Grace and peace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 5:5-105:5 But one of the elders said to me, "Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and to loose its seven seals."5:6 And I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth. 5:7 Then He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne.5:8 Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. 5:9 And they sang a new song, saying: "You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,5:10 And have made us kings and priests to our God;And we shall reign on the earth."John the apostle wept much in Patmos island not because of physical thing, but because there was none who was worthy to open the scroll and to loose its seven seals. If there is no revelation of the Word, there will be no opening of the door in the world, up to the one in the Heaven. Therefore, these days let us cry more for the revelation of the Word, so there will be opening of the door in the world, tears will be wiped, until the door of Heaven will be opened.
Who can receive the revelation of the Word of God?
- Jesus as the Lion of the tribe of Judah or the Root of David who has prevailed.
- Jesus as the Lamb of God who has been slain or Jesus who has died on the cross to redeem the sins of men and set us free from sins up to the peak. If He had not died on the cross, there would have been no revelation of the Word.
Thus, the revelation of the Word must encourage us to experience redemption or freedom from sins up to the peak.
Ephesians 2:12:1 And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins,The sins up to the peak separate us from God and make one die spiritually. One will not be zealous anymore in spiritual thing and ministry, until he cannot serve and worship God.
Revelation 5:7-85:7 Then He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne.5:8 Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. The revelation of the Word encourages us to experience freedom from sins, so there is zeal to serve God in faithfullness and fervency in spirit until we can kneel down and worship Him.
The true worship is the one that is equal to the worship in the throne of Heaven. The signs are as follows.
- Having a harp.
- Having golden bowls full of incense.
ad. 1. Having a harp.
1 Samuel 16:14,2316:14 But the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and a distressing spirit from the Lord troubled him.16:23 And so it was, whenever the spirit from God was upon Saul, that David would take a harp and play itwith his hand. Then Saul would become refreshed and well, and the distressing spirit would depart from him.The harp refers to the anointing of Holy Spirit.
Thus, the true worship must be in the anointing of Holy Spirit.
How can we receive the anointing of Holy Spirit?
- Knowing assuredly, meaning having faith and fully believing Jesus who has been crucified as the only Savior.
Acts 2:36-39
2:36 "Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ."
2:37 Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Men andbrethren, what shall we do?"
2:38 Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
2:39 For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call."
- Repenting, namely our heart believes and our mouth confesses our sins to God and the others. If we are forgiven, we must not repeat them.
- Water and Holy Spirit baptism as experienced by Jesus.
Matthew 3:16
3:16 When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him.
In the true water baptism, there must be the sign of coming up from the water. We are buried in water together with Jesus, to be raised with Him to receive new life or Heavenly life. New life equals to experiencing the Holy Spirit baptism or the anointing of Holy Spirit, so we can be like a dove. The evil and unclean conscience is renewed to the sincere one. We become as the newborn baby.
The worship in the anointing of Holy Spirit is the one with a sincere heart.
1 Samuel 16:2316:23 And so it was, whenever the spirit from God was upon Saul, that David would take a harp and play itwith his hand. Then Saul would become refreshed and well, and the distressing spirit would depart from him.The practices of the worship in the anointing of Holy Spirit are as follows.
- Feeling refreshed and well. It is the worship in calm and peace ambience. Everything becomes easy and light. All weariness and heavy burden have been borne by Jesus on the cross.
- The worship in the ambience of joy, happiness, and Heavenly satisfaction, so we will not be affected by the other ambience in the world.
Psalm 43:3-4
43:3 Oh, send out Your light and Your truth!Let them lead me;Let them bring me to Your holy hillAnd to Your tabernacle.
43:4 Then I will go to the altar of God,To God my exceeding joy;And on the harp I will praise You,O God, my God.
We are not influenced by the joy or sadness of the world. We are not disappointed or desperate. We do not leave God, but we always give thanks to Him.
We are not influenced by the bustle of the world which makes the servant of God unfaithful in the ministry.
We do not worship God by force. If one worships God by force, sometime he will be forced to worship antichrist. The consequence is the terrible torture until being beheaded. Let us serve and worship God with joy.
- The worship in the ambience of triumph over antichrist.
Revelation 15:2
15:2 And I saw somethinglike a sea of glass mingled with fire, and those who have the victory over the beast, over his image and over his mark andover the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of God.
Antichrist refers to the strength of Mammon or the bond of money that makes one stingy and greedy. Being stingy means being unable to give for the work of God and the others who are in need. Being greedy means seizing the right of the others (doing corruption, not paying the debt, et cetera) and the belonging of God (the tithe and special offering).
Through the worship in the anointing of Holy Spirit, we can worship God, not Antichrist. We can be set free from stinginess and greediness, because we realize that we live from God. We can give for the work of God and the others who are in need. We can return the tithe and special offering that belong to God, until we can surrender our whole life to Him. We will be sealed with the name of Jesus and belong to Him forever.
- The worship in the anointing of Holy Spirit will result in resonance and strengthen one another, so it creates a new song.
Revelation 5:9
5:9 And they sang a new song, saying: "You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,
Psalm 33:3
33:3 Sing to Him a new song;Play skillfully with a shout of joy.
Psalm 149:1
149:1 Praise the Lord!Sing to the Lord a new song,AndHis praise in the assembly of saints.
The new song is "Alleluia".
Revelation 14:1-2
14:1 Then I looked, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred andforty-four thousand, having His Father's name written on their foreheads.
14:2 And I heard a voice from heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of loud thunder. And I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps.
Revelation 19:6-7
19:6 And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, "Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!
19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready."
The sound of the harp is as the sound of many waters and of mighty thunderings. It means that we worship Jesus the King with "Alleluia" starting from private worship, worship within marriage, shepherding, inter-shepherding, up to the perfect body of Christ.
Revelation 19:1,3-4
19:1 After these things I heard a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, "Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power belongto the Lord our God!
19:3 Again they said, "Alleluia! Her smoke rises up forever and ever!"
19:4 And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sat on the throne, saying, "Amen! Alleluia!"
It is until we worship God in the Heaven forever.
There are two types of the voice of the dove as follows.
- The sweet voice, namely the ambience of resurrection.
Song of Solomon 2:14
2:14 "O my dove, in the clefts of the rock,In the secret placesof the cliff,Let me see your face,Let me hear your voice; For your voice issweet,And your face islovely."
- The voice of moaning, namely the ambience of death.
Nahum 2:7
2:7 It is decreed:She shall be led away captive,She shall be brought up;And her maidservants shall lead heras with the voice of doves,Beating their breasts.
The worship in the ambience of resurrection and death will create a new song privately. It cannot be learned by the others. Through the new song, we experience life renewal from the fleshly man to the spiritual one as Jesus, until we are perfect as Him on His second coming.
The example is King Hezekiah who experiences the renewal of the five senses.
- The ambience of the valley of downfall.
Isaiah 36:12,21
36:12 But theRabshakeh said, "Has my master sent me to your master and to you to speak these words, and not to the men who sit on the wall, who will eat and drink their own waste with you?"
36:21 But they held their peace and answered him not a word; for the king's commandment was, "Do not answer him."
Isaiah 37:14-17
37:14 And Hezekiah received the letter from the hand of the messengers, and read it; and Hezekiah went up to the house of the Lord, and spread it before the Lord.
37:15 Then Hezekiah prayed to the Lord, saying:
37:16 "O Lord of hosts, God of Israel, the Onewho dwells betweenthe cherubim, You areGod, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth.
37:17 Incline Your ear, O Lord, and hear; open Your eyes, O Lord, and see; and hear all the words of Sennacherib, which he has sent to reproach the living God.
The ears must be renewed, so we only hear and obey the Word.
The eyes must be renewed, so we only pay attention to God. Thus, He will also pay attention to us.
The mouth must be renewed, so we keep silent. We only cry out and surrender to God. We only say right word and testify about Him.
The nose must be renewed, so we smell sweet aroma, namely we worship God more.
We still need one more, that is the feeling must be renewed.
- The ambience of the valley of death.
Isaiah 38:1-3
38:1 In those days Hezekiah was sick and near death. And Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, went to him and said to him, "Thus says the Lord: 'Set your house in order, for you shall die and not live.'"
38:2 Then Hezekiah turned his face toward the wall, and prayed to the Lord,
38:3 and said, "Remember now, O Lord, I pray, how I have walked before You in truth and with a loyal heart, and have done what isgood in Your sight." And Hezekiah wept bitterly.
The feeling of King Hezekiah is renewed, so he only cries to God. Thus, the countenance becomes cheerful and the five senses are renewed. The valley of downfall and death are renewed to the resurecction.
King David falls in sin with Bathsheba. It refers to the valley of broken marriage. At the end, King David can have a contrite heart and confess his sin. Thus, he can be renewed.
Psalm 51:17
51:17 The sacrifices of God area broken spirit,A broken and a contrite heart--These, O God, You will not despise.
The daughter of the woman of Canaan is demon-possessed. It refers to broken marriage. But this woman can confess her sin, and her marriage is recovered.
Mary and Martha face Lazarus who has died for four days. It refers to rottenness and failed future.
John 11:32,39-40
11:32 Then, when Mary came where Jesus was, and saw Him, she fell down at His feet, saying to Him, "Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died."
11:39 Jesus said, "Take away the stone." Martha, the sister of him who was dead, said to Him, "Lord, by this time there is a stench, for he has been deadfour days."
11:40 Jesus said to her, "Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?"
Young people are doubtful frequently. They do not believe God, but rely on their own strength, so they face rottenness and failure. Let us become as Mary who believes and fully surrenders herself to God. Thus, God is able to help us.
God blesses us.
