Peace and grace in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew 27 refers to seven sprinklings of blood upon the Ark of the Covenant. It means the suffering Jesus experiences until He dies on the cross to save, sanctify, and perfect us.
We are learning the seventh one, namely Pilate Sets a Guard.
Matthew 27:62-66
27:62 On the next day, which followed the Day of Preparation, the chief priests and Pharisees gathered together to Pilate,
27:63 saying, “Sir, we remember, while He was still alive, how that deceiver said, ‘After three days I will rise.’
27:64 Therefore command that the tomb be made secure until the third day, lest His disciples come by night and steal Him away,and say to the people, ‘He has risen from the dead.’ So the last deception will be worse than the first.”
27:65 Pilate said to them, “You have a guard; go your way, make itas secure as you know how.”
27:66 So they went and made the tomb secure, sealing the stone and setting the guard.
The chief priests and Pharisees seal the tomb of Jesus and set the guard from Pilate.
It means that the chief priests and Pharisees prevent or reject the resurrection of Jesus.
John 5:24
5:24 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.
The resurrection power of Jesus is resurrection power in His word.
The word of Jesus is the Word whose secret is revealed, namely one verse explains another verse in Holy Bible. This is the Word that is sharper than any double-edged Word, the true teaching Word. The teaching Word is prophecy Word, that reveals everything that will happen in the last days, especially about Jesus’ second coming.
There are two types of the preaching of the Word according to Paul the apostle as follows.
Rejecting the resurrection power of Jesus means rejecting the true teaching Word or Bride Tidings. It happens because of being stubborn and preserving sins.
Rejection attitudes to Bride Tidings are as follows.
Rejecting the teaching Word happens because of preserving sins and flesh. The sound of flesh frequently thinks that the Word is too hard, too long, too harsh, etc. Actually, it is the sound of flesh with all its lust that is unreasonable.
When Abraham sacrifices Isaac, maybe the Word is considered as too hard. But Abraham can be obedient and the result is God provides everything.
Paul preaches the Word all night and it may be considered as too long. But it is only one person who falls down, that is Eutychus who has unreasonable sound of flesh. He sits at the window because he wants to hear the voice outside and inside. He looks for something that fits his flesh.
The consequence of rejecting the Word is drawing back from the true teaching Word and following the sound of flesh or false teaching that is pleasant for the ears.
Positive attitudes to resurrection power of Jesus is reading, hearing, and obeying the true teaching Word, whatever the risk is.
Revelation 1:3
1:3 Blessed ishe who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time isnear.
1 Corinthians 14:3
14:3 But he who prophesies speaks edification and exhortation and comfort to men.
The usefulness of resurrection power in true teaching Word is as follows.
God blesses us.

Rejecting the resurrection power of Jesus means rejecting the true teaching Word or Bride Tidings. It happens because of being stubborn and preserving sins.
Rejection attitudes to Bride Tidings are as follows.
- Becoming dull of hearing the true teaching Word.
Hebrews 5:11-14
5:11 of whom we have much to say, and hard to explain, since you have become dull of hearing.
5:12 For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someoneto teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food.
5:13 For everyone who partakes onlyof milk isunskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe.
5:14 But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is,those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
The consequence is not experiencing spiritual growth, so the spiritual level is as children who are tossed to and fro and carried about with another teaching.
Ephesians 4:14
4:14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting,
One who bears witness about false teaching is cunning person, and usually it comes from the closest person (Adam is deceived through Eve, Solomon is deceived through his wives). We must be watchful.
But if we want to grow spiritually, receive the Word, and experience sanctification of our five senses, there will be firmness to reject false teaching and confess the true one. - Adding or taking away the true teaching Word with the sound of flesh.
Revelation 22:18-19
22:18 For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book;
22:19 and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and fromthe things which are written in this book.
Changing the right and pure Word means being a liar.
Proverbs 30:5-6
30:5 Every word of God ispure; He isa shield to those who put their trust in Him.
30:6 Do not add to His words, Lest He rebuke you, and you be found a liar. - Cannot stand the true teaching Word which is sharper than any double-edged sword. It is started by grumbling and complaining while hearing the Word.
John 6:60-62,66
6:60 Therefore many of His disciples, when they heard this,said, “This is a hard saying; who can understand it?”
6:61 When Jesus knew in Himself that His disciples complained about this, He said to them, “Does this offend you?
6:62 Whatthen if you should see the Son of Man ascend where He was before?
6:66 From that timemany of His disciples went back and walked with Him no more.
If one grumbles and complains in hearing the true teaching Word, he will not stand when Jesus comes a second time. He will be left on His second coming.

- Comforting.
It means the true teaching Word makes us patient in suffering with God, not grumble, not complain, but rejoice and give thanks to God.
Being patient in waiting God’s time also means not looking for a way out outside the Word and not doing any sins. - Counseling.
Psalm 73:24
73:24 You will guide me with Your counsel, And afterward receive me toglory.
Counsel is the guide of God’s hands to us, so we can live in righteousness and holiness. The guide of God’s hands is also a way out of every problem, even the way to Heaven. - Building God’s perfect body.
Thus, true fellowship of the body of Christ is based on the true teaching Word, and it leads to Jesus as the Head.
Fellowship without the true teaching Word is headed by fox and bird.
The proof of having Jesus as the Head is as follows.- There is true ministry according to the ministry from God and the gifts of Holy Spirit.
Ephesians 4:15-16
4:15 but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ—
4:16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.
The true ministry is ministry in love, that is being obedient. - Experiencing double sanctification through water baptism and the water of the Word, that is sanctification from leprosy.
Ephesians 5:25-27
5:25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her,
5:26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word,
5:27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.
Leprosy means self-truth or covering sins by blaming the others.
Leprosy also refers to uncleanness, that is eating drinking sins and marrying and being given in marriage sins (sexuality sin with all its variety). - Worship prayer.
Worshiping means looking at God’s countenance and asking for His mercy. Do not stop before the mercy of God is poured.
Worshiping means stretching out our hands to God, and He will also stretch out His hands to us.
Worshiping means calling Jesus’ name.
The results are as follows.- God remembers us as powerless baby, so His merciful hands hold us.
Isaiah 49:14-15
49:14 But Zion said, “The Lord has forsaken me, And my Lord has forgotten me.”
49:15 “Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you.
The merciful hands of God care our life in the middle of impossibilities in this world, until the days of antichrist.
The merciful hands of God help us right in His time, and give us beautiful future.
The merciful hands of God sanctify and perfect us. - God remembers us when He comes a second time.
Luke 23:42-43
23:42 Then he said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.”
23:43 And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”
He cares and struggles for us until He comes a second time.
Jesus remembers the criminal crucified beside Him because he confesses his sins. Whatever our condition this morning is, He remembers us as long as we confess our sins honestly.
- There is true ministry according to the ministry from God and the gifts of Holy Spirit.
God blesses us.
