said to him, "I am willing; be cleansed."
Spiritually, the leper refers to the self-truth. We are renewed, so we can confess and forgive one another.
- The dead ones are resurrected. It means that the failure becomes success. The broken marriage will be united again and tears become joy.
Luke 7:13-15
7:13 When the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her and said to her, "Do not weep."
7:14 Then He came and touched the open coffin, and those who carried him stood still. And He said, "Young man, I say to you, arise."
7:15 So he who was dead sat up and began to speak. And He presented him to his mother.
God is able to do all things until someday when He comes for the second time, we are changed to be as glorious as Him. We sit on the right side of the throne of heaven and look at Him face to face.
God blesses you.
